K.P. Khalsa
Discover how to easily (and safely) apply effective remedies to reduce inflammation, detoxify your body, alleviate pain, and more.
Receive expert guidance on anti-aging herbs and Ayurvedic remedies to clear brain fog, sleep deeply, and reduce stress — without having to learn a whole new system.
Do you find it difficult to find the right natural remedies for YOU... whether it’s to address anxiety, depression, stress... or improve your mental clarity and sleep... or balance your mood and hormones?
Have you identified any accessible, practical alternatives for preventing and healing inflammation and aging-related illnesses and conditions?
Ayurvedic Herbalism is a practical time-tested alternative (and complement) to Western medicine, offering customized treatments that cater to women’s unique bodies. And the real beauty is that you don’t need to understand Sanskrit, perform complex spiritual rituals, or work for months (or years!) with an Ayurvedic practitioner or teacher to use it...
Your Personal Health Journey Through Ayurveda
That’s where Ayurvedic Herbalism comes in. It offers one of the simplest ways to personalize your journey of healing... first diagnosing HOW you are out of balance and then applying specific, non-invasive remedies that revitalize and restore your natural health.
Central to Ayurvedic practice is a recognition that true health requires balancing your “dosha” with the right combination of diet, activities, and specific remedies.
The primary doshas are vata, pitta, and kapha — and there are 15 sub-doshas underneath those three. Each dosha requires a different approach to balance or support it in order to create the foundation for radiant health.
That's why it's so important to understand your personal constitution and the specific treatments to address and correct imbalances in your unique system, including inflammation (the culprit in many diseases!).
When your system is out of energetic balance, it becomes dis-harmonious and prone to disease and dysfunction. Something just feels “off.” You might become moody, sluggish, depressed, or anxious, depending on your dosha type.
For example, vata types are prone to feeling ungrounded and cold, with flighty temperaments, unless they are properly balanced. Pitta types can get too fiery and emotionally unstable, whereas kapha types are prone to sluggishness.
Left untreated, imbalances in your energy system can sabotage your health and undermine your optimal performance.
Healing Inflammation Through Ayurveda
New research suggests that inflammation is genetically determined and that women are hardwired to inflame more easily. In some cases, estrogen is “pro-inflammatory.”
Women also appear to be disproportionately affected by several factors that elevate inflammation, including prior depression, body symptoms, interpersonal stressors, childhood adversity, obesity, and physical inactivity.
Relationship distress and obesity, both of which elevate depression risk, are also more strongly tied to inflammation for women than for men. Taken together, these findings suggest women’s susceptibility to inflammation and its mood effects.
Ayurveda offers simple daily remedies that cool the body (goodbye, hot flashes!) and decrease inflammation.
According to a team of research scientists at Turku Center for Biotechnology and University of Georgia, women are more prone than men to the development of autoimmune diseases (linked to inflammation), such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and lupus.
By treating inflammation, primarily through detoxifying herbs suited to your body, you can also alleviate pain caused by chronic conditions — as well as help prevent inflammatory diseases.
Ayurvedic herbalism for women also encompasses anti-aging herbs, which can help head off osteoporosis, prostatitis, arthritis, memory loss, and cardiovascular disease, all of which take root decades before they become serious or irreversible.
The Importance of Detoxifying for Women
With all the buzz about clearing toxins from the body, you may wonder how one detoxes properly and safely, if at all...
And is detoxification for women different than for men?
Toxicity refers to accumulated cellular wastes, which cause inflammation, causing further toxicity in the body. And since women are prone to greater levels of inflammation than men, the body often requires more detoxification. However, detoxification should be done gently and carefully, taking into consideration the effects of remedies on digestion and the body’s other systems.

Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous sessions to give you a holistic, practical understanding of Ayurveda’s principles, remedies, and dosages for women.
Module 1: Healing Inflammation
Root Causes & Powerful Cures (October 17)
Inflammation is your body’s natural short-term response to injury, trauma, or infection. Long-term inflammation, however, can be destructive and cause a whole host of problems, including circulation issues, digestive problems, allergies, and food sensitivities.
Further, these problems can be exacerbated by fatigue, stress, and improper diet and nutrition. Women are much more likely to experience inflammatory conditions than men — by a long shot. Fortunately, you can count on Ayurveda to quell the fire.
In this session, you'll discover:
- The Ayurvedic joint herb that has captured the attention of the medical community
- A common herb that's one of the best detoxifying remedies in the world

Detox involves so much more than just smoothies and fad diets. Join us for some cutting-edge Ayurvedic methods to dig deep into your tissues and dump the garbage. Ayurveda excels in knowing when and how to detox. It’s all individualized because we all need different approaches. Find the approach that's right for your body, and you're halfway home.

Forgetting the occasional name or losing your car keys is one thing. It may be annoying, but it’s pretty common and nothing to worry about. Forgetting a friend’s name, but also how you know them, can signal an issue that needs attention. Let it go untreated long enough, and brain fog can impede simple tasks.

- The Ayurvedic master formula for healing spaciness, confusion, and unclear thinking
- The most widely used Ayurvedic formula for brain fatigue

Sleep plays a vital role in your physical health. For example, sleep is involved in the healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. And ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high-blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.
Fortunately, Ayurveda has a raft of new sleep remedies we can look at. We’ll dig into three of the best sleep remedies for women.
In this session, you’ll discover:

Pain may be the most disruptive thing you can experience in your daily life. A simple tummy ache can make you feel like you’ll never feel right again. Many excellent, new pain-relieving drugs are available, but they all seem to have unfavorable side effects.
Ayurvedic herbal remedies can give you the relief you need — without the concern for future problems or unwanted effects. We’ll discuss a range of Ayurvedic pain-relieving herbs for women and how to use them safely and effectively.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- How to attack and conquer acute pain and chronic pain

The result is more anxiety, playing havoc on our bodies and creating a host of uncomfortable stress symptoms and depression. But these gut-clenching feelings are not the end of the story — not when we can call upon some truly effective Ayurvedic anti-anxiety herbs.

Top 10 Ayurvedic Preparations That Are Not Herbs
Webinar With K.P. Khalsa
Many of you are familiar with the “mixed churna” (powder) formula, and you may even be a formulator yourself. What we haven’t seen so much until recently is the wide selection of preparations used in Ayurveda.
According to Ayurveda, the nose is the doorway to the brain, so we often use medicines that go into the nose. That idea took a while to get used to in this culture, but now the neti pot feels right at home. And we also have herbal wines for digestion, the heart, and beyond.
Ayurveda has a long tradition of making herbs and fruits into potent medicinal herbal pastes. Join us to discover the world beyond Ayurvedic powders and pills. We’ll explore finding good-quality products, effective doses, and choices for the right remedies. Includes Wine, Jelly, Herbal ghee, Eye Wash, Neti, Nasya, etc.
