Deeper Skills to Create Real Evolutionary Change

Just as carefully-placed acupuncture needles offer the most healing with the least invasive effort, our challenge is to find elegant, strategic ways to affect our current structures and societal institutions and usher in a new society built on cooperation, compassion and sustainability.

Our rapidly growing global community of 2,000 Agents of Conscious Evolution will need guidance, organization, coaching and support to be most effective. Guides will be empowered to support frontline Agents of Conscious Evolution, who will, in turn, be coached to work with their broader communities.

Our Mentors will then empower and support the Guides, creating a synergistic, holarchical system of transformation that stretches around the world. Each level of training will provide deeper skills to create real evolutionary change.

We are looking for ACEs and other Conscious Evolution graduates who are called to lead - people who recognize the historic importance and opportunity of our time - who want to catalyze personal and social evolution, and play their ideal role in the changes ahead. The skills you learn in the Guides and Mentors Program will have far-reaching application beyond the grassroots build-up to the Birth.

We are talking about nothing less than exploring, developing and co-creating the necessary tools and support to usher in the Birth of a Universal Humanity.

Together, we will pioneer and plant seed patterns for the Shift. The Graduation Ceremony for this training IS the collective Birth Experience - and when you sign up for this program, you are committed to stepping into your unique kind of leadership that brings forward your gifts in service to the next era of evolution!

The ACE Guides and Mentors Program is for people like you who are making a difference in the world and stepping more directly into action.

Guides and Mentors will take their Inner Shift from ego to essence to the next level, learn key practices such as heart lock-ins and sub-personality work, as well as foundational coaching skills for teaching the inner shift.

You’ll learn how to better facilitate others in this Inner Shift work, as well as catalyze groups, mentor ACE circle leaders and build social change from the grassroots up. You’ll evolve in your ability to be a grounded guide for taking practical steps and definitive actions that effect global awakening. This includes learning:

1. Expanded ways of perceiving the challenges facing humanity to increase the field of possible solutions and tap into your innate creative genius.
2. Design methodologies that flow with nature and support thriving individual and collective ways of living.
3. Facilitation and coaching skills that empower others to offer their creative, essence-driven best to themselves and the world.

Through our 9-month training program, we are offering a transformative journey to anchor your personal shift and extend it to the collective Shift. Barbara will deepen your understanding of this unique moment in evolution by teaching this special group as yet unrevealed insights about the species shift to the Universal Human.

During this final retreat, you’ll experience what it’s like to be a true catalyst of the collective evolution.

How Can I Participate?

The ACE Guides Program has two levels of participation:

The ACE Guides Program is for ACE graduates who want to play a leadership role in creating the templates for a new society and help guide others in the process. You’ll become a guide to frontline ACE graduates who will be leading circles at a local level.

The ACE Mentors Program is designed for a select inner group (maximum of 50) who would like to be part of Barbara’s most intimate Evolutionary Corp and play a more substantial leadership role in The Shift Network. There is a written application process to become part of this group from which we will draw our senior-most leaders.

Over the nine months, you will work closely with Barbara (including the three live Evolutionary Intensives between each module). You will receive substantial personal attention, with group coaching for your soul’s unfolding as well as your work in the world.

About Your Program Leaders

Buckminster Fuller has called Barbara Marx Hubbard “the best informed human now alive regarding futurism and the foresights it has produced.” Widely regarded as his philosophical heir, Barbara is a social innovator, speaker, author, educator, and leader in the new worldview of conscious evolution. She is founder and president of the Foundation for Conscious Evolution.

She is currently the producer and narrator of an award-winning, DVD series entitled “Humanity Ascending: A New Way through Together. ” She developed the Gateway to Conscious Evolution, a global educational curriculum enrolling participants in a developmental path toward the next stage of human evolution.

In 1984, her name was placed in nomination for the vice presidency of the United States on the Democratic ticket, calling for a “Peace Room” as sophisticated as our war room, to scan for, map, connect and communicate what is working in America and the world. As a citizen diplomat in the former Soviet Union during the 1980s, Barbara co-chaired a number of Soviet-American Citizen Summits, introducing a new form of conferencing called SYNCON that fosters synergistic convergence.

Patricia Ellsberg is a social change activist, meditation teacher, life coach and public speaker. Famously, she helped her husband, Daniel Ellsberg release to the press the Pentagon Papers, a top-secret history of US involvement in Vietnam, which helped end the Vietnam War. Her current coaching and teaching focuses on Emergence, the Shift from Ego to Essence and “Finding Mother-Love Within.”

 

Deborah Rozman is a psychologist, business executive, educator, author and researcher in the psychology of consciousness. She helped found the Institute of HeartMath, the preeminent organization for the research and teaching of heart-based intelligence and health. She is currently president and co-CEO of the HeartMath technology company.

 

Dave Ellis is a leadership coach, author, educator, and philanthropist. He is president of Breakthrough Enterprises, a publishing and consulting company that donates all of its profits; and founder and president of The Brande Foundation, a non-profit organization offering individual and group coaching to nonprofit organizations.

 

Gordon Davidson is the President and co-founder of The Center for Visionary Leadership. He served as the Executive Director of the Social Investment Forum and The Center for Environmentally Responsible Economies, and is a Fellow of the World Business Academy and the Findhorn Foundation.

 

Terry Patten has worked for more than three decades as a philosopher, activist, coach, and teacher. He co-developed Integral Life Practice with Ken Wilber and a core team at Integral Institute. He speaks and consults internationally and hosts the acclaimed online teleseminar series “Beyond Awakening: The Future of Spiritual Practice.”

 

Rev. Michael Beckwith is the founder of the Agape International Spiritual Center and the University of Transformational Studies and Leadership in Los Angeles, California. He is an author, teacher and sought-after speaker and holds the national co-directorship of a Season for Nonviolence.

 

Oscar Miro-Quesada is the originator of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition of cross-cultural shamanism and visionary founder of The Heart of the Healer Foundation. He has been a popular teacher at many prestigious international centers of leading-edge education - among them Naropa, Shambhala Mountain Center, Interface, New York Open Center, Rowe, Frankfurter-Ring, Omega and Esalen. For the past 20 years, she has facilitated high-level dialogues and trainings and offered one-on-one coaching for political, institutional and civil society leaders worldwide.

 

David Gershon is the founder and CEO of Empowerment Institute, and is one of the world’s foremost authorities on behavior-change and large-system transformation. He applies his expertise to issues requiring community, organizational, and societal change and has lectured at Harvard, MIT, and Duke, and served as an advisor to the Clinton White House and the United Nations on behavior change, community empowerment and sustainability issues.

 

James O’Dea is the co-director of The Social Healing Project funded by the Kalliopeia Foundation. He is the former President of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and was Executive Director of The Seva Foundation, an international health and development organization. He served ten years as the Washington Office Director of Amnesty International.

 

Don Beck is the cofounder of the National Values Center in Texas, and CEO of the Spiral Dynamics Group, Inc., where they are employing the Spiral Dynamics model to effect large-scale systems change among various sectors and societies of the world.

Daniel Stone has been engaged for the last 35 years in Making Change Real for individuals, groups, organizations, and society at large. He has been one of the pioneers in the design and facilitation of large group processes and technologies to engage up to thousands of people at a time on issues that have broad societal impact. Some of these efforts have included: rebuilding the World Trade Center, the recovery of New Orleans post-Katrina, the reform of health care in California, the future application of neurosciences in Europe, and global transformation of consciousness.
