Awareness: The Essence of Kundalini and the Art of Being Human

With Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, PhD
Hosted by Kia Miller

What is awareness and how can meditation expand that to make our life happy and fulfilled? What is the essence of kundalini? What experiences in simple yoga practices give us quietude, alignment to our heart and a relationship to our mind, and true self? How might we re-imagine meditation in light of what we are learning in science and new physics. We will pick a few practical things we can practice to explore our experience.

In This Session:

  • A practical meditation that is easy to practice for immediate clarity, energy and centeredness
  • A new understanding of the yoga concept of kundalini and awareness
  • How we can navigate the complexities of relationships and decisions - to let the light in - in this rapidly changing time.
