Learn from the timeless spiritual insights of the Kabbalah to help you navigate the complexities of your own psyche in the Quantum Age by opening yourself to mystical states through breathwork and movement, and deepening your sense of the Divine flowing through yourself and the world.

Long before quantum physics explored the fabric of reality, an ancient mystical tradition quietly preserved the keys to understanding existence at its most fundamental level.

Rooted in sacred texts and passed down through initiates across centuries, Kabbalah offers more than spiritual insight it unveils the hidden architecture behind all of life, reveals the soul’s journey, and contains the keys for directly connecting to the Divine.

Through the symbolic language of the Hebrew Bible, Kabbalah reveals a multidimensional map of creation a blueprint for decoding the mysteries of the soul, consciousness, and the divine order woven through the cosmos.

In today’s rapidly changing world, this ancient wisdom feels not only timeless, but urgently relevant. Kabbalah invites you to look beneath the surface of reality, access deeper levels of perception, and align with your truest purpose not through belief, but through direct mystical experience.

If you’re a seeker, a creative, or someone who’s felt called to a deeper understanding of life, the Kabbalah could be just what you’re looking for...

... a way to honor the mystery of existence without losing your curiosity or your grounded sense of self and bring it fully into your daily life.

Join Les Lancaster, PhD, a transpersonal psychologist and co-founder of the Alef Trust, for an enlightening 7-week exploration of this shamanic and transpersonal map of consciousness derived from the ancient wisdom of Kabbalah. It shows how breath, movement, and language aren’t separate from the soul, but the essence of its very expression.

Les will share with you that Kabbalah isn’t about adopting a new set of beliefs it’s about learning to see and experience the sacred that’s already here in our own consciousness. It’s a living system of meaning and a map of human consciousness.

In addition to working as a transpersonal psychologist, Les is a renowned scholar of mysticism and consciousness. With decades of experience bridging the worlds of science, psychology, and spiritual wisdom, he’ll bring a unique blend of intellectual rigor and heartfelt insight to every session.

A beautiful aspect of Kabbalistic wisdom is that it isn’t bound to one religion or one tradition. In fact, the word Kabbalah comes from the Hebrew word meaning “to receive,” what you’ll receive in this course isn’t dogma, it’s a fresh lens to see how these ancient teachings speak to the universal human journey and help you find meaning in your own life.

Through seven sessions, you’ll learn how these teachings evolved across time and culture how they took root during the Jewish exile in Babylon and Persia, how they absorbed the shamanic practices of those lands, and how they still echo in our modern struggles for meaning.

Les doesn’t teach Kabbalah as a set of abstract ideas he shows you how to embody its insights through breath, movement, and deep psychological work, so you can experience the mystical depth of your consciousness.

You’ll learn practices for opening yourself to the unconscious layers of your own mind, and how that can bring more soul and more aliveness into your everyday life.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a renewed vision of what it means to fully live as a divine being today grounded in ancient wisdom, enriched by modern understanding, and deeply attuned to the interconnectedness of all things.

During this wisdom-packed course, you’ll:

  • Learn a powerful meditative breath cycle using the sacred Hebrew names of God to connect heaven and earth within yourself
  • Discover how Kabbalistic insights align with the quantum worldview, revealing what’s hidden beneath the surface of reality for a reimagined sense of who you really are
  • See how consciousness is woven through the cosmos and how your brain acts as a bridge between that universal awareness and your daily life
  • Unearth the mystical and psychological meanings of Hebrew letters  and learn how to embody them  to shift into new dimensions of consciousness through breath and movement practices
  • Explore how biblical figures can serve as archetypes for your own spiritual journey and how to activate them within yourself
  • Learn how to loosen the knots of ego-driven thinking to open yourself to higher states of consciousness and creativity
  • Discover the Tree of Life as a map for spiritual growth and see how it can guide you through life’s challenges with greater ease
  • Integrate ancient Kabbalistic wisdom with modern transpersonal psychology to craft a refreshed spiritual path that’s both timeless and alive for you today
  • And much more...

In your time with Les, you’ll see how this work can help you change the lenses through which you see the world, freeing you from the unconscious patterns of prejudice and limiting beliefs that can keep you from your own power.

You’ll discover that what’s been called “the Tree of Life” in the Kabbalah isn’t just a mystical diagram it’s a map of your own potential, a way to connect with the archetypal depths of our contemporary predicaments.

You’ll learn how to integrate these insights into your life, so you can bring a sense of soul and sacredness to your relationships, your work, and the way you show up in the world.

Join us on this journey to reconnect with the ancient wisdom that lives within you and bring more soul, wonder, and presence to your life.

Les will share how the brain acts as an organ that integrates this cosmic awareness with your ability to know the world, showing how ancient mystics understood this long before modern science.

In this session, you’ll:

Module 4: Letters of Creation The "Writing on the Wall" & Mysticism (2025-08-14 9:00:00 am)

The Hebrew letters aren’t just an alphabet they’re viewed in the Kabbalah as powerful agents of creation, each carrying deep mystical significance. In this session, you’ll uncover how these sacred letters evolved during the Jewish exile in Babylon and Persia, a time that shaped not only their forms but also the way they were woven into the fabric of the Hebrew scriptures.

Les will guide you through the shamanic and magical roots of writing in these ancient cultures, showing how these influences shaped both the letters themselves and the stories they tell.

You’ll also see how Kabbalists developed meditative practices with these letters to access hidden depths of meaning, and how this alphabet can open up new layers of insight in your spiritual journey. Through a simple movement practice, you’ll embody the potency of these ancient symbols, making the invisible visible within your own being.

In this session, you’ll:

Kabbalistic interpretations of the Hebrew Bible invite you to look beyond the literal stories and uncover the psychological and mystical truths hidden within. You’ll learn how the Kabbalistic tradition reveals archetypal dimensions to key biblical figures like Abraham, Jacob, and Joseph each embodying aspects of the human encounter with the Divine.

Les will guide you through the different levels of meaning in the Torah, from the surface narrative to the deepest secrets that speak to the soul. You’ll explore how these archetypes live within you and how working with them can bring profound transformation.

Dive into how the Kabbalah and modern psychology understand higher states of consciousness, and how they share a vision of loosening the knots of ego-driven thinking. Les will guide you in recognizing how these limiting patterns block access to a richer, more soul-centered reality.

You’ll explore tools like meditation and mystical imagination that can help untangle these knots and open you to unconscious processes that hold the keys to spiritual awakening.

“[Les Lancaster's] teaching style is both expansive and multifaceted...”
I enrolled in the Kabbalistic Psychology course with Professor Les Lancaster with the intention of gaining a deeper understanding of the Kabbalah. As a Muslim with exposure to Christianity during my upbringing, I hadn't previously encountered Jewish mysticism. Through Les’ passionate approach to teaching this module, I was able to grasp the fundamentals of Kabbalistic spirituality. It became clear that all mystical traditions share a common message: that of oneness. Taking this course with Les has been a pleasure, as his teaching style is both expansive and multifaceted, encouraging you to think outside the box and understand the deeper meanings behind concepts. Additionally, Les has personally embraced certain Kabbalistic spiritual practices, which means his teachings are grounded in lived experience, further enriching the learning journey for his students.

“Les works with our consciousness gently, patiently, and with such wisdom...”
I’m deeply honored to be learning from my Kabbalah teacher, Professor Les Lancaster, whose teachings have transformed my life and the lives of others around me. Les is a truly remarkable teacher — brilliant, disciplined, kind, and incredibly innovative. He has created a unique system of 22 Kabbalah steps, which I’ve been practicing, and I can say they are nothing short of extraordinary for awakening consciousness. These steps guide you gently yet powerfully, helping you uncover a deeper awareness of yourself and the world. It’s like a light turning on inside you. What makes Les so special is how he teaches. His approach feels like a potter working with clay. Just as a potter takes raw mud and shapes it with care into a beautiful pot, Les works with our consciousness —gently, patiently, and with such wisdom — helping us become more whole and vibrant. His kindness and dedication make every lesson feel personal and profound. In his teachings, I also sense glimmers of Gurdjieff’s wisdom. I run a naturebased education program in rural India with marginalized children. Inspired by Les, I introduced his 22 Kabbalah steps to these kids, and the change in their consciousness has been tremendous. I’ve watched them grow more aware, confident, and connected to themselves in ways I never imagined. It’s proof of how universal and powerful Les’ teachings are. I truly believe Les’ work should spread across the world. In a time when humanity so desperately needs a transformation in consciousness, his teachings offer hope, clarity, and a path forward. I’m endlessly grateful to Professor Lancaster for guiding me and so many others, and I wholeheartedly recommend his teachings to anyone seeking a deeper, more meaningful life.

“Les opened the door to understanding the wisdom and technique of Kabbalah.”
I was fortunate to have been taught by Professor Les Lancaster during the master’s program at Alef Trust. I took his course on Kabbalistic Psychology as I was curious about the Jewish wisdom tradition. Les opened the door to understanding the wisdom and technique of Kabbalah. It was an inspiring class. His depth of knowledge and vast experience brings a mastery to the learning environment. And yet, it infuses the learning process with simplicity that allows the student to feel secure and comfortable. It was indeed a privilege to be in that class, and I would definitely recommend learning with Les to anyone who would like to immerse themselves in the mystical tradition of Kabbalah and consciousness studies.
