Enneagram Global Summit
Team-s the Thing: 5 Team approaches to the Enneagram Now and In the Future
In 2011, The Enneagram in Business Network conducted a global assessment of the Enneagram’s use in organizations and found that it was in the "early stages of early adopters". Early adopters are people and organizations that look to organizations they admire who have already done something and then will then take the small risk involved. In 2019, the Enneagram’s use in organizations globally is now in the latter phase of early adopters, about to move into early majority stage. The team use of the Enneagram is a big mover to the next stage. Find out why and how, and how you can use it in your organization, business, and even family to move your “team” to the next level.
In This Session:
- Stages of Innovation and the Enneagram’s use in organizations
- Why teams are the thing
- Stages of team development - team maps, advanced team maps, team problem solving, team dialogue breakthroughs
