Shape your future before it shapes you.

Discover timeless Vedic wisdom and practical tools for recognizing what's driving your choices, anticipating their far-reaching consequences, and creating a life of purpose, integrity, and lasting positive impact.

Every decision you make quietly shapes the person you're becoming... and the world you're helping create.

Most of us want to make choices we'll feel good about years from now choices that strengthen our relationships, bring meaning and purpose to our work, and allow us to look back knowing we lived according to what mattered most.

Yet, even with the best intentions, it's easy to drift. We react instead of responding. We chase opportunities that promise fulfillment but leave us feeling empty. We compromise in small ways that slowly become habits.

Then one day we look back and realize a decision that once felt right quietly changed the course of a relationship, a career, or our path or the lives of others in ways we never anticipated because we couldn't yet see the consequences that were already beginning to unfold.

Modern-day philosopher Nitesh Gor asserts that these moments aren't simply regrets. They're invitations to understand something profoundly important: every decision is shaped by the state of consciousness from which it's made.

As our awareness changes, so do the choices we make... and the lives that those choices impact.

In this profound 7-week live course, you'll discover a practical Vedic approach to understanding what's truly driving your decisions, recognizing where they're likely to lead, and making choices that create a life that feels deeply aligned.

You’ll learn how to develop stronger relationships, make your days more meaningful, and create a positive impact that reaches far beyond your own life.

For more than 30 years, Nitesh has explored one enduring question: How do we live with integrity in a complicated world?

A philosopher, educator, and visionary leader, he translates the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita into practical guidance for modern life, helping people navigate leadership, relationships, family, work, and purpose with clearer judgment, courage, and compassion.

Throughout the course, you'll explore the Three Modes of consciousness, revealing whether your choices are being driven by Ignorance, Passion, or Goodness. You'll learn to recognize these patterns as they arise, consider the long-term consequences of your actions, and align your daily decisions with the values and future you truly want to create.

Through guided reflection, memorable stories, thought-provoking case studies, and experiential practices, these teachings will gradually move from interesting ideas to lived experience. You'll start recognizing familiar situations differently, pausing before old patterns take over, and responding with deeper intention in every area of your life.

And, as your perspective begins to shift, you’ll notice that the benefits extend far beyond your own life. A thoughtful decision can restore trust in a relationship. A wiser conversation can change the direction of a family. Values-based leadership can transform an organization.

Every conscious choice creates ripple effects, many of which you'll never see. Yet, all become part of the legacy you leave behind.

Over time, these teachings can become something you carry with you. They offer a way to meet uncertainty with greater wisdom, act with integrity when the path isn't obvious, and make choices that your future self, your loved ones, and the people whose lives you touch will benefit from for years to come.

During this practical, deeply inspiring program, you'll:

  • Learn to recognize whether your decisions are being driven by Ignorance, Passion, or Goodness, allowing you to respond with greater wisdom instead of habit
  • Develop practical tools for navigating difficult conversations, ethical dilemmas, leadership challenges, and life's biggest crossroads with greater confidence and integrity
  • Explore the principles of Downstream Dharma, learning to anticipate the long-term ripple effects of your choices before they become lasting consequences for yourself and others
  • Apply the Four Pillars of Goodness to cultivate greater integrity, self-discipline, compassion, and wisdom in both your personal and professional life
  • Create your own Dharma Action Plan, giving you a personalized roadmap for making values-based decisions long after the course concludes
  • Clarify your deepest values and create a personal compass that helps you align your everyday choices with the life you truly want to live
  • Learn through engaging stories, guided reflection, behavioral science, experiential exercises, and timeless Vedic teachings that make profound wisdom immediately practical
  • And much more…

The Beggar on the Train: Evaluating Decisions With Greater Wisdom (2026-10-01 9:00:00 am)

Good intentions are not enough. This course opens with a formative story from Nitesh's childhood, when a simple act of charity on an Indian train unintentionally funded a criminal syndicate.

You'll begin questioning the assumption that wanting to do good is the same as doing good, and discover a radically different way to evaluate your decisions and their consequences.

In this session, you'll:

  • Begin a daily reflective journaling practice to explore the motivations behind your decisions and the consequences they create
  • Receive your first introduction to the dharmic framework for evaluating choices in business and everyday life
  • Explore the Three Modes as a practical diagnostic tool for developing wiser decisions over time
  • Discover why good intentions can still produce harmful outcomes... and what to do instead
  • Learn the foundational distinction between intention-based and outcomes-based decision-making

The Three Modes: Recognizing What's Driving Your Decisions (2026-10-08 9:00:00 am)

Every decision you make is governed by one of three modes of consciousness: Ignorance, Passion, or Goodness.

Nitesh will introduce the complete framework, revealing what each mode looks like in practice, how to identify which is dominant in your life today, and how to confidently apply it as you begin shifting toward Goodness in everyday choices, from the checkout aisle to the boardroom.

In this session, you'll:

  • Complete a guided self-assessment using five elements of your life to identify your dominant mode of consciousness
  • Explore the Three Modes of Ignorance, Passion, and Goodness across worldview, communication, and career
  • Learn how to recognize your dominant mode in real time without self-deception
  • Discover why the Mode of Passion is not a flaw but a necessary stage of growth, and why it isn't the final destination
  • Examine the neuroscience and behavioral research that corroborate what ancient wisdom has taught for centuries

Downstream Dharma: Anticipating the Ripple Effects of Your Decisions (2026-10-22 9:00:00 am)

Every action produces consequences that extend far beyond what we can see at the moment of decision.

Drawing on case studies from Wall Street to Indian microfinance, Nitesh will guide you in developing the practice of tracing the downstream effects of your choices - so you can see how many of the most damaging outcomes in business and life stem not from bad intentions, but from incomplete thinking.

In this session, you'll:

  • Create a consequence map to uncover the broader ripple effects of your decisions beyond their immediate outcomes
  • Learn a practical method for extending your decision horizon before committing to a course of action
  • Explore the "butterfly wing" principle: how small decisions can cascade into significant consequences
  • Examine case studies of systemic harm caused by well-intentioned people with limited downstream awareness
  • Discover how downstream thinking strengthens leadership, shapes organizational culture, and creates long-term competitive advantage

2026-10-29 9:00:00 am

Conscience, Guilt & the Cereal Box: Strengthening Your Ethical Decision-Making (2026-10-29 9:00:00 am)

A clear conscience is not a soft concept. It's a performance advantage.

Through stories ranging from Nitesh's grandfather settling a 2-pound grocery tab on his deathbed... to the simple dilemma of an unpaid cereal box and the collapse of corporate giants - you'll explore how small, daily compromises accumulate over time and why integrity is not the cost of doing business, but the condition for doing it well.

In this session, you'll:

  • Reflect on a real-life ethical dilemma to examine how seemingly small decisions shape your conscience over time
  • Discover the psychology of moral disengagement, learning how good people gradually normalize unethical behavior
  • Explore why small ethical compromises compound into lasting patterns that shape character, leadership, and karma
  • Learn how to identify and address the compromises that may have already taken root in your work and life
  • Examine the evidence that shows why a clear conscience is a lasting competitive advantage for both personal and professional success

Purpose-Driven Dharma: Living Your Purpose Every Day (2026-11-05 9:00:00 am)

The "earn now, give back later" model is a deferral strategy, and it rarely arrives.

Nitesh will challenge the conventional sequencing of purpose, introducing the Three Aspirational Declarations as a practical framework for discovering and living your higher purpose within your current circumstances - rather than waiting for a future that may never come.

You'll also explore the Four Pillars - foundational ethical principles including integrity, self-discipline, compassion, and clarity, -that help bring purpose into your everyday decisions.

In this session, you'll:

  • Draft your own purpose statement using the Three Aspirational Declarations to clarify your dharmic contribution today
  • Discover why the "delayed purpose" model often fails, and the psychological research that explains why
  • Learn how to identify purpose within your existing work, relationships, and community - without reinventing your life
  • Explore the distinction between meaning, purpose, and role, and why confusing them can leave you feeling directionless
  • Discover a practical framework for aligning your daily choices with a higher purpose you can begin living today

2026-11-12 9:00:00 am

The Dharma of Leadership: Leading With Greater Integrity (2026-11-12 9:00:00 am)

What does values-based leadership actually look like inside a real organization?

Drawing on his experience founding the Avanti Schools Trust and co-developing the Dow Jones Dharma Index, Nitesh will show you how to build the Mode of Goodness into the operating system of any enterprise, while recognizing that you're also the CEO of your own life.

In this session, you'll:

  • Reflect on how your communication influences others - objectively assessing the messages you send through your words, actions, and leadership... whether at work or in your everyday life
  • Explore the Four Pillars of Goodness - truthfulness, austerity, compassion, and clarity - as a practical leadership operating system
  • Learn how to build ethical culture by embedding dharma into systems and structures, not just individual behavior
  • Examine findings from the Dharma Index that show the relationship between values-based governance and financial performance
  • Discover practical tools for strengthening organizational culture, raising ethical standards, and leading from the Mode of Goodness

2026-11-19 9:00:00 am

The Dharma of Your Life: Putting Your Values Into Daily Practice (2026-11-19 9:00:00 am)

This is where the framework becomes a way of life.

In this final session, Nitesh will bring together the Three Modes, the Four Pillars, Downstream Dharma, and Purpose-Driven Dharma into a personal Dharma Action Plan.

You'll leave with a practical framework for making wiser decisions each day, so it can gradually become a natural way of thinking rather than a protocol you have to follow consciously.

In this closing session, you'll:

  • Create your own Dharma Action Plan, developing a practical personal protocol for aligning your values with your decisions in work, relationships, and everyday life
  • Learn how to use your Dharma Action Plan to make thoughtful, values-based decisions with increasing confidence and consistency
  • Bring together the complete course framework into a clear, practical approach you can apply long after the course ends
  • Discover how dharma becomes an ongoing daily practice rather than a destination to achieve
  • Reflect on how your smallest daily choices shape your character, relationships, and the life you create
