This week, you’ll explore how this loss of voice affects you, as well as how you can reclaim it. This starts with the understanding of how sound affects physical objects, including YOU.

In learning to once again know and ask for what you want, you’ll learn how anger — which is one of the most resisted emotions — can point you to what you really want and need in your life.

Module 4

Module 4 Find the Spark to Light Your Inner Joy & Inspiration

 

After a traumatic or stressful event or time in your life, you might find yourself completely depleted, tired, sad, and uninspired.

You might feel like a soggy campfire that’s impossible to light. Conversely, you might also feel a massive amount of anxiety or panic that was never fully resolved after your trauma.

This week, you’ll discover the most transformational practices and also the energy system that resists change and may be keeping you stuck.
