Tao means flow and movement of the entire Universe. Ming-Dao will share how Qigong can help you improve your mind, body, and spirit so you can merge the Universe’s flow with the flow and trajectory of your own life.
You’ll learn how Qigong is often taught as a health exercise for the individual, yet there’s a much larger context that incorporates the good you’re doing in the world, your connection to nature, the unfolding of your life path, and much more. Understanding this larger framework helps you connect to your personal why — the reason you’re cultivating this energy in your life.
You’ll also learn how you can continue your work with Ming-Dao in his new 7-week course. You’ll harness the power of Huashan Qigong to help you take the basic materials of your body and refine it into Qi. As you cultivate your practice, you’ll learn how to match your inner world with the patterns of the outer world.
During this illuminating online course, you’ll explore what it means to go downstream, taking your life in any direction you want, while staying in the middle of the Universe’s forces so they can support you. As you’ll discover, individual postures can address specific issues, while regular practice of the entire Huashan Qigong set grants long life. In just seven sessions, you can build your own path that spirals up for greater longevity.
