10-Module Self-Paced Video Training

Develop a spiritual practice that leaves you stronger, clearer, and deeply grounded steady enough to carry awakening into everyday life.

Train in authentic Daoist meditation practices and rituals to harmonize and refine your Qi, deepen your connection to the sacred, and lay the living foundation for embodied awakening.

The Daoism most people encounter today has too often been stripped of the disciplined inner work that stabilizes your energy, clears your mind, and transforms your consciousness at its root promising instead, a fast track to awakening and transformation.

The sacred technologies that are left out of modern practice such as hand seals, healing tones, bowing rituals, and sacred invocations are vital elements on the Daoist map for true transformation...

Thankfully, the ancient lineage of Daoist meditation has been preserved. Lineage bearers such as Shifu Lindsey Wei, a 24th-generation lay disciple of the Chun Yang Sect of Wudang Daoism and founder of Wudang White Horse Martial Arts School, bring these authentic spiritual tools back to the forefront...

In this 10-module training Shifu Lindsey guides you through sacred technologies to awaken the power of sound and language as living transmission weaving protective light through your cells, fortifying your Qi, and clearing subtle disturbances in your field.

As you create your Daoist altar and enter ritualized meditation, your physical space becomes sanctified a threshold between worlds where devotion steadies the heart and the Dao becomes palpable.

... where they can prepare the body, mind, and spirit for embodied higher consciousness rather than fleeting downloads or epiphanies.

Having trained in Traditional Chinese Qigong in a remote Wudang Mountain temple under Grandmaster Li Xing De, she brings rare access to original Daoist ritual practices for grounded awakening, harmonizing your organs with the elements, and creating the foundations for real Internal Alchemy that are seldom taught in full context in the West.

You’ll learn sacred Chinese practices such as Sleeping Dragon for improved sleep and focus. Mantras such as the Golden Light Spirit Mantra that function as a vibrational code, embedding protective light within your body. ..

You’ll also be guided to create a Daoist altar, transforming physical space into a sacred container for dialogue with higher guides and the Dao.

Finally, you will receive a clear and uncompromised understanding of why ritual, devotion, protection, and disciplined meditation are preparatory stages for awakening.

Shifu Lindsey is both a practitioner and transmitter of a living lineage. Her teaching bridges temple practices and contemporary clarity without diluting the tradition.

If you feel called to enter an ancient initiatory path for awakening this course provides the depth, rigor, and sacred container required to prepare the ground for true Internal Alchemy.

  • Learn the Golden Light Spirit Mantra in Mandarin Chinese for protection and healing

Module 7: Stimulate Immunity & Promote Metabolic Renewal by Harmonizing Your Organs and the Elements With the 5-Tone Healing Song (2026-05-13 9:00:00 am)

Discover the Wu Yin Ge, or Five Tone Healing Song, a sacred Qigong practice transmitted through the Five Immortals Temple lineage by Master Shen Wu, a renowned teacher of music therapy who collaborated with institutions such as the John A. Burns School of Medicine.

Rooted in the ancient Chinese understanding that music is medicine reflected in the character for “medicine,” which combines the pictograph for music with the radical for herb…

… this practice uses the original pentatonic tones jue, zhi, gong, shang, and yu to vibrationally harmonize the five internal organs of liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, and the five elements of wood, fire, earth, metal, and water.

Through a simple four-verse melody, Shifu Lindsey will encourage you to activate your voice to release unhealthy or stagnant Qi, draw in fresh life force, stimulate immunity, support cellular resonance, and promote metabolic renewal.

By creating harmonious oscillation between sound waves, organs, brain, and breath, the Five Tone Healing Song functions both as a profound meditation technique and as an internal energetic medicine that balances body and mind, restores coherence to the organ systems, and cultivates unity between human life and the rhythms of heaven and earth.

More Praise for Shifu Lindsey Wei

“There is not a day that goes by in my work that isn’t influenced by what I’ve learned...”
I am truly grateful to Lindsey for learning, refining, and caretaking these arts. It takes a special person to create containers in which we can authentically access these ancient teachings in a modern setting. One of the unique things about the arts learned through WWH is the sense of connection you feel when training intensely: connection with the lineage, teacher, training partners, teachings, and Dao; connection with nature, as these movements and meditations actualize and embody a more natural way of moving through the world; and even a connection with deeper parts of your self — characteristics and patterns that only become apparent under pressure. There is not a day that goes by in my work that isn’t influenced by what I’ve learned and directly experienced here and in continued training at home.

“I feel continually honored and humbled by the ways [this lineage] changes me...”
It is difficult to put into words the depth and immensity of studying the Seven Star Sword form at camp with Shifu Lindsey Wei. The fierce clarity and wisdom with which she teaches calls each of us to reckon with who we are and why we are here, to come to ourselves and to each other with a commitment to humility, curiosity, and presence that allows for truly unimagined changes and learning to unfold. As a guest to this lineage, I feel continually honored and humbled by the ways it changes me and my relationship to the world, and moves me toward a deeper kind of attention and intention.

“It is a rare and precious opportunity to receive these teachings...”
Training with Wudang White Horse and teacher Lindsey Wei brings me home inside my body while pushing and expanding the boundaries of what I understand that to mean. Studying in a firmly held container, with the sword, Gong Fu, sitting with the altar and the meditations both moving and still, are medicines that bring me to a distinct and revelatory internal spaciousness. Lindsey walks the narrow path of stewardship with great care and humility. It is a rare and precious opportunity to receive these teachings and contemplate these wisdom treasures in community and under her guidance. Each time I have left these immersive training periods, I am humbled, inspired, renewed, filled with gratitude, and eager to return.

About Shifu Lindsey Wei

EDIT

Lindsey Wei is a 24th-generation lay disciple of the Chun Yang Sect of Wudang Daoism. She trained in Traditional Chinese Qigong at a remote mountain temple in the Wudang Mountains, Hubei Province, and in China under her master Li Xing De for more than nine years before returning to the U.S. in 2010 to start her martial arts teaching career.

She is a practitioner of Tai Ji Quan, Qigong, Ba Gua, and Double Edge Straight Sword (Jian), as well as other weapons arts. She is passionate about combining ancestral skills and Indigenous worldviews for how to steward the Earth and exist and thrive in wild places, with the life way of internal martial arts cultivation and health practices.

Lindsey leads martial arts training camps in wilderness settings, in the context of studying the Dao as it follows nature. She also teaches online courses, as well as at in-person camps at varying locations in southern Oregon, on Takelma and Klamath native lands.
