Dr. Deborah Ooten is the founder and director of the Conscious Living Center and the founder and CEO of Conscious Dynamics, LLC. She has a doctorate in clinical psychology, and is an occupational therapist, a trained craniosacral therapist, and a Certified Enneagram Teacher in the Narrative Tradition. Deborah is certified by Don Beck, PhD, in Spiral Dynamics^®.

Deborah founded Consciousness In Action, whose mission is working together to make a more conscious world, and serves as president of the board. She served on the board of the International Enneagram Association for six years, as the president of the International Enneagram Association, and as the vice president of the International Enneagram Association’s U.S. affiliate.

Deborah believes that lives can be transformed by attending to how our personality separates us from ourselves, others, and the Divine. She is a powerful presenter, a compassionate listener, and a dynamic change agent.

Cathy Hudson has worked extensively with the Enneagram in both her professional and personal life since 2007. Under the guidance of her mentor and teacher, Dr. Deborah Ooten, she became a certified Enneagram Teacher / Trainer in the Narrative Tradition from the School of Conscious Living in Cincinnati, Ohio. She continues to train and teach with Dr. Ooten. She is a freelance teacher/trainer with all of Dr. Ooten's companies; The School of Conscious Living, Conscious Dynamics and Conscious Dimensions.

Recently she traveled to Egypt where students were immersed in three different areas of study using the enneagram; Spiral Dynamics, Gurdjieff and the Forth Way teachings, and Sex, Power, and Money. Cathy has a BS from the University of Cincinnati, School of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning; in Fashion Design. Her passion is bringing the enneagram to not only adults, but children. Five years ago she joined Conscious Dimensions/ N-1 Games where the research and studies of Dr. Ooten have been organized into nine books for children ages 10 and up.
