The International Enneagram in Unity and Diversity: Growth, Education, Service, and Activism
The International Enneagram Association was founded 1994, and is celebrating 25 years of continual support of Enneagram Professionals, the development of standards for training and ethics, and growth of the use of the Enneagram throughout the globe. Each year they put on an in person conference to build community and create exposure to a wide variety of Enneagram teachings.

Patrick Kayrooz
Patrick Kayrooz is a transformational educator. He is a business development educator, accredited trainer, speaker and motivator. He has degrees in Philosophy and Theology, as well as a Masters degree in Education. He is an entrepreneur and has vast experience in working with business to further improve productivity through better communication and collaboration skills.
Patrick serves as President on the Board of the International Enneagram Association(IEA) based in the USA and on the Academic Faculty of Mundo Eneagrama based in London, both Not-for-Profit organizations.
Patrick’s experience in education, both as a teacher and executive has been a driving force for him to encourage and develop a broad understanding of collaborative learning and leadership in the transforming how both staff and students understand and interact among themselves and each other. He is also an accredited Enneagram teacher and facilitator. Patrick's aim is to foster self-awareness and to deepen understanding of self and others in relationships and in the workplace. He is the author of The WID Factor - Why I Do What I Do and has a passion in bringing ‘The WID Factor’ to the youth and to corporations in a simple and accessible form so that an appreciation that different ways of thinking can also lead to an acting together to achieving a greater good.
Jan Shegda
Jan Shegda is co-president of the International Enneagram Association board along with Carla Smith. She is an IEA accredited professional, International Coach Federation professional certified coach (PCC) and executive coach with Clarity Coaching, where she specializes in the Enneagram for vocational and organizational development.
