Many of us spend years searching for better health, more energy, and greater peace of mind, only to feel as though our wellbeing is determined by age, stress, genetics, or circumstances beyond our control.
Yet, what if your body already possesses an extraordinary capacity to heal, adapt, and thrive… and you’ve simply never been taught how to awaken it?
For more than four decades, Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD has helped thousands of people discover that true healing doesn’t begin outside of us; it begins within.
Join Dr. Jahnke for this transformative 20-week Medical Qigong training and learn his accessible, evidence-informed Four-Dimensional Medical Qigong system for cultivating vibrant health, longevity, and — if you feel called — the confidence to help others awaken their own innate healing potential.
Medical Qigong takes the ancient practice of Qigong and applies it purposefully to health, healing, and disease prevention.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it brings together gentle movement, conscious breathing, meditation and focused awareness, and self-applied massage to cultivate and direct Qi in ways that support the body’s natural capacity to regulate, restore balance, and heal — what Dr. Jahnke calls “the medicine within.”
Dr. Jahnke has expanded this training to offer even more personalized support for any direction you want to take your Medical Qigong practice. Alongside the core curriculum, you’ll have opportunities to focus on your personal practice, holistic life planning, teaching skills, and the practical steps involved in creating and expanding a Qigong business.
Dr. Jahnke’s approach begins with a simple yet profound shift in perspective. Rather than asking, What’s wrong, and how do I fix it? Medical Qigong asks, How can I strengthen everything that’s already right?
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, the ancient art of Yang Sheng (“nourishing life”), decades of clinical experience, and modern scientific research, Dr. Jahnke has distilled thousands of years of wisdom into a practical system that anyone can learn and integrate into daily life.
Chronic stress can interfere with many of the body’s natural processes for rest, repair, and self-regulation. Dr. Jahnke’s Four Dimensions of Medical Qigong — movement, breath, focused awareness, and self-massage — work together to help shift you out of a persistent stress response and cultivate the internal conditions that support healing, restoration, and resilience.
Dr. Jahnke and his colleagues have trained and certified close to 6,000 teachers and practitioners worldwide. During this training, you’ll meet a whole crew of these IIQTC Graduate Teachers as assistants — giving you real-world examples of what’s possible after certification.
They were once where you are, and now they have careers as mind-body practice teachers, serving a variety of different populations, communities, and professional paths!
Throughout this immersive journey, you’ll experience how gentle movement, conscious breathing, meditation, therapeutic self-massage, and holistic lifestyle practices work together to activate Qi — the body’s vital life energy — and internally create the conditions where wellbeing and healing naturally unfolds.
Rather than simply learning a series of exercises, you’ll develop a sustainable integrative MindBody practice that activates greater vitality, resilience, mobility, emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper connection with your body’s innate intelligence.
And you’ll actually practice Medical Qigong throughout the program, experiencing how even simple combinations of movement, breath, awareness, and self-massage can shift how you feel in your body, while learning how to guide others through these same practices.
One of Dr. Jahnke’s greatest gifts is making profound healing principles accessible. He translates the rich wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine into practical tools you can immediately apply — not only to support your own wellbeing, but also to bring greater health and hope to your family, clients, and community.
Along the way, you’ll explore the timeless principles of Yang Sheng — the ancient wellness system called “Nourishing Life” — and discover how everyday choices influence long-term vitality, and experience firsthand how small, consistent practices can create remarkable change over time.
Whether your intention is to reclaim your own health, deepen your existing wellness practice, prepare for a meaningful second career, or become a certified Medical Qigong teacher, this training provides far more than techniques.
It offers a complete framework for living with greater vitality, purpose, and resilience — and for becoming someone who helps others discover that the most profound medicine has been within them all along.
This training is for you if you’re ready to reclaim your health, deepen your understanding of holistic healing, or feel called to help others thrive through one of the world’s oldest and most time-tested healing traditions.
You’ll discover how the ancient wisdom of Medical Qigong can become a powerful path for healing, purpose, and transformation.
If you’re seeking your own healing… you’ll develop a lifelong practice that helps you cultivate greater energy, resilience, mobility, emotional wellbeing, and healthy aging — giving you practical tools you can rely on for the rest of your life.
If you’re already a wellness professional… you’ll learn how to confidently integrate Medical Qigong into your existing work, expanding the impact you have with clients through an accessible, evidence-informed system for supporting whole-person health.
If you’re feeling called to teach… you’ll receive mentorship, practical teaching experience, business guidance, the confidence to bring these life-changing practices into your community, AND certification from the widely respected IIQTC.
And if you’re simply wondering what’s next… whether you’re entering an inspired new season of life, recovering from an illness, retiring from a longtime career, or searching for more meaningful ways to contribute, you’ll discover a path of purpose where your own healing journey can naturally become a gift to others.
You don’t have to know exactly where Medical Qigong will lead you before you begin!

Through this professional training, you’re invited to explore and embody that truth by learning to work with the five elements within your body — wood, fire, earth, metal, and water — understanding their impact on Qi and how Medical Qigong harmonizes these forces for optimal wellbeing.
You’ll learn to activate Spirit Medicine, the Qigong ideal that our true Self is eternally whole and can never be harmed. Known as cultivating the Golden Elixir, this inner alchemical medicine awakens the vitality of your integrated mind, body, and spirit.
At this level, Medical Qigong evolves from healing physical and emotional problems to revealing and actualizing the eternal, essential, transcendental core of vibrant wellbeing.
By deepening your inner awareness, known scientifically as interoception, and embodying the Four Dimensions of Medical Qigong — body practice, breath practice, mind/focus (meditation), and self-massage — people will undoubtedly ask you, “What have you been doing? You look radiant!”
You’ll evolve immensely as you realize what ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine physicians and shamans called the “Immortal Self” — your innate wellbeing called
“Eternal Wellbeing” — which is always available to be cultivated within.
You’ll gain strategies for cultivating Qi as a potent functional power that can recharge the body, calm the mind, and enable greater physical self-regulation and healing, as well as stabilize your consciousness and emotions…
… allowing you to feel centered and aware in both body and mind while opening and refining connection to your higher, divine guidance.
You’ll integrate the core principles of ancient Chinese mind-body Qigong — Qi, yin, and yang… the Three Treasures… the Four Dimensions… and the Five Elements — into flexible daily practice sessions to awaken and harness the profound medicine that already exists within you.
This potent life force has the power to strengthen immunity, boost healing responses, dissolve stress, and elevate your overall wellbeing from the inside out.
You’ll also get to experience the wisdom of gifted guest teachers who are graduates of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, and who have evolved into health and wellness influencers.
You’ll learn from guest teacher Jennifer Weiss, an exemplary IIQTC Senior Trainer who will delve into the healing potential of Qigong especially targeted for children and guide the class in a soothing meditation and Qigong practice…

Rebecca will support you in refining your personal Holistic Life Plan and how to link Holistic Living (Yang Sheng) into your personal life and into your classes, if you are teaching. She’ll lead in an amazing visualization that you can use again and again.
You’ll also be taught by Doctor of Chinese Medicine Oley Smith, who is not only a traditional medicine doctor and talented IIQTC Senior Trainer, but also a chaplain in the Upaya Buddhist Tradition. This program will feature LIVE teachings, interactive sessions, experiential practices, and Q&A with Dr. Jahnke. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to master the Medical Qigong practices and Yang Sheng wellness methods that lead to lasting health and wellbeing for yourself and others.

Begin your journey with an exploration of the core principles of the ancient Chinese mind-body practice of Qigong.
Focus on Qi, yin and yang, the Three Treasures, and the Four Dimensions of your Qigong practice.
Learn how the Three Treasures - body, mind, and spirit - work together as one holistic, integrative health and wellbeing system.
Dr. Jahnke will share the Four Dimensions of Qigong:
Understanding these core principles creates your pathway to cultivate inner peace, vitality, and a deeper connection to your own energetic essence. They are the foundation of your role as a Medical Qigong Teacher.
In this session, you'll explore:

Go deeper into the Four Dimensions of Medical Qigong. Explore how body practice strengthens muscles, enhances flexibility, and improves circulation and how breath practice oxygenates cells and calms the autonomic nervous system, the Vagal, Parasympathetic, Nerve System.
Meditation and mind focus cultivate mental clarity and emotional balance. Self-massage relieves tension and directs Qi (healing resources) to the parts that need healing the most.
These naturally occurring inner healing functions are The Medicine Within.
By engaging and integrating these four dimensions, activate your inherent ability to refine the function of the body-mind complex to self-regulate and self-heal.
Dr. Jahnke will train you how to help others do the same.
In this session, you'll:

Teaching Medical Qigong is most successful when teachers and practitioners prioritize accessibility, stress neutralization, and feel free from concerns and considerations - making it easy, accessible, and fun.
Complex, esoteric forms of Qigong are interesting but can be confusing and reduce motivation. Easy practices emphasizing breath and mindful awareness that can be modified are the foundation and are easy to implement.
Learn to break down techniques into manageable steps, using clear and relatable language. Incorporating playful elements - like flowing movements, guided imagery, and nature metaphors - will engage your students.
You'll discover how to identify the people and communities you most want to serve and communicate the benefits of your work clearly - while you develop the skill to encourage laughter and a relaxed atmosphere, dispelling the misconception that Qigong must be serious...
... and focus on the core principles: body, breath, mind, and self-massage. By simplifying and demystifying the practice, empower others to activate their own innate healing potential.
In this session, you'll explore:

Yang Sheng is the ancient wellness program of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) developed by grandmothers and shamans, dating back at least 5000 years. Yang Sheng means "nourishing life" and emphasizes living in harmony with nature to cultivate longevity and vitality.
This holistic approach encompasses dietary wisdom, mindful movement, emotional balance, hydration, rest/sleep, enhancing relationships, and living in alignment with the seasons to cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and self-awareness.
A key component includes tailored nutrition, aligning food choices with individual constitutions and seasonal changes. Dr. Jahnke will introduce an easy-to-communicate contemporary holistic life-planning framework that you can share with your students to complement their Medical Qigong practices.
Qigong and Tai Chi promote gentle movement, fostering Qi flow and physical flexibility, which are foundational to Yang Sheng.
Meditation and mindfulness practices cultivate mental clarity and emotional equilibrium. Seasonal living encourages adapting daily routines to the rhythms of nature - the patterns of the sun and moon. Benefits include enhanced immune function, improved digestion, reduced stress, and increased energy.
By weaving Yang Sheng together with Qigong practices, experience more integrated mind-body wellbeing, unlock your body's innate healing potential, and achieve health longevity and wisdom.
In this session, you'll:

Movement and breath activate Qi and turn on the medicine within, while meditation and massage direct Qi and function.
Dive into movement and breath - the Qi engine. In Qigong, body practice and breath practice integrate, supercharging the Qi, accelerating inner healing and vitalizing function.
As Qi flows freely, experience a profound sense of wellbeing - a vibrant connection to mind-body integration that you can share with others as a path to an inspiring, invigorating journey of personal transformation.
Qigong's flowing movements loosen tight muscles, calm the nervous system, and open Qi energy pathways. Drawing in fresh Qi and oxygen maximizes cellular function and accelerates lymph flow. Expelling stagnant Qi eliminates airborne metabolic waste.
Integrating movement and breath creates a symphony of complementarity, each amplifying the other's influences and benefits.
Physically, experience increased flexibility, improved circulation, and a surge of energy. Emotionally, through the flood of parasympathetic neurotransmitters, stress is neutralized and replaced with a soothing sense of calm, clarity, and centered groundedness.
In this session, you'll explore:

Senior IIQTC Trainer and longtime Qigong educator Jennifer Weiss will introduce you to the ABChi's, a joyful nine-movement practice inspired by the principles of Medical Qigong and designed to be simple enough to remember for a lifetime.
Created as an accessible moving meditation, the ABChi's help cultivate the essential qualities and fundamentals of Qigong through a memorable nine-stanza poem that makes daily practice effortless.
Jennifer developed this approach after years of teaching Qigong in community settings and recognizing how deeply children, families, educators, and caregivers need practical tools for self-regulation and resilience.
You'll discover how this playful yet profound practice can support emotional balance while making the wisdom of Qigong easy to share with the young people in your life. Jennifer will also reveal how the ABChi's are helping bring Qigong into schools and communities, expanding the reach of these timeless practices for future generations.
In this session, you'll:

"Interoception" is a scientific word for the ability to sense internal bodily and emotional states. It describes cultivating conscious awareness of both physical and emotional feeling - a kind of mindfulness. It's the entry point to purposefully achieving present moment focus - the essence of Qigong.
Supercharge your Qigong practice using mind focus to neutralize distraction and sustain present moment focus. Self-applied massage is especially important in Medical Qigong as it is a primary method for directing Qi and healing resources within the body.
Learn how to teach these healing multipliers to your students, discover key Qi centers, and master an array of simple massage techniques that stimulate energy pathways and maximize healing capacity.
Integrating mind focus and massage with breath and movement is the essence of Qigong. This purposeful integration cultivates a deeper connection to inner energy, empowering you - and your students and clients - toward extraordinary healing balance and robust vitality.
In this session, you'll:

The Medical Qigong goal is to turn on the medicine within to sustain - and even enhance - health stability and vitality.
Fortunately, any Qigong can be transformed into Medical Qigong by emphasizing the integration of the Four Dimensions of Qigong in coordination with holistic living, Yang Sheng.
Intention and focus - the minimization of distraction - create this unique and powerful Medical Qigong atmosphere.
All Four Dimensions of Qigong enhance and direct Qi to targeted areas for healing and restoration. Incorporating precise acupoint stimulation during self-massage is aligned with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, especially harmonizing the Qi and function in deep relaxation.
Dr. Jahnke will share how to tailor your practice to address your own unique imbalances, whether physical or emotional - and how to help others do the same.
In this session, you'll:

The essence of Qigong is sustainably cultivating an intimate awareness of and connection with one's internal functional energy, Qi. This requires intention and focus in a nondistracted context.
Explore how regular practice transforms theoretical knowledge into tangible experience and benefit. Each practice session, however brief, strengthens your ability to choose which practices to weave together on any one day.
Through repetition, movements become familiar and fluid, breath awareness deepens, and mind focus sharpens.
Begin to understand your unique lifestyle choices and personal energy patterns. Adapt techniques to your own individual needs. Learn how to help students and clients adapt their personal practice beyond your classes.
This personal cultivation unlocks profound benefits, such as increased vitality, reduced stress, and enhanced self-awareness - all contributing to and activating the healer within. It all conspires to create a palpable sense of personal power.
Learn to share Qigong so it becomes a living, evolving inner dialogue for you and others - a marvelous journey of self-discovery fueled by consistent, ever-evolving practice.
In this session, you'll:

A foundational theory in TCM is that the Yang energy descending from Heaven and the Yin energy ascending from Earth travel in 12 Qi channels or meridians - the "Rivers of Qi."
Learn theories of TCM, including the relationships of the Qi - the Qi channels, their associated human organs, and the primary human emotions.
Each organ corresponds to a specific meridian or channel, forming an intricate energy network, or Qi matrix. For instance, the lung meridian governs respiration and skin health, while the liver meridian influences detoxification and emotional balance.
Imbalances in the organs - usually caused by stress, diet, or over working - disrupt Qi flow within their associated meridians, leading to disharmony.
This awareness of basic TCM theory will help you heal yourself and enable you to guide students and clients to restore organ function, prevent disease, and promote overall wellbeing.
In this session, you'll:

This week you will have the option to join a practice session with one or several of our most talented Senior Trainers to integrate what you've learned so far.
If you join this session, you'll:

In ancient times, a hospital was a place of refuge for weary travelers. In our complex contemporary times, we are all weary travelers. Your students and clients are weary travelers and will deeply appreciate your hospitality.
Cultivate yourself as your own "hospital." Teach others to be their own hospital. Nurture being hospitable. Your Qigong classes will become like ancient hospitals - a refuge for rehabilitation, recovery, and renewal. Notice that hospitality is both physical and emotional.
Explore how Qigong supports your students to become their own sources of healing - learn how to help them become more hospitable to themselves, both physically and emotionally.
This means going beyond just doing Qigong in your practice sessions and includes making health and wellness-maximizing choices throughout the day, being kind to yourself, and being supportive of others.
A person who has realized that they are their own hospital is making a huge contribution to their family, community, and nation.
In this session, you'll:

Another fundamental of TCM is the Five Elements theory. Explore how wood, fire, earth, metal, and water manifest within the body, mind, and energy - and how Medical Qigong practices affect each of the elements, cultivating balance and harmonizing the medicine within.
Discover the emotional associations linked to each element, opening a doorway into the sacred wisdom of the original Qigong masters and their amazing insights into healing, health, wellbeing, and longevity - and the intriguing mystery of immortality.
Dr. Jahnke will share how to create relaxing visualizations and weave together body and breath practices to integrate the Five Elements.
Be informed, inspired, and empowered to support your students, clients, and yourself to cultivate physical resilience and emotional balance and gain an ever-deepening understanding and transforming of the energetic self.
In this session, you'll explore:

Every healing journey is strengthened by a clear vision for living well. In this inspiring module, master coach Rebecca McLean will introduce the Circle of Life, a holistic life-planning and coaching framework that complements the principles of Medical Qigong and Yang Sheng.
Through a guided coaching experience, you'll develop or refine your own "energy management system," or holistic life plan, while exploring how this powerful system can support healing, purposeful aging, retirement, career transitions, or professional goals.
You'll also discover practical ways to integrate Circle of Life coaching concepts into your Qigong classes and client sessions to deepen transformation and encourage lasting lifestyle change.
By weaving these two approaches together, you'll learn how to help yourself and others cultivate greater balance, vitality, and lifelong wellbeing.
In this module, you'll:

The concept of "one disease, one cure" proposes that all ailments stem from a fundamental imbalance, a core disruption of the integrated function and harmony of the Three Treasures - body, mind, and spirit.
TCM is founded on this intriguing idea, viewing all disease as a manifestation of disrupted Qi. Contemporary functional medicine, holistic medicine, and integrative medicine align with this idea, emphasizing resolving root causes over medically-based symptom management.
The "one disease" is often seen as disconnection from our natural, inherent wellbeing state. It's emotional, physical, and/or spiritual Qi disruption. The "one cure" is the act of restoring that connection. This isn't a literal single remedy, but a holistic approach encompassing lifestyle, mindset, and environment - Yang Sheng.
Medical Qigong is rooted in this amazing idea. It stresses the interconnectedness of all aspects of wellbeing, suggesting that true health arises from an integrated, harmonious, balanced state. As a Medical Qigong practitioner, you become an ambassador of this extraordinary concept.
In this session, you'll:

In Taoism and Buddhism, the great Asian philosophical systems that are the foundation of TCM, the most powerful healing comes from simple living, sustainable practice, and humility.
These are rooted in the choices arrived at through the mind and intention - a stable, undistracted mind is the essence of Medical Qigong.
Explore how the practice of stabilizing consciousness requires nonreactive emotional balance. This generates the elixir within, the relaxation response triggering immune function and regulating neurotransmitters by harmonizing the autonomic nervous system through soothing the vagal system.
In Taoism, the practitioner cultivates "naturalness" - zi ran. With cultivation and evolution over time, one becomes a real, authentic person - zhen ren. An authentic, humble, and relaxed person automatically produces the medicine within.
In Buddhism, such a person is a "stream enterer" - sotopanna - one who purposefully pursues freedom from suffering.
Qigong is widely considered as the entry gate to immortality (Taoism) and Nirvana (Buddhism). Witness how these ancient philosophies potentiate Medical Qigong.
In this module, you'll:

Medical Qigong necessarily complements and enhances all the lifestyle changes that activate the medicine within - Yang Sheng.
Holistic life planning through the Circle of Life System is an easy way to remember to encourage your Qigong students and clients to consciously make beneficial, wellbeing-enhancing choices throughout the day - choices that eliminate the causes of disease and maximize the causes of health.
Everyone has the option and even the invitation to create a life that is aligned to their life purpose and values. Should you choose to be a Qigong teacher, you'll support your students in weaving a lifestyle that includes mind-body practice and healthy daily choices. Or, you can simply live inot these values for your own wellbeing.
Simple holistic life planning language woven with Qigong practice is an empowerment system that has been tried and tested for many thousands of years.
In this session, you'll:

This week you will have the option to join a practice session with one or several of our most talented Senior Trainers to integrate what you've learned so far.
If you join this session, you'll:

Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and Qigong innovator Oley Smith will deepen your understanding of Medical Qigong by exploring the ancient wisdom encoded within the Chinese language.
Drawing on more than 15 years of experience and his training as a Senior Trainer with the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC), Oley will illuminate the foundational Chinese characters for the Three Treasures - Jing, Qi, and Shen - and what they reveal about the relationship between body, energy, and spirit.
You'll discover how aligning these Three Treasures can activate your Inner Medicine, supporting circulation, stress reduction, immune function, and greater balance and harmony throughout your whole being.
As a chaplain in the Upaya Zen Buddhist lineage, Oley will also share practical ways to self-regulate your nervous system and cultivate sustainable inner peace, while exploring the importance of integrating Eastern and Western approaches to wellness.
This experiential session will bring these teachings into your body through meditation and Qigong, helping you move beyond simply understanding the philosophy to experiencing its wisdom for yourself.
In this session, you'll:

Qigong teachers and practice leaders witness many students who are quite enthusiastic, but who will - unfortunately - drop out of class, be distracted, or not progress because they don't develop a personal practice.
Sharpen your awareness of the principles of practice refinement and sustainability as you continue to bring Qigong into your own life and support your clients and those you teach.
Dr. Jahnke will share the many reasons why students do not progress - and the main prize for sticking within it. These methods are profound yet simple. People who are lucky enough to experience Qigong can keep and use the practices for the rest of their lives.
Old habits, false assumptions, life traumas, default reactivity patterns, a multitude of distractions - all are obstacles. A sincere teacher creates a profoundly hospitable refuge and a community of enthusiastic practitioners with shared values.
It is unfortunate that some people will miss the point, remain distracted, and slip away. Our focus as teachers, however, is to support those who stick with it. You'll learn how to identify and focus on the students who are "getting it" rather than those who are not.
In this module, you'll explore:

Wizards, master teachers, shamans, gurus, and even quantum scientists recognize that true healing, empowerment, and transformation actually abide inherently within us.
Explore and connect with the aspect of yourself that is eternally well, cannot get sick, and does not die. Medical Qigong actually heals and empowers by revealing one's own inherent wellbeing. Ancient Chinese physicians and philosophers called this expressing the immortal self.
The teachers of the highest levels of Qigong suggest that there is an eternal spiritual presence within our being. Those who recognize and cultivate this are called the immortals. These are the "real people" (zhen ren) who transcend constant worry and distraction while cultivating compassion and acceptance of what is..
To many, it may feel like their spirit needs healing. But actually, according to the most inspired Qigong ideals, the spirit is actually the ultimate medicine.
Focus on advancing and deepening the practices of this training to purposefully move closer to what Dr. Jahnke calls the grand promise of Qigong - total integration of the whole person body, mind, and spirit.
This is called Golden Elixir Alchemy.
In this session, you'll:

Congratulations! Celebrate your transformation and your achievement as you graduate as a certified Medical Qigong Teacher. In this inspiring final module, you'll reflect on the profound personal growth you've experienced while creating a vision for how you'll share these practices with others.
Dr. Jahnke and the faculty will offer practical guidance for building a thriving teaching practice, leading both in-person and online classes. You'll explore practical ways to create opportunities to share through teaching and developing classes, workshops, and online programs that reflect your unique strengths and gifts. You are now empowered to heal yourself and bring Medical Qigong into your community with confidence.
You'll leave with a renewed sense of purpose, knowing that every class you teach has the potential to reduce suffering, cultivate wellbeing, and empower others to discover the medicine within themselves.
As your journey continues, you'll become part of a growing global movement bringing greater health, resilience, and hope to the world - one student at a time.
In this session, you'll:

Through somatically oriented Qigong practices you can explore sitting, standing, lying down, and walking as pathways into greater stillness, awareness, and embodied wellbeing. You'll develop the courage to recognize what you're truly navigating without getting swept away by automatic patterns, while discovering how presence can become a refuge you carry with you. As you bring body, mind, and spirit into deeper relationship, you'll cultivate the capacity not simply to live longer, but to live with greater presence, vitality, and ease.

Journey into the ancient Taoist pursuit of longevity and immortality through the teachings of Master Ge Hong, the renowned 4th-century Chinese alchemist. You'll discover the two traditional paths of Outer Alchemy and Inner Alchemy, and why cultivating your body's own healing resources offers a powerful and accessible path to greater vitality and wellbeing. Through Qigong, meditation, conscious breathing, visualization, mindful movement, and tonic nutrition, you'll explore how to refine your own internal "elixir" by harmonizing body, mind, and spirit. You'll also discover intriguing connections between ancient Taoist wisdom and contemporary ideas in quantum physics and neurobiology, opening a broader understanding of what "immortality" might mean. Ultimately, you'll be invited to experience immortality not simply as living longer, but as awakening to the timeless healing intelligence and deeper unity already within you.

Discover the Circle of Life, a holistic self-empowerment system created by Rebecca McLean, BCC, and Dr. Roger Jahnke to help you cultivate greater health, vitality, purpose, productivity, and joy. You'll explore 12 essential dimensions of your life, from relationships, finances, and wellbeing to spirituality, self-esteem, and life purpose, so you can recognize what's nourishing you and where your energy may be leaking away. Through 15 Powers for Success, including Self Inquiry, Goal Setting, Accountability, and Lifelong Learning, you'll gain practical tools for taking greater responsibility for your thoughts, choices, and actions. Rather than forcing dramatic change, you'll learn to create slow, steady, sustainable progress through the power of Self Care. Whether you're navigating a transition, facing a challenge, or simply longing for a more fulfilling life, you'll be empowered to become the conscious director of your life and cultivate greater balance, resilience, and vitality from within.

In this 7-part video series, you'll discover the Circle of Life Coach Approach to Yang Sheng, an accessible framework you can use personally or weave naturally into Qigong classes, practice sessions, and workshops. You'll explore how a mind-body practice leader can become a more effective coach by helping others recognize the shifts in attention and choice that can lead to more holistic living, healing, and wellbeing. You'll learn the power of becoming a curious witness and using three essential coaching questions to help people uncover their own insights rather than simply telling them what to do. You'll also explore accountability as a catalyst for meaningful, sustainable change and learn how to support others in putting their insights into practice. Ultimately, you'll expand your capacity to empower others to become active participants in their own wellbeing and discover why the world needs more coaches who can help make that transformation possible.
