A Personal Invitation to the Enneagram Global Summit (December 6–10)
Our eighth annual Enneagram Global Summit, hosted by Jessica Dibb, the founder of the Inspiration Consciousness School and Community, takes place December 6–10.
The Enneagram contains many levels of wisdom. Understanding its potency in action can help you shift your center of gravity, and our collective consciousness, to address the multiple challenges — and opportunities for growth — of our time.
In this 5-day summit, you’ll be given concrete tools for creating individual, relational, and social change. This high-level approach to applying the Enneagram will help you become more whole and present with yourself so you can become an agent of change.
You can do more than embody the gifts of your type; you can heed a higher spiritual calling to help others embrace their true gifts alongside you.

My name is Jessica Dibb, and it is my honor to invite you to the eighth annual Enneagram Global Summit. The Enneagram is a system of teachings and understandings that have origins way back from ancient times, and in the last 50 years have been joined by understandings from modern psychology and neuroscience, and temperament that help us understand that there are nine different expressions of reality, nine different expressions of presence, nine different expressions of love. Some would say nine different expressions of the Divine.
And that these are reflected in nine different temperaments, which seem to be biologically based in human beings. That if we can understand them, we can get ourselves out of the box or the prison that we haven't seen that we're in, and really be liberated to not only bring our particular temperament and our particular gift out of the nine to the world, but also to join with all of the other eight in ourselves, with others, and collectively to participate in the world.
Relationally, the Enneagram is a game changer, to understand with objectivity and compassion why another person does what they do, what their core fear is, and what the gift is that they're trying to bring to the world. To understand that about ourselves as well is literally transformative for relationships.
In this eighth annual global summit, we have the largest faculty ever brought together for the Enneagram field — 70 experts, masters, luminaries in the Enneagram field and the consciousness field, who have come together to demonstrate the power of inner work and outer work, how they reflect each other, how doing deep inner work with this compassionate objective understanding of the ways we leave presence, of the ways we leave the sense of unity in ourself, and of bringing up our gifts, will help change the way that we participate in our outer work in the world. And, that if we use the teachings in the outer work, it will deepen ourselves.
I really hope that you'll join us for this 5-day, what we're calling a summit, but it's really an immersion. It's a learning lab where you will get to be in a practice community, in a community that is actually awakening embodied presence, wisdom, and love.
