As a registrant, you further pledge that you are in good health, and mentally and emotionally fit for participation in training of a transformational nature and you understand that this course or any Shift Network course, program, or event is not a substitute for seeking professional help and support when needed. You agree to abide by the course, program or event's stated policies and/or Shared Agreements in order to help create and sustain a safe container and learning environment for all participants.
The minimum age requirement for program enrollment and participation is 18 years, unless otherwise stated, and in certain instances is 21 years or older.
The opinions expressed in courses, events and programs are those of the authors/presenters and may not be representative of Shift Network employees, customers, or other presenters.
Your spoken questions and/or comments during the course may be recorded, copied, transcribed, and distributed by The Shift Network and used at its sole discretion and in perpetuity, and you consent in advance to these uses, as well as to the use of your image should you appear on a course, program or event video.
The Shift Network reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse admittance into any course or program or terminate and refund any individual’s registration from any course or program it offers at any time. The Shift Network also reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund of any participant who defaults on their tuition payment agreement and to remove individuals from conference calls and course community forums on Facebook or other platforms when deemed necessary to preserve the well-being of the group and its members, faculty, and staff.
The Shift Network also maintains the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of its course or program forums, social media pages, and websites, and to remove any material or postings determined by The Shift Network to be inappropriate, destructive, or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to posts promoting other businesses or services, discussions not relevant to the specific course content, hostile or inflammatory remarks, and may remove such posts at its sole discretion and without notice.
Participant Responsibility & Indemnification for AI Studies: By enrolling, participating in, or attending a course, program, or event offered by The Shift Network, Inc., that specifically discusses or explores the conscious uses of artificial intelligence (“AI”) or large language model (“LLM”) tools or services, such as “The Wise AI Summit”, or the “Supercharge Your Intuitive Intelligence With AI Course” for example, you acknowledge and agree that any interaction with AI or LLM tools that you may choose to engage in is undertaken by you at your own discretion, and is solely intended for educational purposes only. You further understand that AI is a tool without therapeutic authority and is not a substitute for seeking medical, psychological, legal, spiritual or professional advice or care when needed. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Shift Network, Inc., its staff, executives, instructors, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of AI or LLM tools, including but not limited to any decisions you make as a result of AI generated information. The minimum age requirement for any course or program featuring the study of and/or interaction with AI or LLM tools is 21 years or older.

We are unable to extend this offer to participants in any of our advanced-level or application contingent programs, such as Certification Programs, Immersion Programs, Coaching or Teacher Trainings, and any courses or programs involving 1:1 faculty coaching and mentoring sessions.
