Neil Douglas-Klotz, PhD
Experience what it was like to hear Jesus speak during his lifetime, and see the world through the lens intended — to reveal a deep spirituality and liberation that can transform your life.
Experience a sense of oneness to heal your past, transform your sense of separation, and feel grounded amidst the changes in the world — while gaining insight into your soul’s purpose and your relationship with the spiritual and natural worlds.
Regardless of what your upbringing, religion, or cultural traditions might have taught you about who Jesus was and what message he conveyed during his time on earth...
... can you imagine what it might have been like to live in his lifetime — before organized religion translated (and often misrepresented) his message? To actually sit before him and hear him speak?
Neil Douglas-Klotz, PhD, world-renowned scholar and researcher in Middle Eastern spirituality, wants to bring that experience to you!
What many people don’t know is that Jesus’ native tongue was an ancient Middle Eastern language known as Aramaic.
Neil has dedicated 40 years of pioneering work on the Aramaic words of Jesus, or Yeshua, as he was known in his native language.
What’s also unfamiliar to most, shares Neil, is that Jesus embodied a philosophy in which there was no separation between inner and outer worlds...
... little boundary between the self and other... where past, present, and future coexisted simultaneously... and the body, mind, and spirit were completely interconnected with nature and the unseen worlds.
It was a philosophy typical of ancient Middle Eastern culture, very much alive and integrated into the daily life of those who lived in Jesus’ time.
It was a time when people existed at one with the land and approached themselves, their community, and life itself from a compassionate, humane outlook. The actual Aramaic words Jesus spoke, Neil says, were reflective of this oneness mentality.
Jesus espoused a worldview that was dramatically different from the masculine, dominant, sometimes punitive, and close-minded one-God dogma that much of modern Christianity preaches.
In fact, Neil affirms, Jesus wasn’t asking people to have faith in him, but to have the same trust that he held in a greater sense of self and a much bigger universe that encompasses us all ...
... a profound sense of unity that we can bring into the here and now.
Neil can guide you into the time of Jesus by leading you line-by-line to learn the Lord’s Prayer (Yeshua’s Prayer) in its original Aramaic.
In Neil’s eye-opening (and heart-opening) 7-module course, move through the seven steps of Yeshua’s Prayer — one line in each session — with chants, silent meditations, breathwork, and body movements...
... that will not only teach you the prayer, but will transport you into an embodied state where you can actually experience the way of life Jesus intended to illuminate and support.
This course is about much more than the translation of Jesus’ words — it’s about understanding the truth of his words and learning to trust your place in the universe.
Chanting the words of Yeshua’s Prayer in Aramaic and feeling their vibration through your whole being is a direct portal into Jesus’ way, says Neil — which you can experience through levels of consciousness that you may never have tapped before.
Understanding the prayer will enable you to release past trauma, old hurts, and internalized guilt, and assist you in letting go of the idea that you need to save your soul — so you’re free to walk your true path.
Gaining an understanding of Yeshua’s Prayer can lessen feelings of helplessness, isolation, and paralysis amidst the world’s challenges, and connect you to a source of empowerment that will guide you to actualize what you came into this world to do.
As you’ll discover, when you experience Jesus’ sayings and actions through his native language, you’ll find a hidden gospel — a stunning spiritual practice that has been obscured by hundreds of years of mistranslation and misunderstanding.
Jesus’ way of spirit and breath can come through in your own embodied experience.
And, if you’re among those who’ve been disillusioned (or even shamed) by organized religion, experiencing Jesus through Neil’s wisdom is bound to be a healing salve for your soul.
During this transformative course, you’ll:
- Experience Aramaic chants and meditations to feel the impact of the “Lord’s Prayer” (or Yeshua’s Prayer) and how it can transport you to a more loving, more humane way of being
- Get a glimpse into what it was like to hear Jesus speak during his lifetime, and experience the world through the lens intended — to reveal a deep spirituality and liberation that can transform your life
- Discover that by examining the worldview that existed in Jesus’ time — when humanity, nature, and the Divine were more interconnected — you feel grounded and centered amidst the changes happening around you
- Release the feelings of separation and alienation that our modern world can evoke by understanding your place and purpose in relation to Spirit, the whole of humanity, and nature
- Find trust in your larger self to expand your perspective and bring more joy into your life
- Learn the inner meaning of each word and line of Yeshua’s Prayer — breathed, spoken, chanted, and moved — and how this can connect you to your own source of guidance
- Find how the chanted words and meditations can be used for healing, protection, clearing, and the remembrance of your inner cosmic Christ
- Embody Yeshua’s way of teaching and enacting what human beings could be — and how to address our primary challenges along the way
- Experience a variety of other short practices, attunements, and healing breaths that can help you remember who you really are on a daily basis — an infinite soul empowering a personal self
- Learn the true meaning of often-mistranslated words and concepts, such as “happiness,” “blessedness,” “kingdom,” “good,” “evil,” and “lead us not into temptation”
- And much more...
This program is NOT just for people associated with the Christian faith. It’s for ANYONE who wants to connect with Jesus and embody his true teachings — regardless of your religious tradition.
Neil paints a picture of a three-dimensional, fully flesh-and-blood Jesus — a mystic and prophet who predicted the way human beings can evolve if humanity is to survive in the future.
Neil offers a way to navigate your life challenges, including love and relationships, lack of self-trust, trauma (yours and that of your ancestors), fears of the future, and an unclear purpose — so you can make the best choices as you move forward.
Discover a practical, embodied way of living and a spiritual practice that you can bring into your daily life, no matter the tradition (or lack of one) you feel part of.
Explore ways of bridging heaven and earth — merging your individual life with your community and opening yourself to receive the inspiration you need in every moment.
What You’ll Discover in The Way of Aramaic Jesus
In The Way of Aramaic Jesus, Neil guides you through the chants, meditations, breathwork, and movement you’ll need to learn Yeshua’s Prayer (the Lord’s Prayer) in its original Aramaic, so you can embody the compassionate, humane, and interconnected way of life that Jesus taught.

Module 1: The Ancient Native Middle Eastern View — Uniting Nature, Humanity & the Divine as a Healing Way of Life
Learn how to unveil the spiritual way of the Aramaic Jesus — for and in yourself.
As Neil shares, many people today feel disorientated by life’s challenges, distressed by the state of the world, and spiritually “homeless” in a real sense. Yeshua’s words and teachings embody a healthy, originally nomadic, Southwest Asian view of life.
A few thousand years of mistranslation and misinterpretation have kept this view of Jesus hidden. Explore how his native Aramaic language reveals a world in which your inner and outer lives are connected — as are seen and unseen life. Discover how your past, present, and future are linked.
Neil illustrates how Yeshua’s teachings invite us to unite nature, humanity, and the Divine in a new, healing view of life.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- The radical differences of hearing Jesus in his native language
- The first line of Yeshua’s Prayer and meditation, experienced and embodied in chant, contemplation, and body prayer
- A one-word chant and one-minute meditation that can stay with you for your entire life
- The name of the Divine used by Yeshua in Aramaic, often translated in a very limited way as “God”
- How Yeshua didn’t want you to save your soul, but to allow your soul to save you
- What “prayer” actually means in Aramaic and what Yeshua really meant by “praying in my name”
Module 2: Focusing on Your Heart’s Light to Understand the True Meaning of “Holiness”
The word “holiness,” as often used by conventional Christianity, raises images of a disembodied, ascetic state — and conjures feelings of not being good enough.
But Yeshua’s Aramaic word for “holiness” is about focusing your heart’s light by letting go and creating space.
Learn how Yeshua guided people to do this in a very specific, embodied way. Understand why some mental and emotional releasing doesn’t work, and encounter Yeshua’s clear remedy for it.
Begin to use an Aramaic map of the soul, self, and heart that can transform your life.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- Yeshua’s way of working with the breath, as well as the “Holy Breath” (or the “Holy Spirit”)
- A simple healing breath meditation using the Aramaic words for nature’s 5 elements
- Chant, meditate, and move in rhythm into the second step of Yeshua’s Prayer and way of blessing
- The best way to say and chant Aramaic to connect with Jesus’ heart (hint: it’s simple!)
- The slow yet dramatic evolution of human consciousness from Yeshua’s time to ours — and how it affects you, whether or not you think you’re spiritual
Module 3: Learning to Walk Into Our Transformed “I Can!” — An Empowered Healing Path
Neil shares one of the most mistranslated words in the Gospels and one of the most important words in Aramaic — “kingdom.”
According to Neil, the conventional Christian use of the word “kingdom” often raises images of an exclusive group ruled by patriarchal beliefs.
Yeshua’s word for this is clearly feminine and points toward an experience of self-empowerment that happens as you grow up and learn how to manage your “self” as your life progresses.
Learn how Yeshua’s inner way is like healthy, natural, plant-based medicine, which can return you to your own healing power, rather than try to control outer symptoms.
Over time, the words of his prayer can become part of your consciousness — preserving the good effects without leaving behind negative side effects of a “power-over” system.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- The importance of what Yeshua called the “I can” — the inner queendom — and how to reactivate it in your life
- How your own “I can” evolves through the course of your life, and how to invoke it anytime, anywhere
- Step 3 of Yeshua’s Prayer, in chant, movement, and meditation
- How Yeshua and Middle Eastern mystics viewed time, and how to experience it yourself in an ancient, ecological meditation, using simple Aramaic words you’ll already have learned
- Yeshua’s view of being born from one womb to another — from before this life and into this one and then another
Module 4: Bringing Heaven & Earth Together — Uniting Life, Our Planet & the Cosmos to Bring You Into Rhythm With All of Life
In the center of Yeshua’s Prayer is a radically different view of the heart — a “big heart” that not only feels but can act with a powerful energy that combines love, desire, and healthy willpower.
Experience how this deeper, active dimension of the heart is the key to Yeshua’s way of bringing together individual life with community life, as well as individual purpose with collective benefit.
Find that this more unified view of life, love, and action (inner and outer) can bring immense transformation.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- What Yeshua meant by the “mind,” and where it’s located in you
- The ancient Middle Eastern view of the relationship between “heaven” and “earth,” and how this is reflected throughout the Bible (and largely misunderstood by scholars and theologians)
- Step 4 of Yeshua’s Prayer, and way, in chant, movement, and meditation
- An individual Aramaic body prayer that can bring you back into rhythm with your day, your season, and your life — and which will also help you remember the first half of Yeshua’s Prayer
- How Yeshua grounds his way in the living reality of Holy Wisdom/Sophia, as she is found in ancient Middle Eastern traditions
- An additional chant and meditation as you start to move into step 5 of Yeshua’s Prayer — and way
Module 5: Re-entering the Deeper Heart of Letting Go for Transformed Relationships With Yourself & Others
Conventional Christianity puts emphasis on sin and guilt, which often paralyzes people.
For Yeshua, forgiveness and letting go take place on an entirely different level — one that frees you from the past so you can act clearly in the future.
Enter into an even deeper layer of letting go. Use the longest line of Yeshua’s Prayer to begin to clear and transform what you no longer need from your past.
Instead of paralysis, you’ll feel the real possibility of a transformed relationship with yourself and others.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- A deeper dimension of the Aramaic attunement to the elements of the natural world and holy wisdom
- Step 6 of Yeshua’s Prayer, experienced in chant, body prayer, and meditation
- How the direction of meditation or prayer being “outside” or “inside” are resolved in Yeshua’s nondualistic way of practice
- Another way Yeshua offers silent meditation — in 6 directions PLUS the mysterious seventh, linked to the seventh day of creation
- What “sin” and “trespasses” really meant in Aramaic — and how Yeshua works with what we call “boundary issues”
Module 6: Releasing Conventional Christianity’s Ideas of Good, Evil & Temptation to Reclaim Your Sense of Worthiness
Explore what Neil considers to be one of the most damaging mistranslations of Yeshua’s words — “lead us not into temptation.”
Begin to release its effects on you personally and, through each of us, on the whole psyche of the Western world.
Conventional Christianity’s view of “good” and “evil” have also affected many people negatively because they cause feelings of unworthiness.
Learn how the Aramaic words for “good” and “evil” point to nature’s way of growth, ripeness, and decay, rather than to any fixed theological belief. They are some of the many ways that Yeshua’s teachings point you back to nature and a more humane way of life.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- The simple yet rich Aramaic words Yeshua uses to describe steps 7 and 8 of his way, experienced in chant, body prayer, and meditation
- A meditation with “the table of holy wisdom” and how Yeshua uses it to confront difficult circumstances
- What “happiness” and “blessedness” meant for Yeshua
- Yeshua’s view of humanity’s unconsciousness and unripeness, and how you can deal with it
Module 7: Embodying the Healing Impact of Yeshua’s Song to Return to Wholeness, Peace & Renewed Energy in Any Moment
Begin to integrate everything you’ve learned and experienced of Yeshua’s way as modeled in his prayer.
Learn how to remember the healing effects of Yeshua’s Prayer, and grasp how his way frees you to find your own unique transaction with life.
As you re-feel Yeshua’s entire prayer, in words and in silence, begin to find a way to enter wholeness, healing, peace, and revivified energy at any moment.
In this module, you’ll discover:
- Step 9 of Jesus’ way of practice, in chant, movement, body prayer, and meditation
- How Yeshua dedicates his prayer and life using the image of music and cosmic harmony
- The ways Jesus’ way brings together sacred breath and sacred sense (Holy Spirit and holy wisdom)
- The second half of the personal Aramaic body prayer, which can ground your discoveries from this course and allow them to transform your everyday life
- How you can continue to shift from the Aramaic Jesus “out there” to living your own cosmic Christ within

“I highly value this immersive, congruent learning experience. Masterful!”
Even though I’m not a practicing Christian or Jew, I’m aware that the Judeo-Christian ethos shapes the culture in which I live and has shaped Western civilization as a whole. Neil reveals the cultural distortion that mistranslating Yeshua’s words from Aramaic into Greek and then English has generated. This distortion has justified the imbalances in our social and economic relations and in our relationship with the natural world. Neil’s teaching connects with several channels of perception. With body prayer, chanting, meditation, and story, he activates our kinesthetic, auditory, intuitive, and narrative ways of knowing. I highly value this immersive, congruent learning experience. Masterful!

“Without this work, I would have missed the opening for a spiritual life which I had given up...”
Without this work, I would have missed the opening for a spiritual life which I had given up and the sense for inner guidance which I did not know in my life before. And I found Jesus as a friend, being with me, very alive. I love the breathing practices. They are guiding me beyond the understanding of the words and help me to find that place of “simple presence” that I have missed in my life before.
— Gritta, Germany
“I am very grateful that there are still a few really authentic scholars and teachers like Neil Douglas-Klotz...”
In a world of selfies and Facebook, fake news and plenty of vanities talking, wars all over the planet, and hate speech, I am very grateful that there are still a few really authentic scholars and teachers like Neil Douglas-Klotz, who share their knowledge and wisdom, their love and light about the Divine. This awakens the most holy part in everyone being touched by it.

“The beautiful part of practicing the Aramaic prayers and body prayers is that I feel them in the heart and body.”
The beautiful part of practicing the Aramaic prayers and body prayers is that I feel them in the heart and body. Somehow (more than I can understand), the sung words resonate and bring healing to the inner child within. With them and in them I AM whole. As I take responsibility to re-parent and return to my heart, I travel through all the trauma my body remembers and stores. Love’s living vibration brings healing and allows the duality of my life to be knit back together from within. I tremble in the body but the heart cries out “Freedom!!”

If I hadn’t found this work, I probably wouldn’t have fulfilled my light journey in this lifetime. And I would not know that Yeshua is my personal guide and the midwife of my healing business. I would not have known the tears of overflowing love and joy. I cannot imagine not having Neil’s work in my life.

In Revelations of the Aramaic Jesus, a luminous offering, we discover the wisdom teacher this burning world is yearning for: a native Jesus deeply connected to the Earth and her wisdom, a Jesus long-ago silenced by the religion founded in his name, a Jesus who speaks directly to the heart of people of all faiths, and maybe especially to those of us who cannot fit ourselves into the confines of a single tradition. Neil Douglas-Klotz has distilled his decades of rigorous scholarship, deep practice, and revolutionary insight into a potent elixir for our times.

“... translations of Neil Douglas-Klotz cut through the rote and bring us to the deeper meanings of Jesus’ teaching...”
Religion easily dies when it succumbs to rote. The Aramaic translations of Neil Douglas-Klotz cut through the rote and bring us to the deeper meanings of Jesus’ teaching that can still touch our hearts, move our souls, and ignite our action. It can open our hearts anew. My original foreword to Neil’s first book, Prayers of the Cosmos, began with these words: “Reader beware: though this book is brief, it contains the seeds of a revolution.” More than 40 years later, I do not think history has proven me mistaken.
— Matthew Fox, author of Original Blessing, from the foreword to Revelations of the Aramaic Jesus

This patient work is not in vain, it is necessary to bring us closer to this presence and this teaching, which enlighten us, awaken us, heal us, and save us. Neil Douglas-Klotz is not only a scholar but also a man of the desert, where the breath and energy of the words join the prayer of the sands to trace a path in the heart of what remains without path.
