What are you looking for in a candidate? We want someone who is highly motivated and committed to growing a world-changing business or non-profit. We are seeking entrepreneur with a track record of success, influence or impact. In your application, be authentic, honest, and clear about where you really are.
How do I prepare for the program? Once you sign up and are accepted, you will be sent a list of questions to answer which will help to illuminate where you are currently and what your needs are moving forward. Plan on approximately several hours of preparation in advance of the first session so you will be well-prepared. You will send Stephen your detailed plans, ideas and visions to ensure the time is well spent and productive. Stephen will read through this material in advance to be up-to-speed on your vision, background, business plan, and skills. He will also take time to meditate and get guidance for your business.
How do the individual sessions happen?
Stephen will schedule a session with you each month. We will record the phone session for you and get them transcribed as well so you don’t have to scribble notes or try to remember what can sometimes be a fountain of insights, strategies and ideas. You’ll want to bring your most penetrating and important questions, which can include questions about your development as a leader.
How does the retreat happen?
Arrival will happen by 3 pm on May 1 and complete by lunch on May 4. There are no additional expenses for the retreat time except for travel to get there. Plan on being rested and ready to commit and you’ll receive more instructions to prepare in advance. The whole retreat will be recorded and transcribed for the private use of Mastermind participants.
How do I know if I’m ready for this program?
If it feels deeply important to you to take your mission to the next level and you realize you need help to do it. Ideally, you are already earning a good livelihood from your business but are ready to double or triple your reach, revenues, and impact. If you don’t really have much of an idea of what you want to create yet, you’re not rady.
