Shawn Marie Higgins, DO, is an osteopathic physician, sound healer, psychic medium, animal communicator, author, and international lecturer. She pioneered the incorporating of vibration and sound healing into formal medical education. 

Dr. Higgins is a graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is Board Certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, a Diplomat of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine, and a faculty member of the Osteopathic Cranial Academy. She is author of The Human Body: A Biological Sound Healing Instrument.
