The Universe then starts matching our energy and begins creating a new reality in harmony with our subatomic particles. It’s the reality of physics.

By creating a group practice field that aims to raise our frequency every week through focused meditations and embodied practices, we not only help ourselves, we help the collective reach a tipping point that enables us all to traverse this time with less suffering and a more easeful rebirth on the other side.

The challenges humanity is facing may be unavoidable, yet how quickly and peacefully we learn the lessons is up to us.

This also requires that we remain conscious of what we really want, and hold the frequency of what we’re choosing. It’s not about fighting against the current circumstances, but of co-creating a different reality while detaching from the outcome. In other words, we have to get out of our own way and let our higher self (Source) move through us.

Together, they’ll lead weekly meditations that open the higher perceptions of the group and focus on the highest outcomes for us individually and as a whole. Sometimes that will mean receiving higher guidance that can avert lower-vibrational outcomes, while other times it may require making peace with perceived “setbacks” and viewing them as part of a higher plan.
