What is awareness and how can meditation expand that to make our life happy and fulfilled? What is the essence of kundalini? What experiences in simple yoga practices give us quietude, alignment to our heart and a relationship to our mind, and true self? How might we re-imagine meditation in light of what we are learning in science and new physics. We will pick a few practical things we can practice to explore our experience.
