Asia Suler
Asia Suler is an herbalist, nature writer, spiritual educator, ecological philosopher, and social media figure. She is the author of Mirrors in the Earth: Reflections on Self-Healing From the Living World, and the founder of One Willow Apothecaries, an Appalachian-grown company that offers handcrafted herbal medicines and educational experiences in herbalism, animism, ancestral healing and earth-centered personal growth.
Asia has guided over 20,000 students in 70+ countries through her immersive online programs. She has also taught for the most well-known herbal schools in the country, including the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine, the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, and The Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine.
Asia began her journey after early years of chronic pain and illness. The experience— which pushed her into a deep search for healing, both within and without — led her to the altar of the green world. In 2011 she completed a formal study of herbalism with Juliet Blankespoor at the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine, before working in private practice for over a decade.
With her writings and teachings, Asia helps people embrace their own unique medicine through a joyful engagement with the natural world.
