Terry Saracino has taught the Enneagram since 1989 to individuals and organizations throughout the U.S. and internationally as a tool for personal, professional, and spiritual growth.  The system is as alive and dynamic for her today as it was when she first began her career. An International Enneagram Association (IEA) Accredited Professional with Distinction, Terry is the founding president of The Narrative Enneagram (TNE), the nonprofit organization she established to carry forward and expand the work of Helen Palmer and David Daniels. As a result of her leadership, in 2022 TNE became the first recipient of the IEA’s Accredited Enneagram School with Distinction award. 

Over several decades as a leader in the international Enneagram field, she was instrumental in the creation of the Narrative Enneagram Teacher’s Association as well as a regional Enneagram community in the Rocky Mountain area. Other contributions include developing innovative Enneagram courses and delivering them around the globe, presenting at numerous Enneagram conferences, and co-authoring a peer-reviewed research article entitled “Advancing Ego Development in Adulthood Through Study of the Enneagram System of Personality” in 2018. As core faculty, Terry develops and teaches the Narrative Enneagram curriculum.  Integrating spirituality, psychology, and somatic work with the wisdom of the Enneagram, she fulfills her passion of transforming lives and creating a more compassionate world.  For many years, Terry has pursued her own spiritual journey, both through Enneagram work and, since 1993, as a student of the Ridhwan School (Diamond Approach®), founded by A.H. Almaas.
