Get startedWe’re living in a moment of great need — and great potential — to reconnect with the sacred resonance of life.
As the world searches for meaning, peace, and mental clarity, ancient healing tools like the gong are resurfacing to guide us toward greater balance, peace, and harmony.
Highly respected gong master Martha Collard, steeped in the rich traditions of Asia and founding chairman of the Yoga Society of Hong Kong, has spent years helping people find peace through meditation gongs and complementary ancient practices such as kundalini yoga.
Martha says the gong is the ultimate healing tool for the stressful times we are living in.
When played in person with presence, intention, and skill, the gong purifies the mind, body, and spirit unlike any other sound healing instrument, she says...
... as our cells begin to remember a state of wellness they’ve long forgotten and realign to restore energy and reestablish inner coherence that optimizes our health, wellbeing — and connection to our authentic selves, each other, and Source.
In essence, the vibrations of the gong can help you reclaim your original harmonic state... the full potential you hold that gets muddled as you move through life and try to find your way through conditioning, unmet needs and desires, traumas, unprocessed emotions, etc.
During Martha's 7-module course, you’ll delve deep into the origins and science of gongs, understand gong types and their unique properties, learn how their soundwaves recalibrate health and wellbeing at a cellular level — and explore powerful techniques to facilitate healing and transformation within yourself and others including rhythms, striking patterns, and frequency layering.
Martha also guides you through kundalini meditations and other learning experiences that will help you cleanse, purify, and elevate your own energy field...
... which empowers your capacity to be a clear channel for the healing vibrations of Source and your ability to attune to the needs of those attending a gong soundbath or individual session with clarity, ease, and skill.
A level two kundalini yoga instructor who is well-versed in psychometric tools, as well as various sound-healing modalities, including studying with Gong Master Don Conreaux...
... Martha brings a unique mix of knowledge, experience, and spiritual depth to gong playing that enriches the experience for both the practitioner and receiver — elevating consciousness and awakening a sacred presence within.
This immersive course introduces you to the potential of the gong as you step onto an ancient, proven path to transformation, healing, and higher guidance with one of the most knowledgeable and experienced gong practitioners today.
Whether you’re a sound healer, yoga or meditation teacher, wellness practitioner, or someone seeking natural ways to relieve pain or emotional stress, you’ll rediscover the power of sound through one of the most mystical and powerful instruments we have to activate healing that you can immediately feel.

We are living in a time of unprecedented mental health challenges. According to the World Health Organization, one in eight people globally suffers from a mental health disorder, and chronic stress is a significant contributor to the six leading causes of death in the United States.
While burnout is now a diagnosable condition, access to care remains out of reach for many. Meanwhile, ancient healing tools like sound have quietly persisted, offering accessible and powerful support for wellbeing.
Explore how sound has been used across cultures to alleviate suffering — from Pythagoras’ sound hospitals to Chinese Qi-regulating gongs — and how we lost our connection to these methods in the wake of industrialized medicine.
Begin a return to simplicity, reconnecting with the healing potential of vibration, intention, and breath.
“Simplicity of approach is always best.” — Charlie Chaplin
In this session, you’ll:

For nearly 5,000 years, gongs have served as sacred instruments in ceremonies, healing rituals, and spiritual practices.
Journey through their origins — from ancient Chinese dynasties and Tibetan practices to Western classical music — and explore the alchemy of metals that make each gong unique.
Discover how different materials influence the gong’s healing frequencies and learn how sacred metallurgy evolved into the tools of transformation we use today.
You’ll also gain exposure to different gongs and their properties, setting the foundation for working with them intuitively.
In this session, you’ll:

Sound is not just heard — it is felt and absorbed. Explore the intersection of physics, physiology, and neuroscience to understand why gongs have such profound effects on our bodies and minds.
Learn how sound waves stimulate the vagus nerve, reorganize chaotic cellular patterns, and entrain brainwaves into deep meditative states.
With new research validating ancient wisdom, you'll discover how gongs outperform many other modalities in calming the nervous system and promoting detoxification.
In this session, you’ll:

Being a gong practitioner is more than striking metal — it’s a dance with energy, intention, and presence.
Explore the consciousness required to play gongs effectively, how to hold sacred space, and the importance of your own state of being.
You’ll also learn the structure of a healing session, key considerations for safe and effective facilitation, and how to intuitively collaborate with the gong as a channel for healing.
This is your roadmap to becoming not just a player — but a transformational facilitator.
In this session, you’ll:

Gong mastery lies in the subtle. This module explores advanced techniques to help you deepen your craft — from chakra targeting and harmonic layering to planetary correspondences.
Discover how speed, rhythm, volume, and mallet type influence the energetic outcome of your playing…
… and how specific techniques can activate energy centers or shift brainwave states.
You’ll also explore astroacoustics, and how NASA’s planetary frequencies align with specific gongs, offering a cosmic framework for healing.
In this session, you’ll:

Gongs are not only for spiritual seekers — they are showing up in hospitals, corporations, schools, and trauma centers.
Learn about real-world applications of gongs and review leading-edge research that validates their effectiveness for stress reduction, productivity, and mental health.
From boardrooms to classrooms, discover how to share these tools with diverse populations — and build confidence in presenting the value of sound healing to any audience.
You’ll also explore your personal visions for how gongs can support your work.
In this session, you’ll:

In this final module, you’ll explore how the seemingly small act of playing the gong — especially when done with intention — ripples out to shift collective consciousness.
Drawing from the work of pioneers like David Hawkins and Lynne McTaggart, you’ll discover how one individual resonating at a high vibrational frequency can uplift hundreds of thousands of others.
Martha will share how the gong becomes a “frequency anchor” — stabilizing emotional chaos, elevating intention, and transmitting peace across invisible channels. When many play together, the effect multiplies. A daily five-minute practice can become a powerful offering of service, compassion, and hope.
You’ll also be invited into a Global Gong Circle — a sacred monthly rhythm of sound and shared intention — and close the journey with a collective Gong Ceremony and peace invocation.
In this session, you’ll:

Gong pujas (worship rituals in Hinduism ) were originally conceived by Don Conreaux to address a need for delivering ten consecutive 45-minute gong baths efficiently — preferably throughout an entire night. Here, Martha explains their background, what to expect as a gong player or “sleeper,” and their benefits.

Delve deep into the “9-Stroke” meditation for renewal and opening the door to new possibilities. 2025 is a universal year, meaning its digits add up to nine (2+0+2+5=9). Nine in numerology corresponds with completion — of letting go in preparation for the new. This meditation with Martha draws upon the symbolism of the number nine, as well as the power of the gong to energetically cleanse and renew.
