You can be fine all day — getting things done, holding it together — and then a piece of music comes on and, in an instant, something in you softens...
Like you’re not carrying everything by yourself for a moment. You’re still in your life — but not bracing against it. The mental chatter quiets. And suddenly you’re not just a person with a list and a role and a body to manage — you’re part of something greater, more vast, and also strangely intimate.
That kind of music isn’t just about entertainment. It’s regulation. It’s remembrance. It’s consciousness. It’s recognizing that the boundaries between you and life itself are more permeable than they appear.
And once you’ve felt that, you want a way to return to it — on an ordinary Tuesday, in a hard season, in the middle of real life. Because the point isn’t a beautiful moment. The point is being able to step back into that field of connection and quiet awe when you need it most.
That’s the doorway into the heart of this 7-module self-paced video journey from Anders Holte and Cacina Meádu. For more than three decades, they’ve explored what happens when music is no longer something you listen to from the outside, but something you step into…
… and that leaves you feeling calmer and profoundly restored — like something essential, wondrous, and benevolent has returned.
Anders’ voice — grounded in classical mastery and refined through years of sound channeling — carries a power that feels less like performance and more like transmission. Cacina’s compositions create vast, luminous sonic landscapes that surround you and draw you inward. Together, they create an atmosphere you don’t just hear, you inhabit.
In each module, you’ll experience original music composed and performed by Anders and Cacina, practice simple toning that feels natural even if you don’t consider yourself a singer, and experience guided meditations woven with sounds that calm your mind while sharpening your perception.
At the center of this journey is what Anders and Cacina call “Sonic Remembrance” — their signature immersive method of using voice, tone, and multidimensional sound to awaken a memory in your body of coherence, connection, and home.
The shifts will be tangible. You’ll learn how to come back to yourself when you’re overwhelmed. You’ll recover more quickly from stress. You’ll stop waiting for perfect circumstances to feel grounded and begin carrying an inner home with you into your ordinary days.
And beneath that is something even more sustaining: the felt sense that you belong to life — the collective effervescence that animates All That Is. That you’re part of an intelligence that’s deeply soul-nurturing. That love isn’t a concept you reach for — but a spiritual essence you can touch directly and return to again and again.
Over time, what many call Oneness — or unity consciousness — will stop being philosophical and become experiential. You’ll feel it in your capacity to respond rather than react. In the way uncertainty doesn’t unmoor you as easily. In the way your inner world feels less fragmented and more whole.
You’ll also explore the science of vibration — including sacred geometry and research on music’s measurable effects on the body — with special guest teacher (and beloved Shift Network faculty) John Stuart Reid.
If you’ve been craving an experience that restores meaning without dogma, grounds you, and helps you feel intimately connected to life itself, this course is an invitation to remember… through the most universal language we all share — music.
In this 7-module transformational course, Anders and Cacina guide you through the skills and competencies you’ll need to discover how music experienced as a transmission can shift your consciousness, soften stress in your body, and restore a sense of belonging.
This course features step-by-step teachings and experiential practices from Anders and Cacina. Each session builds harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to experience how immersive musical journeys and accessible voice practices can open a deeper field of connection, settle your system, and reconnect you with the wholeness you’ve been missing. Your purchase includes 24/7 ongoing access to your course content, allowing you time to review the materials at your own pace and integration.

Sound — the ethereal vibration that traverses through the medium of air — holds a profound place in our lives, yet it’s so much more than a physical phenomenon.
You'll be guided into the hidden depths and riches of sound. You’ll explore how sound exists beyond the realm of the tangible and measurable as a carrier of consciousness…
… conveying both comprehensive information through audible sound and metaphysical information carried within the energy of sound itself.
As you listen in a new way, you’ll begin awakening a deeper sensitivity to the invisible information embedded within frequencies and tones — a precious reminder that sound can be where the metaphysical meets the physical, and where truths are whispered through the very essence of sound.
This lesson lays the foundation for heightened sonic awareness in daily life.
In this opening module, you’ll discover:

Many people feel shy or hesitant about using their voice — because it’s the most intimate and revealing of all instruments.
Beyond communication, whether you speak, sing, laugh, or cry, the very sound of your voice carries your feelings and intentions — your consciousness. As you learn how to truly follow your own sound, your voice can become a personal gateway to inner alignment and self-connection.
You’ll learn about Anders’ unique transformative vocal practice of toning, and experience how — through a gentle, simple tone — your voice can become a portal to deep presence and wholeness.
Anders also shares how these simple tones changed his life, initiating his own transformation from classical singer to sound channel. Accompanied by Cacina’s powerful instrumental music, he guides a direct experience of your own voice as a beautiful gateway for healing and wellbeing.
In this module, you’ll discover:

In the quest for health, humanity has explored countless avenues to mend the body, mind, and soul.
Since ancient times, music has been known to have healing properties — it can soothe the restless mind, lift the spirit, and bring comfort to the ailing body. But only recently has science begun to acknowledge the powerful positive effects music can have on your physiology and wellbeing.
Revered acoustics pioneer John Stuart Reid joins Anders and Cacina to share some of his most groundbreaking scientific research, including a first-of-its-kind experiment in which Anders and Cacina performed live music to show its remarkable effects on human blood.
As the inventor of the CymaScope — an extraordinary device that makes sound visible in ways never seen before — John shows stunning images captured by it, revealing the sacred geometry inherent in Anders’ voice and Cacina’s music — and he explains what it means.
In this module, you’ll discover:

Anders and Cacina explore healing not only in a physical sense, but as a return to your inner eternity.
You’ll experience powerful examples of the stunning healing effects music can have, even in challenging medical conditions, and you’ll deepen your understanding of how music and intention influence matter and biology.
They also present a groundbreaking global experiment, created with John Stuart Reid and thousands of people online from around the world…
… demonstrating the extraordinary, measurable impact of consciousness, sound, and human intention, and offering a renewed trust in the innate intelligence and wisdom of body and soul.
In this module, you’ll discover:

There’s a kind of forgetting that belongs to being human.
We all arrive carrying a spark of eternity, yet soon we step into a world that teaches limitation and separation. We strive to improve ourselves, but the horizon keeps moving, and we never seem to arrive.
This forgetting is not a punishment. It’s part of the earthly adventure — the soul discovering itself anew through the beauty and fragility of human life. As we awaken to this truth, fear begins to dissolve, the body relaxes into trust, and healing can unfold naturally.
This is what Anders and Cacina call the “lifting of spiritual amnesia” — the simple, yet profound awakening that you are a timeless being, temporarily in human form but eternal in nature.
Sound and music can open you to this awakened state more directly than words ever could, allowing healing to become what it’s always been — a return to wholeness.
In this module, you’ll discover:

In the notes and silence of music lies a doorway to the sacred — a remembering beyond words that awakens something timeless within you, spanning lifetimes and beyond your present identity.
Long before written history, ancient civilizations such as Lemuria, Atlantis, and Ancient Egypt knew that sound was sacred. Their use of sound was a way of communing with the source of creation itself. They sang to remember — to stay connected to the eternal love from which all life and all sound arise.
Today, leading-edge science echoes this ancient knowing, revealing that music is not an invention of humankind but part of our biological and spiritual design — and that our human brains are literally wired for music.
Anders and Cacina share both inspiring science and the lived experience of music as a gateway to the infinite, inviting you to rediscover an ancient inner knowing and a profound sense of belonging, within and beyond biology.
In this module, you’ll discover:

Can music remind you of a “home” many of us have somehow always known, yet can’t name?
From the millions of people worldwide who’ve had near-death experiences (NDE), many report encountering a boundless, unconditional love beyond anything they ever knew in physical life. They describe this love as inseparable from a magnificent, all-encompassing music — a music resonating from the very core of existence where love and music are one.
Anders and Cacina introduce what they call sonic remembrance — the experience of remembering this love and reconnecting with your timeless origin through sound and music.
You’ll explore pioneering research in medicine and science that sheds light on the mysterious NDE phenomenon, as well as insights from world-renowned channelers regarding the origin of music and its significance for humanity.
This final lesson provides an experience of the bliss of awakening through sound.
In this closing module, you’ll discover:
In addition to Anders & Cacina’s transformative 7-module course, you’ll receive this special bonus offering to complement the course and take your understanding and practice to an even deeper level.

In this intimate video conversation, Anders and Cacina talk with renowned ancient Egypt researcher Patricia Awyan Lehman, who was trained for many years by the legendary Egyptian wisdom keeper Abd’el Hakim Awyan. Drawing from lived experience and oral tradition, Patricia reveals how sound was consciously used in ancient Egypt as a precise healing science. They explore temples and pyramids known for their extraordinary acoustic design, including the Saqqara complex remembered by Egyptian wisdom keepers as the “Sound Healing Hospital.” This discussion opens a rare window into an ancient understanding of sound as a technology of healing, coherence, and expanded consciousness.

In this rare, pre-recorded video channeling, author and speaker Lee Carroll — the original channel of the entity Kryon — offers a message created specifically for Anders and Cacina’s course, centered on what Kryon calls “the music beyond the veil.” This channeling explores the origin of music, its connection to the music described in near-death experiences, and the deep influence sound has on human consciousness. As Lee does not offer private or requested channelings, this is an exceptional gift.

Anders Holte was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, and is known today as a singer, composer, and sound channel whose voice has touched listeners around the world.
His singing career began as the leadsinger of Danish Rock-Pop band “Paris Paris”. However, Anders felt a yearning to further educate himself musically which led to 8 years of studies into classical music at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, graduating as a classical singer, voice teacher, and choir conductor.
He went on to perform internationally with leading vocal ensembles and choirs, while also sharing his knowledge of voice and sound at the University of Copenhagen.
Despite an accomplished career — as a singer Anders felt something essential was missing. The music he gave voice to, beautiful as it was, reflected the consciousness of past centuries. He missed a sense of deeper connection in his music.
Guided by intuition, he made the bold decision to step away from his established career path. What followed was a profound transformation — both personally and artistically.
This shift gave birth to his first all-vocal album, ‘Lemurian Home Coming’—music consisting entirely of his own vocals. The album resonated deeply with listeners worldwide. It marked the emergence of Anders’ unique path as a vocal artist, and the beginning of a new chapter in his life as a singer, composer, and sound channel.
Today, Anders is internationally recognized for his distinctive tonal sound and music that transcends language and form, inviting listeners into states of deep presence, inner stillness, and expanded awareness. His voice is experienced not only as music, but as a living, non-verbal form of musical communication that reaches beyond language and speaks directly to the listener’s consciousness.
It was through this profound inner transformation that Anders’ path naturally expanded beyond the individual expression of voice—opening into a shared field of creation and exploration together with his wife and musical partner Cacina Meádu. What began as a personal journey of rediscovery evolved into a collaborative work that unites music, consciousness, and the experience of remembrance through sound.

Through their unique musical offerings, Anders & Cacina continue to open spaces where sound becomes a bridge between inner and outer worlds, between science and mystery, and between who we believe we are - and what we truly are.

Cacina Meádu began playing the piano at the age of three. As a synesthetic child, she experienced music not only as sound, but as color and geometric form—an inner language that revealed music as something alive, multidimensional, and connected to our deeper perception.
She went on to receive classical piano training for many years, yet inwardly she was dreaming of a different sound… an atmosphere she tried to capture when she was improvising on the piano.
In her twenties, Cacina moved to the United States, where she studied voice and music at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles. Alongside her musical path, she continued a lifelong exploration into consciousness and spirituality, driven by a deep inquiry into the nature of existence, the purpose of life, and the origin and nature of human existence.
For many years, she worked as a counselor and facilitator, guiding others through personal and spiritual processes. Over time, her path naturally evolved into a synergy of her two most important callings: music and consciousness.
Today, Cacina creates the expansive soundscapes for her work with husband and musical partner Anders Holte – immersive sonic environments that invite listeners into a space of depth, stillness, and inner expansion.
