Alison Marks has been the Director of Summits for The Shift Network since 2013.  Before joining The Shift Network she ran her own successful coaching and training company for 7 years, following a nearly 20-year career in the nonprofit sector. Alison holds an MA in Organizational Development and Transformation from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She loves to create art - especially playing with the color and flow of watercolors - travel, and spend time with the plants and critters in her Sonoma County permaculture garden.
