Founder Happy Not Perfect the app, Author Happy Not Perfect the book

Poppy Jamie is an entrepreneur, influencer, and rising star in the mental health and mindfulness space. She launched the Not Perfect podcast and the Happy Not Perfect app after four years of aggregating behavioral studies and developing the app with neuroscientists, researchers, and her psycotherapist mom. At 27, Poppy was appointed as the youngest member of UCLA’s Stewart and Lynda Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital advisory board to consult on the wellbeing of students. A burgeoning mindfulness expert, she’s taken part at the first mental health talk series at Cambridge University, lectured at the UCLA Wow Summit on brain health, and delivered a  about the psychological impact of social media and technology and how to reverse the damage.

She’s been featured in The New York Times, Wired, Fast Company, Refinery29, Forbes, Vogue, Bustle, Cosmo, E!, NBC News, and MTV, among many others. Poppy regularly runs Happiness Workshops for top organizations, including The New York Times, Lululemon, Charlotte Tilbury, and college campuses nationwide.
