If stress, anxiety, or chronic PTSD have you feeling untethered, the solution isn’t to simply think or meditate your way through — it’s time to come back home to the truth held in your body.
Your nervous system holds the key to lasting calm, clarity, and resilience — and when you learn how to listen and work with it, rather than override it, everything begins to shift.
Join Somatic Trauma Coach and creator of the SomaLumos Method™ Danielle Rubio for a FREE experiential event on Instagram Live and discover how a simple, sensory-based practice – that brings together your mind, body and spirit – can bring you into deep presence, soothe your system, and help you feel steady no matter what life throws your way.
Danielle suffered from PTSD and after exploring many different approaches – – including meditation and talk therapy – – she discovered that what worked best was an embodied approach that supported her nervous system healing at a deep level while also integrating her spiritual and mental aspects. This discovery now forms the foundation of her work, helping others reconnect with their bodies, release trauma, and access lasting emotional and spiritual transformation.
You’ll walk away with powerful insights, a new understanding of nervous system health, and experience a grounding embodiment practice you can return to anytime life gets overwhelming.
Here’s What You’ll Learn
- Drop into deep presence through a guided sensory practice that gently brings you out of your head and into your body, helping you experience grounded, embodied awareness in real time
- Discover why your nervous system holds the key to transmuting stress and trauma with greater ease and effectiveness — and how involving the body is essential for true regulation and resilience
- Finally understand what nervous system dysregulation actually means, and how it may be showing up in your life and relationships
- Learn why healing doesn’t stick when we bypass the body — and how common practices like talk therapy and spiritual bypassing can fall short when trauma lives in the tissue
- Begin to rewire your programming with the empowering truth that you’re not your mental stories or coping mechanisms — you’re a spirit on a human journey, and your body is the gateway to freedom, ease, pleasure, and wholeness

About Danielle Rubio
EDIT
Danielle is a somatic trauma coach, intuitive guide and mindfulness teacher. She teaches women around the world how to overcome trauma and ditch depleted, chronically stressed and anxious for good so they thrive in relationship and purpose with ease and joy.
After 15 years as a meditation teacher, yoga teacher and reiki master, Danielle found herself at a painful crossroads in 2017 after a traumatic experience. None of her expertise came close to totally healing her resulting PTSD, anxiety and insomnia.
Her pain lead her to seek once again what this human experience is about and how we truly heal. That’s when she found the holy grail.
She totally reset her nervous system with specific neuro-somatic practices and rewired herself emotionally and mentally at the root by healing her trauma.
After healing her own trauma, she created her SomaLumos Method™, weaving nervous system regulation, somatic/body-oriented practices, TRE, memory reprocessing, dance therapy and Dzogchen mindfulness tradition.
She guides students to use their bodies as a compass and movement and feeling as medicine to unravel and release stored stress, finding their way to their most powerful selves. She guides women back to the greatest version of themselves who were always there, underneath past pain and coping mechanisms, so they step into the life they deserve.
