DJ Tom Simonian Thump is from Detroit. He has been making his mark on dancefloors and patrons of the Club music world from the major music centers of Detroit, Los Angeles, and for the last decade, San Francisco as a driving force in the San Francisco Jazz Dance scene through the 90's into the new century. Tom has the unique ability to assimilate and present the music and mood necessary for virtually any occasion or party. His knowledge of the world of music is both deep and wide, his skills allowing the musical language speak clearly and powerfully, no matter the genre. Electronica, funk, world, soul and everything in-between. He managed Groove Merchant Records, is an international DJ and co-producer of the upcoming Funkadelic Remix Project. He loves interesting, boundary pushing music and enjoys sharing it with people.
