Long before quantum physics explored the fabric of reality, an ancient mystical tradition quietly preserved the keys to understanding existence at its most fundamental level.
Rooted in sacred texts and passed down through initiates across centuries, Kabbalah offers more than spiritual insight — it unveils the hidden architecture behind all of life, reveals the soul’s journey, and contains the keys for directly connecting to the Divine.
Through the symbolic language of the Hebrew Bible, Kabbalah reveals a multidimensional map of creation — a blueprint for decoding the mysteries of the soul, consciousness, and the divine order woven through the cosmos.
In today’s rapidly changing world, this ancient wisdom feels not only timeless, but urgently relevant. Kabbalah invites you to look beneath the surface of reality, access deeper levels of perception, and align with your truest purpose — not through belief, but through direct mystical experience.
If you’re a seeker, a creative, or someone who’s felt called to a deeper understanding of life, the Kabbalah could be just what you’re looking for...
... a way to honor the mystery of existence — without losing your curiosity or your grounded sense of self — and bring it fully into your daily life.
Join Les Lancaster, PhD, a transpersonal psychologist and co-founder of the Alef Trust, for an enlightening 7-week exploration of this shamanic and transpersonal map of consciousness — derived from the ancient wisdom of Kabbalah. It shows how breath, movement, and language aren’t separate from the soul, but the essence of its very expression.
Les will share with you that Kabbalah isn’t about adopting a new set of beliefs — it’s about learning to see and experience the sacred that’s already here in our own consciousness. It’s a living system of meaning and a map of human consciousness.
In addition to working as a transpersonal psychologist, Les is a renowned scholar of mysticism and consciousness. With decades of experience bridging the worlds of science, psychology, and spiritual wisdom, he’ll bring a unique blend of intellectual rigor and heartfelt insight to every session.
A beautiful aspect of Kabbalistic wisdom is that it isn’t bound to one religion or one tradition. In fact, the word Kabbalah comes from the Hebrew word meaning “to receive,” — what you’ll receive in this course isn’t dogma, it’s a fresh lens to see how these ancient teachings speak to the universal human journey and help you find meaning in your own life.
Through seven sessions, you’ll learn how these teachings evolved across time and culture — how they took root during the Jewish exile in Babylon and Persia, how they absorbed the shamanic practices of those lands, and how they still echo in our modern struggles for meaning.
Les doesn’t teach Kabbalah as a set of abstract ideas — he shows you how to embody its insights through breath, movement, and deep psychological work, so you can experience the mystical depth of your consciousness.
You’ll learn practices for opening yourself to the unconscious layers of your own mind, and how that can bring more soul and more aliveness into your everyday life.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a renewed vision of what it means to fully live as a divine being today — grounded in ancient wisdom, enriched by modern understanding, and deeply attuned to the interconnectedness of all things.

In your time with Les, you’ll see how this work can help you change the lenses through which you see the world, freeing you from the unconscious patterns of prejudice and limiting beliefs that can keep you from your own power.
You’ll discover that what’s been called “the Tree of Life” in the Kabbalah isn’t just a mystical diagram — it’s a map of your own potential, a way to connect with the archetypal depths of our contemporary predicaments.
You’ll learn how to integrate these insights into your life, so you can bring a sense of soul and sacredness to your relationships, your work, and the way you show up in the world.
Join us on this journey to reconnect with the ancient wisdom that lives within you — and bring more soul, wonder, and presence to your life.
In this 7-week transformational course, Les will guide you through the skills and competencies you’ll need to experience how Kabbalah can help you balance ancient wisdom with modern understanding, using breath and movement to open new pathways to the sacred in your everyday life.
You’ll connect with Les and experience his teachings through livestreaming video via any connected device. This connection is easy to use and will enhance the impact of Les’ transmissions. Can’t make it live? After each class, you can stream the video and audio recordings to enjoy anytime and anywhere at your convenience.
This course will feature LIVE teachings, interactive sessions, experiential practices, and Q&A with Les. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to bring the hidden wisdom of the Kabbalah into your daily life, deepening your sense of soul and opening up new ways to grow.

Explore the central role of God’s names in Kabbalah, and how these names aren’t just labels but direct expressions of divine presence.
Les brings a scientist’s curiosity and a psychologist’s insight to help you see God not as a fixed entity, but as a dynamic process unfolding in creation and in your own life. You’ll be introduced to a powerful meditative breath cycle that draws you into a direct experience of that unfolding divine essence.
As you learn how the sacred Hebrew letters embody breath and movement, you’ll discover how to align with this deeper presence and bring it into your daily life. Through the story of the Burning Bush and a look at Hebrew letters, you’ll learn how Kabbalah can reveal layers of mystery that connect your breath, mind, and heart with something greater.
In this session, you’ll:

Discover the remarkable connections between the Kabbalah and the quantum age — a time when boundaries between the seen and the unseen are blurring, and ancient mysticism meets modern physics.
Quantum physics reveals that what we experience on the surface is just a small part of a deeper reality, mirroring the Kabbalistic teaching that there’s a hidden dimension to everything.
Les will guide you through the psychohistorical roots of the Kabbalah, tracing how it evolved through different cultural eras — from shamanic practices to the birth of religion — while showing how its ideas remain deeply relevant today.
You’ll see how Kabbalah’s insights into the unconscious can help you navigate the subtle layers of your own psyche and adapt to the demands of this new, fluid age. Experience firsthand how movement practices can unlock a sense of wholeness and bring these teachings to life.
In this session, you’ll:

See how leading-edge science and ancient Kabbalistic wisdom both point to consciousness as a universal property of the cosmos. Instead of viewing consciousness as something generated by the brain, you’ll consider it as a property that emerged with the Big Bang — present in everything and everyone.
Les will share how the brain acts as an organ that integrates this cosmic awareness with your ability to know the world, showing how ancient mystics understood this long before modern science.
You’ll also experience how movement can unlock these ideas in your own body, helping you access the subtle interplay of conscious and unconscious awareness.
In this session, you’ll:

The Hebrew letters aren’t just an alphabet — they’re viewed in the Kabbalah as powerful agents of creation, each carrying deep mystical significance. In this session, you’ll uncover how these sacred letters evolved during the Jewish exile in Babylon and Persia, a time that shaped not only their forms but also the way they were woven into the fabric of the Hebrew scriptures.
Les will guide you through the shamanic and magical roots of writing in these ancient cultures, showing how these influences shaped both the letters themselves and the stories they tell.
You’ll also see how Kabbalists developed meditative practices with these letters to access hidden depths of meaning, and how this alphabet can open up new layers of insight in your spiritual journey. Through a simple movement practice, you’ll embody the potency of these ancient symbols, making the invisible visible within your own being.
In this session, you’ll:

Kabbalistic interpretations of the Hebrew Bible invite you to look beyond the literal stories and uncover the psychological and mystical truths hidden within. You’ll learn how the Kabbalistic tradition reveals archetypal dimensions to key biblical figures — like Abraham, Jacob, and Joseph — each embodying aspects of the human encounter with the Divine.
Les will guide you through the different levels of meaning in the Torah, from the surface narrative to the deepest secrets that speak to the soul. You’ll explore how these archetypes live within you and how working with them can bring profound transformation.
This journey also includes an introduction to the Tree of Life, a symbol that maps the path of spiritual growth and deep self-awareness.
In this session, you’ll:

Dive into how the Kabbalah and modern psychology understand higher states of consciousness, and how they share a vision of loosening the knots of ego-driven thinking. Les will guide you in recognizing how these limiting patterns block access to a richer, more soul-centered reality.
You’ll explore tools — like meditation and mystical imagination — that can help untangle these knots and open you to unconscious processes that hold the keys to spiritual awakening.
Along the way, you’ll discover how to use symbolic language to refresh your mind and bring a deeper sense of soul and presence into your daily life. This journey is about making spirituality real and embodied — reconnecting with what truly matters.
In this session, you’ll:

Return to the core practice of breath and movement as a way to align yourself with Kabbalistic wisdom and bring it fully into your body and life. Les will guide you in balancing the ancient mystical ideas of the Kabbalah with modern transpersonal psychology and global spiritual practices.
You’ll see how movement and breath, so central in many spiritual paths, help you move beyond just intellectual understanding — bringing presence and mindfulness into every part of your being. You’ll revisit how the Hebrew letters carry wisdom that can be expressed and embodied through somatic practices.
And most importantly, you’ll explore how to weave these timeless insights into your own spiritual path in a way that feels alive and authentic.
In this session, you’ll:
