Itzhak Beery is a leading international Shamanic healer, teacher, speaker, community activist and author of three Amazon bestsellers The Gift of Shamanism, Shamanic Transformations, and Shamanic Healing: Traditional Medicine for the Modern World. He was initiated by his Andes and Amazonian teachers and was also trained by other elders from South and North America, Inuit, and Siberia.
Itzhak bridge the sacred indigenous traditions those elders entrusted to him with a relevant present-day shamanic approach to living in our digital age. For over 24 years Itzhak has worked to fulfill the Inca’s Pachakuti - The Condor and the Eagle prophesy, which calls for a new period of correction of time, of cultural cooperation, exchange, and integration between the industrial mind-centered Western world–the Eagle–and the ancient indigenous Earth and the heart-centered world–the Condor. It calls for the return of the feminine nurturing energy and the rise of human peaceful and harmonious consciousness, which is seen as the only sustainable solution to our modern day societal and environmental problems.
Itzhak is the founder of ShamanPortal.org, The Andes Summit and co-founder of the New York Shamanic Circle. He is on the faculty of New York Open Center, Kripalu Center, The Shift Network and a staff’s teacher at Omega Institute. He received 'Ambassador for Peace Award’ from The Universal Peace Federation and the UN. His work has been featured in the New York Times, films, TV, and numerous webinars.
