If you’re an empath or sensitive person, it’s more important than ever to rein in your extrasensory “feelers” — and start using your special intuitive powers to attend to your own physical and emotional wellbeing...
... so you’re not energetically drained by the world’s suffering, others’ stresses — and your own emotional triggers.
You can start by building effective energetic protection skills — and leaning into the art of surrender.
Think of your body as a transparent vessel for healing, which, when clear of chaotic energies, can allow your own life-force energies and life experiences to easily flow through.
Even in these uncertain times, you can let life in — in healthy doses — enjoy it, and revel in each moment.
As bestselling author and psychiatrist Judith Orloff, MD, will share during this special complimentary hour, easeful flow starts with learning the importance of surrendering to intuition... and to everything.
When you can surrender whatever you’re clinging to — be it an outdated self-belief, a relationship that no longer serves you, the painful residue of old traumas, even your current fear and anxiety — you become unburdened of toxic energies and able to transmute your life experiences. Your intuitive healing powers are available for your wellbeing, and that of others.
Why Empaths & Sensitives Are Gifted With Greater Intuition
If you’re an empath or sensitive person, there’s scientific evidence that you were born with the heightened capacity to tune in to your own intuition, surroundings, and the energies of others.
Your brain is actually wired for greater attunement, exhibiting a hyperactive firing of its mirror neurons, which discharge when you execute a particular behavior and when you observe the same behavior in someone else.
This predisposition is also why empaths can end up in codependent relationships — often with narcissists, who have an empathy deficiency disorder with limited or no capacity for compassion. An unhealthy empath will try to fix their partner and get worn out.
Judith discovered her own unique intuitive abilities when, as a child, she was able to predict deaths, illnesses, and earthquakes. Given that her family lineage featured 25 physicians (including her parents), her special intuitive powers scared those around her, and she was forbidden to express her special insights at home. She grew up believing that something was wrong with her.
Judith found deep healing through integrating her innate intuition into her life — as a woman, healer, and therapist — listening to it in every situation, and supporting others in honoring and honing their intuitive skills.
She teaches that your intuition, which is part of your very nature, allows you to tune in to the deep compassion beneath all experiences.
