Learn to appreciate and apply your high sensitivity as an asset to redesign your life, deepen your understanding of who you naturally are, and thrive in your relationships.

Do you feel everything more deeply than those around you?

Perhaps you’ve been diagnosed with anxiety and told to stop stressing out and being so… “sensitive”?

For most highly sensitive people (HSPs), anxiety is the #1 complaint that puts them at a painful disadvantage. It makes perfect sense that HSPs would feel anxious living in a world designed by and for the 80% who are NOT highly sensitive.

A highly respected International Consultant on High Sensitivity (ICHS), speaker, and therapist, Alane Freund has developed and implemented programs for highly sensitive people and youth, as well as the clinicians who serve them. She has worked in mental health for three decades and is highly sensitive herself.

She’s helped many HSPs discover how to truly appreciate their innate sensitivity as a valuable asset and how to use it to reset and redesign their life.

With Alane’s guidance, you’ll explore and create new habits by developing a well-stocked toolbox of skills to finally thrive in a challenging world.

During this life-enriching event, Alane will lead you in a guided “Warriors Heart” meditation on self-compassion and empathy.

With a combination of enlightened self-care and prompts to help yourself soften, you’ll learn how to engage in connections that are healthy and fulfilling

Alane will also walk you through how to create strong, clear boundaries so that you can protect yourself energetically.

During this 60-minute free online event, you’ll:

  • Experience a guided “Warrior's Heart” meditation on self-compassion and empathy
  • Discern why you may be lacking respect and depth in your relationships
  • Understand why it seems like HSPs are always seeking something
  • Discover the reasons why you’re overstimulated so much of the time and explore coping mechanisms and ways you can change how your brain engages with the world
  • Learn how to use your strengths as a highly sensitive person in challenging areas of your life

As a highly sensitive person, it’s imperative that you prioritize your own needs.

When you learn to reframe your story from “Why is this happening TO me?” to “Why is this happening FOR me?”...

… you’ll become empowered to live a happier, more easeful life one that’s designed by and for you.

What People Are Saying About Alane Freund, LMFT...

“I gain so much from Alane’s honesty and wisdom and mastery as a teacher and storyteller…”

I gain so much from Alane’s honesty and wisdom and mastery as a teacher and storyteller, and as a pioneer who’s making the world a better place for HSP adults, children, and youth. I feel deeply acknowledged in her presence. I laugh and learn, and gain so much insight into the trait of sensitivity while building my self-compassion and understanding around the nature of sensitivity. I feel very grateful for Alane and am able to directly apply her practical insights and tools to my parenting and in my personal and professional life.
Julie Cusmariu, coach, mentor, facilitator, podcast host, Montreal, Canada

“[Alane] is a wonderful teacher who communicates in such a clear and caring way.”

Alane's teaching on the theoretical background to being a HSP and how it can be expressed has been so validating and reassuring to me personally, as well as many of my clients to whom I have recommended her. She is a wonderful teacher who communicates in such a clear and caring way. Thank you so much for your important message, Alane!
Rachel New, dating and relationship coach, London, United Kingdom

“Alane and her team of sensitive beings… have changed my life and I am so thankful.”

Understanding myself as an HSP at 53 has been a bittersweet revelation. My trauma narrative and its continual retelling only served to reinforce the negative. In my first Equine-Assisted therapy session, I barely spoke but felt more deeply seen and mirrored than in any healing modality I have experienced in 30 years. Perhaps it is the ineffability of this work that makes it so powerful? Each time I entered the paddock with Alane and the herd,  I learned about my curious nervous system, its triggers, and my subconscious. I have a deep respect for Alane and her team of sensitive beings; their process and patience have changed my life and I am so thankful.

“Alane’s mentorship has assisted both personal and professional breakthroughs that have brought me to a place I feel really proud of.”

Alane has been a central figure in my journey to learn about myself as a highly sensitive person. Her straightforward, clear, and compassionate teachings are equally as relevant to someone deep in their understanding of the trait as they are to someone just finding out about it. I trust that Alane’s teachings provide the latest scientific research on high sensitivity; it’s critical to understand the measured nuances of this trait in order to best care for ourselves and Alane shares with that intention as number one in mind. For me, understanding high sensitivity is simply the most important thing to contextualizing and moving forward in my life. Alane’s mentorship has assisted both personal and professional breakthroughs that have brought me to a place I feel really proud of. Her teachings have helped me value my trait as a tremendous strength.
