7-Module Self-Paced Video Training

If you were not afraid to express how you truly think and feel, how would your life transform?

The 1,000 people Suzanne O’Brien tended to in their final days regretted that they didn't live more authentically, love more openly, and worry far less a perspective that can help you live a more intentional, meaningful, and purposeful life right now.

It’s easy to spend most of your life in motion thinking, planning, responding without ever pausing long enough to connect with the deeper part of yourself that isn’t caught in all the doing.

Most people move through life carrying more than they realize, fears they’ve never named, regrets they haven’t fully faced, and emotional heaviness that shapes their decisions.

At the end of life, that weight often lifts, revealing a clear and peaceful understanding of what truly matters, affirms Suzanne B. O’Brien, RN, founder of Doulagivers Institute. This perspective isn’t something you have to wait for it’s available to you and can guide how you live right now.

Join Suzanne for a 7-week journey where the wisdom of the dying becomes a pathway back to yourself, helping you bring more awareness, intention, and meaning into your everyday life through guided practices and reflection.

You’ll be invited to look honestly at the patterns many people recognize only at the end of life the things left unsaid and undone, the risks not taken, the ways they held back from fully living and begin to see how those same dynamics may be shaping your life now.

As you explore these reflections, you may also begin to sense something unexpected: feeling more connected, more peaceful, and less defined by fear.

With decades of experience as a hospice nurse, death doula, and end-of-life educator, Suzanne brings a rare and deeply human perspective to her teaching that bridges clinical care with spiritual insight. Her work is grounded, accessible, and shaped by countless real moments with real people.

You’ll discover why forgiveness is the true turning point and how releasing what you’ve been carrying can shift your relationship to the past, lighten your emotional load, and begin shaping a more peaceful way of living going forward.

As you move through the course, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of one of the most profound insights Suzanne has witnessed again and again that death is not the end.

Truly integrating this truth into your approach to life can begin to ease fear, soften self-judgment, and help you consciously choose to treat yourself with the same kindness and support that you naturally offer to others.

This journey is designed as a step-by-step guide to help you make important core shifts from fear to peace, separation to connection, judgment to compassion, and disconnection to purposeful living that can change your life today instead of waiting until it’s too late to actively put these lessons into practice.

Each module builds on the last, combining real-world insights from a professional end-of-life caregiver (or death doula) with practical tools you can use immediately in your life, in your relationships, and in how you care for yourself and others.

As you start to see your life through a different lens shaped by acceptance, connection, and understanding, you’ll be able to act on what it means to truly live.

Are you ready to begin living with the wisdom and peace so many only discover at the end of life?

During this soul-enriching course, you’ll:

  • Be guided through powerful experiential practices like visualizations, meditations, and reflection exercises to help you shift how you relate to life and death
  • Learn how to release fear of death so you can feel more present, grounded, and open in your everyday life
  • Discover how a deeper sense of connection can transform your relationships and help you move through the world with more compassion
  • Identify and soften patterns of guilt, shame, and self-criticism so you can relate to yourself with greater understanding and acceptance
  • Practice forgiveness in a way that helps you let go of emotional weight and feel a genuine sense of relief and peace
  • Reframe life’s most difficult experiences to uncover meaning, insight, and direction instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed
  • Access the “being” part of yourself to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and experience more clarity and ease
  • Gain a clear sense of purpose and learn how to live in alignment with what truly matters to you
  • And much more…

Module 1: 2026-06-09 1:00:00 pm

Module 1: Realize There Is No Death to Release Fear & Live With Greater Presence Now (2026-06-09 1:00:00 pm)

What if the end of life reveals something far more expansive than we've been taught to believe? You'll explore powerful bedside experiences, near-death insights, and reflections that gently shift how you relate to mortality.

As fear begins to soften, a new perspective opens that allows you to meet life with more presence, honesty, and ease.

Suzanne will share the most common regrets of the dying, offering a mirror for how to live more fully now. Through this work, you'll begin to sense that as the physical body diminishes, something deeper and more aware comes alive within you.

In this opening module, you'll:

  • Be guided through a "crossing the veil" visualization to explore what arises when you imagine stepping beyond this life
  • Discover what end-of-life visions and near-death experiences reveal about consciousness and what may exist beyond death
  • Reflect on your own beliefs and fears about dying and begin to soften the grip they may have on how you live
  • Explore the most common regrets shared at the end of life and what they teach you about choosing differently now
  • Learn how releasing fear of death can help you show up with more presence, honesty, and openness in your everyday life

Module 2: 2026-06-16 1:00:00 pm

Module 2: Recognize Our Interconnected Natures to Deepen Compassion & Transform Your Relationships (2026-06-16 1:00:00 pm)

A deep sense of connection is one of the most consistent experiences reported at the end of life. Suzanne will show you that when the illusion of separation begins to dissolve, fear softens and a more compassionate way of being naturally emerges.

You'll explore how disconnection shapes your thoughts, emotions, and relationships and how returning to connection can shift how you move through the world.

This perspective invites you to consider how your daily choices might change when you truly feel part of something greater. Through this lens, you begin to relate to yourself and others with more presence, care, and understanding.

In this module, you'll:

  • Be guided through a heart-centered meditation to help you feel a direct sense of connection with others and the world around you
  • Explore unity experiences from end-of-life care and psilocybin research that reveal a deeper sense of interconnectedness
  • Notice how the illusion of separation can drive fear, stress, and disconnection in your daily life
  • Practice compassionate witnessing so you can meet others where they are with more understanding and less judgment
  • Discover how living from a sense of connection can influence your relationships, your choices, and your sense of belonging

Module 3: 2026-06-23 1:00:00 pm

Module 3: Accept There Is No Judgment to Soften Inner Criticism & Live More Freely (2026-06-23 1:00:00 pm)

At the end of life, many people describe a powerful life review that unfolds without judgment, blame, or shame.

Suzanne will help you explore how this perspective reveals a deeper truth - that your experiences are not failures, but part of a much larger unfolding.

You'll begin to see how patterns of guilt, shame, and self-criticism can keep you stuck, shaping how you feel and the choices you make.

As these patterns soften, space opens for greater compassion and self-acceptance. From this expanded view, you can begin to revisit your life not as something to criticize, but as something to understand, integrate, and learn from.

In this module, you'll:

  • Be guided by Suzanne through a self-compassion and release practice to help you gently let go of guilt, shame, and emotional weight
  • Explore what life reviews at the end of life reveal about seeing your experiences through a lens of understanding rather than judgment
  • Identify patterns of self-criticism and emotional looping that may be keeping you stuck in old stories
  • Reframe key moments in your life by asking what the deeper lesson or gift might be
  • Learn how to hold a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for others as they process their own emotional experiences

Module 4: 2026-06-30 1:00:00 pm

Module 4: Practice Forgiveness to Shift Pain Into Peace (2026-06-30 1:00:00 pm)

Forgiveness is often misunderstood, yet it remains one of the most powerful ways to release emotional weight and restore inner peace.

Suzanne will demonstrate how holding onto resentment, anger, or hurt can keep you energetically tied to past experiences. As you begin to shift your perspective, you'll see how forgiveness can soften those attachments and bring a sense of lightness back into your life.

This process isn't about excusing what happened - it's about freeing yourself from carrying it forward. Through this work, you'll begin to experience how letting go can open space for healing and a more peaceful way of being.

In this module, you'll:

  • Be guided through Suzanne's Rapid Forgiveness Technique(TM) to help you release emotional weight and feel a sense of relief
  • Explore how holding onto resentment can impact your emotional wellbeing and daily experience
  • Experience a shift in how you relate to past events as you loosen the energetic attachment to people and situations
  • Reflect on the question "Were they doing the best they could with what they knew at the time?" to soften judgment and open understanding
  • Learn how to apply forgiveness as an ongoing practice to support healing in your relationships and within yourself

Module 5: 2026-07-07 1:00:00 pm

Module 5: Recognize Everything Is for Learning to Find Meaning in Life's Hardest Moments (2026-07-07 1:00:00 pm)

Even the most painful experiences can begin to look different when viewed through a lens of meaning and growth.

Suzanne will help you shift from asking "Why is this happening?" to "What is this here to teach me? " opening the door to insight and a deeper sense of purpose.

You'll explore how challenges can carry unexpected lessons that shape who you're becoming.

As this perspective takes hold, resistance can soften and a greater sense of resilience can emerge. This approach invites you to meet your life not as something happening to you, but as something unfolding for your growth and understanding.

In this module, you'll:

  • Be guided through a "lesson extraction" exercise to help you uncover meaning within a personal challenge
  • Explore how difficult life experiences can be reframed as meaningful parts of your growth and evolution
  • Practice shifting from "Why me?" to "What is this teaching me?" to access powerful perspective
  • Discover how meaning-making can support emotional resilience and a steadier inner state
  • Learn how to apply this perspective to support both your own journey and others moving through challenges

Module 6: 2026-07-14 1:00:00 pm

Module 6: Shift From Human-Doing to Human-Being to Regulate Your Nervous System & Find Inner Calm (2026-07-14 1:00:00 pm)

Much of life is spent in doing, thinking, and reacting, yet a deeper sense of peace becomes available when you reconnect with the "being" part of yourself.

Suzanne will guide you in exploring the difference between "human doing" and "human being," and how this shift changes your internal state, affecting how you relate to the world.

You'll begin to understand how presence is not something you think about, but something you experience in your body and nervous system.

As you strengthen your connection to this quieter, more grounded state, clarity and calm can emerge more naturally. This practice will illuminate how to move through life with greater awareness, intention, and a steadier sense of inner peace.

In this module, you'll:

  • Be guided through a "beingfulness" meditation and breathwork practice to help you access a grounded, present state
  • Explore the difference between "human doing" and "human being," and how each shapes your thoughts, emotions, and actions
  • Experience how shifting into presence can calm your nervous system and support a more regulated, steady state
  • Learn how connecting with your parasympathetic response supports relaxation and emotional balance
  • Discover how to bring presence into your conversations, caregiving, and daily life so you can respond with more awareness and ease

Module 7: 2026-07-21 1:00:00 pm

Module 7: Feel Your Connection to the Universe to Live With Greater Intention, Purpose & Fulfillment (2026-07-21 1:00:00 pm)

A deeper sense of belonging begins to emerge when you recognize yourself as part of something greater. Suzanne will share how this perspective can change the way you relate to your life, your choices, and your sense of purpose.

You'll reflect on the idea that your life may hold meaning beyond what you can immediately see, inviting a greater sense of trust in your path.

As you begin to listen more closely - to your inner knowing, to subtle signs, to what feels aligned - you open to a more intentional way of living. This integration invites you to move forward with purpose, fulfillment, and a deeper connection to the life you're here to live.

In this final module, you'll:

  • Be guided through a "living in alignment" meditation to help you connect with your purpose and inner direction
  • Explore the idea of unity as "one song" and what it means to see yourself as part of a greater whole
  • Gain clarity around your values and what truly brings you a sense of meaning and fulfillment
  • Learn how to recognize and trust the signs and inner guidance that support your path
  • Create a personal integration plan so you can live these perspectives with intention in your daily life
