What People Are Saying About Alane Freund, LMFT...
Understanding myself as an HSP at 53 has been a bittersweet revelation. My trauma narrative and its continual retelling only served to reinforce the negative. In my first Equine-Assisted therapy session, I barely spoke but felt more deeply seen and mirrored than in any healing modality I have experienced in 30 years. Perhaps it is the ineffability of this work that makes it so powerful? Each time I entered the paddock with Alane and the herd, I learned about my curious nervous system, its triggers, and my subconscious. I have a deep respect for Alane and her team of sensitive beings; their process and patience have changed my life and I am so thankful. — Megan Brady, Lagunitas, California
