Module 1: Shamanic Journeying to the Lower World (July 19)
Why is shamanic journeying relevant and healing to all of us in the times we’re living in? And how can journeying in community help the collective and amplify healing?
During the first week of class, you’ll learn the methods used to enter the non-ordinary reality of the Lower World to meet with helping spirits.
For many, the Lower World seems very earthy and tangible — you may even feel your toes sinking into the earth. There are forests, deserts, beaches, and more — as you would experience here on Earth.
There are also power animals who may volunteer to guide you — or your helping spirit might take the form of a tree or a plant, in which case you would call it a guardian spirit. Sandra will guide you in a deep shamanic journey to meet your spirit guide.
As you explore shamanic journeying and the Lower World, you’ll:
- Learn the methods used to enter the non-ordinary reality of the Lower World to meet with helping spirits
- Discover how shamanic journeying in community can help the collective and amplify healing

Module 2: Receive Healing From a Teacher in the Upper World (July 26)
In the unseen realms of the Upper World, there are a variety of helping spirits, including teachers in human form.
This week, you’ll learn the best kinds of questions and intentions to hold as you journey individually and in community.
It’s interesting to ask questions of both your guardian spirits and teachers to learn how they have different perspectives on life on Earth. These teachers are similar to your power animal and nature-being helping spirits.
The Upper World feels a bit more celestial to many. The colors are more pastel in nature, and it doesn’t feel as tangible as the Lower World.
As you journey with Sandra to receive healing from a teacher in the Upper World, you may feel yourself standing on clouds versus solid ground.
There are layers of pure light... and also a place known as the Void, which is pure darkness, the rich and fertile territory that is the place right before creation.
You’ll have ample opportunity to discuss your experiences during this week’s Q&A with Sandra.
This week, you’ll:

The Middle World is the non-ordinary reality of the world we live in here on Earth — and a place where shamans do long-distance work and have the opportunity to speak to nature beings.
This week, you’ll journey in the Middle World and learn how to connect with nature beings to establish a loving relationship of mutual respect.
You’ll explore how the land you live on can support you in unexpected ways, how to connect with the land as home — and how journeying into the Middle World in community can foster healing and profound insights for the collective.
Sandra will share why performing long-distance work, talking to nature spirits and the elements, and meeting with the spirit of the land and Earth is deep and meaningful work.
You’ll also have ample opportunity to discuss your experiences during this week’s Q&A.

Module 4: Transfiguration — Healing With Spiritual Light (August 9)
One of the most ancient practices in shamanism and other spiritual traditions is healing with spiritual light. In a dream, Sandra was told this process is called transfiguration.
As you work with helping spirits, it’s common to feel your egoic self reaching to the Divine for the answers, guidance, and healing.
With the process of transfiguration, a new evolution of shamanic work is born with the realization that you have the same spiritual power of the helping spirits...

Modules 5, 6 & 7: Journeying & Healing in Community (August 16, 23, and 30)
During the final three weeks of class, Sandra will speak on a topic that’s relevant to the group and issues that are currently unfolding at the time of class.
She’ll also offer an overview of previous classes, including:
- How to perform a journey to ask a question to the helping spirits on behalf of another person
- Shamanic healing practices that can be done safely
- How to do long-distance shamanic work
- How and why to get permission from others to ask questions on their behalf or send healing help
The group will receive a topic to journey on — and an opportunity to ask Sandra questions and share the synchronicities and puzzle pieces their journey reveals.
From there, Sandra will teach participants in small groups of five to eight how to journey together for personal guidance or healing for one group member.

About Sandra Ingerman, MA
Sandra Ingerman, MA, is a world-renowned teacher of shamanism, and is recognized for bridging ancient cross-cultural healing methods with modern culture. She’s been teaching for almost 40 years, and has taught workshops worldwide on shamanic journeying, healing, and reversing environmental pollution using spiritual methods.
Sandra is a licensed marriage and family therapist, professional mental health counselor, and a board-certified expert on traumatic stress.

A: Your satisfaction with The Shift Network and this course is our highest priority! We offer a satisfaction guarantee so that you can sample the course risk-free. The deadline to receive a full refund is August 2, 2022. To request a refund, please click on this refund request form and submit your request. Qualifying refunds will be processed within five business days and an email confirming the refund will be sent. However, we’d love to have a chance to address and resolve your concerns first.
