Welcome. I am so glad that you are here with me today. My name is Kathleen Booker, also known as the Jedi of Calm, and I am the host of The Shift Network’s 2021 Breathwork Summit . Can I get a whoop whoop? This has been such an honor for me to do. I could go on for about a half an hour talking about that, but let me tell you why you need to register for free. I have sat with some of the most motivating, inspiring, uplifting individuals, speaking about breathwork, how the breath just supports our total wellbeing. And here’s just a few folks...

Jim Morningstar. Oh boy, you must see him. He speaks about the body themes and how the breath supports us. If our shoulders are up here or hunched, or our hip is out, awesome. And Ken Kaiser, my teacher, my friend. What can I say about him? So much. He talks to us about surrendering to our breath. Sometimes the word “surrender” can sort of trigger us, and he takes that trigger out of it and he just allows us, guides us to just flow with our breath.

And then my girl, Abiola Abrams. We had such a good time. She brings up the Divine Feminine. Oh, she takes us back to Africa, she talks about the importance of the yin energy, and a beautiful meditation with her. Jacquelyne Ellis, who teaches us how to breathfully connect within our hearts and communicate with our animal companions. Our fur babies. Those who have passed over. That was awesome.

Matt Kudish, who talks about mental health, who talks about releasing the stigma of mental health and how in this time — I know everybody says this time, but it is a new time, right? — how the breath supports our mental wellbeing. You have to see that one also. Then we also have Alison Leipzig, who takes us on a breath-filled journey with singing bowls. Oh, my gosh. I’m just melting with relaxation thinking about that episode.

So join, register. It’s free. You will have such a good time. There are over 25 presenters. You will learn breathwork from A to Z prime, breathwork techniques that clear, cleanse, motivate from the rootie to the tootie. So join me.
