What if the guidance you’ve been searching for — the clarity, sense of humor, and strength to meet today’s challenges — lives in sacred interfaith traditions you haven’t fully explored?
Today, when the world sometimes feels heavy and uncertain, your heart may be calling for something deeper — not just answers, but practices that help ground you, invite happiness, and reawaken your connection to the sacred.
This is the invitation to join interspiritual teacher Imam Jamal Rahman’s joyful and transformative new 7-week journey into the spiritual teachings, practices, and meditations found in Sufism, Buddhism, Christianity, and more.
Known for his warmth, humor, and deeply inclusive approach, Imam Jamal offers more than information — he offers a path home to your heart that radiates outward in service to what you love.
You’ll be lovingly guided to discover new ways of navigating life’s complexity with greater clarity, compassion, acceptance, and inner freedom…
… and explore profound practices like the “Art of the Heart” meditation to connect with the deep nurturance and wisdom of your heart, and “Sacred Naming” to reclaim the narrative of who you are and the meaning your life holds in the world.
You’ll learn how to relate to yourself with more lightheartedness and self-acceptance, explore gentle practices to raise your consciousness…
… and discover a path where the Divine is reflected in every being — even those who challenge you.
Each week, Imam Jamal will draw from a lifetime of spiritual scholarship and lived devotion to share timeless teachings that speak directly to the soul. Through illuminating Sufi parables, healing writing practices, sacred breathwork, lovingkindness meditations, and more, you'll be guided into a deeper experience of the sacred.
All of it is delivered in Imam Jamal’s inimitable style — a rare blend of grace, wisdom, joy, and disarming humor — making complex truths feel both deeply accessible and profoundly transformative.
Rather than rigid dogma, you’ll encounter teachings that help you live more authentically, serve more joyfully, and love more expansively.
Ultimately, this course is an opportunity to embody a new way of being — one that helps you stay grounded, connected to your soul, and in service to a world that needs your light.
If your heart is ready for a deeper kind of nourishment — one that draws from many wells to awaken your greater authenticity and purpose — let the wisdom of interspiritual wisdom guide you.

As you deepen this relationship with yourself, you’ll find your heart naturally opening to something greater — a quiet, sacred presence that has always been with you.
Rooted in daily practice and interspiritual wisdom, this presence invites you into a deep well of stillness, where peace, clarity, and joy can rise to the surface.
In this space, the Divine meets you exactly as you are — and the light within you is free to shine more fully into the world.
Are you ready to answer the call of your heart — and walk a soulful path of remembrance, grounded in the beauty, humor, and compassion of the world’s great spiritual traditions?
You’ll connect with Jamal and experience his teachings through livestreaming video via any connected device. This connection is easy to use and will enhance the impact of Jamal’s transmissions. Can’t make it live? After each class, you can stream the video and audio recordings to enjoy anytime and anywhere at your convenience.
This course will feature LIVE teachings, interactive sessions, experiential practices, and Q&A with Jamal. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to awaken a more authentic version of yourself that is guided by peace through interfaith teachings, practices, and meditations.

In our created world, things often exist as opposites. Sages say that everything is made clear by polar opposites.
High can be defined by low, long by short. Joy and sorrow exist side by side.
Messages from mystics about suffering teach that the way you acknowledge, heal, and reframe your suffering shapes your character — and sculpts the destiny of your life.
Their collective wisdom is a reminder — don’t run toward pain and suffering, and don’t run away from them.
In this module, you’ll:

To invite joy into our lives, we have to tame and transform our ego from a “commanding master” into a “personal assistant.”
Explore how layers of ego separate you from your divine spark or higher self through pride, greed, jealousy, and unrestrained anger — and how diminishing your ego traits moves you closer to your higher self where you can experience what sages call “the flow of presence.”
The Buddha, on his deathbed, offered invaluable advice: “Be a lamp unto yourselves… work out your salvation with diligence.”
The Prophet Muhammad said, “Know thyself and you shall know thy Sustainer,” and “Die to what is false within you before you die a physical death.”
In this module, you’ll:

Mystics explain that love is the cause and essence of everything. Our life stories circle around love — about being loved, not being loved, and yearning to be loved.
Enlightened teachers posit that the key to happiness is to become aware of the inhibitions and obstacles we have unconsciously placed on the path of love. Not surprisingly, says Rumi, love is in every religion but love has no religion.
Discover how compassion is love manifested. To expound on the astonishing power and beauty of this divine trait, teachers use the metaphor of water in nature.
Water is soft and yielding — yet over time, it can wear away the hardest granite. Also, wherever water falls, life flourishes.
Being gentle and merciful with yourself and others demonstrates authentic strength and is life-affirming and life-bestowing.
In this module, you’ll:

The world’s scriptures teach that to grow in consciousness and to experience authentic joy and inner peace, you must purify and open your heart. This critical work is inconvenient but essential.
Spiritual teachers point out that everything that you possess comes from Divinity. What can we offer to God in return? Sufis encourage us to bring to God a polished heart so that Divinity’s face is reflected in it! This work of purification fills our beings with indescribable contentment.
Jamal will share how opening your heart requires that you embrace not only your ten thousand joys, but also your ten thousand sorrows of life.
When you allow your heart to break open, you can experience an expanded inner spaciousness that allows an abundance of joy to flow into your being. Any suffering in that larger space will feel less overwhelming.
In this module, you’ll:

The world’s scriptures offer four criteria to make charitable giving meaningful.
Give freely of what you love… give to those who ask, don’t ask, or cannot ask… give quietly, without being ostentatious… and give without attachment to the prizes, prestige or acclaim it brings you.
This last insight is critical. If you are charitable for the sake of divinity and your giving comes from the goodness of your heart, this will comfort your soul and invite blessings from those mysterious realms.
The holy books also ask, in the cause of service, that we remove injustice and oppression in our families, communities, and nations. These acts of service require courage, compassion, grace, and collective action.
Teachers insist that we engage in regular self-care. Be mindful of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. Self-care increases your capacity to be of authentic service to creation.
In this module, you’ll discover:

To survive, flourish, and experience happiness, you need a community.
Poets wax eloquently on this need — “A wall standing alone is useless. Add to it other walls, and it can support a roof!”
They also exclaim, “Only when ink joins with a pen, can the blank paper say something!” Take note, say the sages. Even prophets needed companions!
From the world’s scriptures, teachers have gleaned three gateways for making meaningful community.
The first gateway is love — choose friends and family members for whom you feel love and affection. The second gateway is trust — without trust, there is no vulnerability, and without vulnerability, relationships are not genuine. The third gateway is love of truth — The Buddha famously said, “Find friends who love the truth”
In this module, you’ll:

We need to engage in regular spiritual practices to raise our consciousness and evolve into developed human beings.
This is essential if we aspire, individually and collectively, to heal the social injustices and planetary degradation of our times.
To overcome divisiveness, conflicts, and inequities in our families and communities, we have no choice but to come face to face with our conditioned biases, prejudices, and stereotyping of the other.
About the abuse of Mother Earth, it is said that the biggest environmental problems are not loss of biodiversity, climate change or ecosystem collapse. The biggest problems are selfishness, greed, and apathy.
