Wuji Hundun Qigong is inspired by the birth of our Universe the Big Bang. Wuji is the primordial stillness before creation, and Hundun is chaos. Together, they reflect the ever-changing relationship of Yin and Yang, and the quest for harmonious balance.
Daisy Lee

There comes a point when personal practice isn’t enough when you’re called to embody deeper strength, clarity, and presence, and help others do the same.

Train in an 800-year-old system to cultivate resilience and inner stability so you can restore balance within and confidently guide others through stress and change.

This is a path for those called to embody that stability not just for themselves, but in service to others through leadership and mastery of the complete 18-movement Wuji Hundun Qigong system.

Many people are searching for ways to restore a sense of balance in the midst of chaos. Yet few have access to practices that cultivate these qualities at the deepest levels of body, mind, and spirit.

For centuries, powerful traditions were developed to help practitioners remain centered and responsive, even during times of upheaval practices designed not only for personal cultivation, but also to guide and support the community.

Wuji Hundun Qigong is one of those practices, an 800-year-old lineage once practiced by elite martial artists and healers who protected the Chinese royal families. Though its movements appear gentle, the system was designed to cultivate powerful inner stability, agility, and awareness.

Today, this rarely-accessed tradition is being shared more widely thanks to Master Duan Zhi Liang and devoted teachers, like our internationally renowned lead faculty Daisy Lee, who recognized the importance of preserving the lineage and bringing its wisdom to the modern world.

We’re honored to invite you to explore this powerful system with Daisy in a 6-month Wuji Hundun Qigong Certification Program, where you’ll learn this system’s strengthening and healing practices, as well as the philosophy embedded within them, to become a knowledgeable and integrated teacher.

In this immersive training, Daisy will guide you through the 18 movements of the Wuji Hundun system a practice inspired by the forces of creation itself. Through spiraling, circular movements, breathwork, and mindful awareness, you’ll strengthen your legs and joints, awaken spinal flexibility, increase circulation and vitality, and help regulate your nervous system.

Rooted in the ancient principle of Wuji Hundun the primordial state of potential before Yin and Yang emerge this practice helps restore harmony between opposing forces within the body, heart, and mind.

As you deepen into the training, the movements become more than something you practice they become something you embody, guided by the philosophy and awareness behind them.

Wuji Hundun Qigong teaches you how to respond intuitively once the foundations are learned allowing the body to guide the sequence according to what is needed in the moment, and cultivate the ability to sequence movements to the needs of individuals and groups.

Over six months, you’ll explore the healing applications of this system, practices for detoxification and rejuvenation, and ways to restore balance to bodies shaped by modern sedentary lifestyles.

Whether you feel called to deepen your personal practice or weave this ancient healing system into your work with others, this training offers a rare opportunity to study a powerful lineage designed to cultivate strength, clarity, resilience, and wisdom with Daisy, a true lineage bearer.

Every great teacher begins as a devoted practitioner. In this opening unit, you’ll establish the physical, energetic, and philosophical foundations required to become a Wuji Hundun Qigong instructor by learning to truly “walk the Wuji talk.” Rooted in ancient Taoist principles and supported by modern, science-informed practices, you’ll learn how to cultivate structural alignment, regulate breath, and clear stagnation (sha qi) to restore flow, vitality, and stability within the body especially in times of chaos and uncertainty.

Through the first six movements of the Wuji Hundun Qigong system along with complementary detoxification and health-supportive practices, you’ll begin transforming your own wellbeing while developing the skills to guide others safely and effectively. You’ll be introduced to the art of teaching, from practice-teaching and constructive feedback to early class design principles that support your growth as a confident and capable instructor. This unit ensures that your personal cultivation evolves alongside your teaching ability, creating a strong and embodied foundation for the journey ahead.
