Module 2: Reclaiming Your Passionate Core
The sensual and sexual energy that runs through a woman’s body and being is a core source of both pleasure and power — that matures and evolves over the years. As our hormones shift and our bodies change, what we truly desire changes as well.
As women, we often have a mixed relationship with our sensual and sexual energy. Historically, when we have stepped fully into our erotic selves, we have been labeled as “unladylike” or unworthy of respect.
This second session with Devaa will give you an opportunity to explore these dynamics as they play out culturally and also within your subconscious mind…
… to help you arrive at a place of clarity about how to dance with these energies in a way that brings more passion back into the center of your life.
In this module, Devaa will guide you to:

Module 3: Shadow Dancing With Anger, Shame, Guilt & Rebellion
As we step more fully into our wild, primal selves, repressed or activated shadow energies may be ready to be explored and transmuted.
We all experience anger, and most of us have experienced shame or guilt at some point in our lives… or taken on an aggressive contrarian attitude that may not truly serve our deeper purpose.
This session is designed to lovingly call these shadows into the spotlight — to work with these energies in a way that heals them rather than buries them deeper into your psyche… in a way that serves you and the planet.
With Devaa’s guidance, you’ll create a sacred space to name your own shadows, feel the emotions and energies that are connected to specific experiences in your life and in the collective, and lovingly work with them in service of your healing — as well as the collective shifts that are needed.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be held in a safe space to discover what’s triggered you to feel upset, aggravated, or even outraged — and how to safely navigate and clear this energy
- Explore the shadows of your shame and guilt, how they might be playing out in your life, and how to transmute their energy for your continued evolution

Module 4: Dismantling the Patriarchy Inside You
The systems and structures of the patriarchal patterns that have been running our society for so long are thankfully now crumbling… albeit slowly. But it’s not just the cultural structures that need to shift…
… the patriarchal mindset lives inside the subconscious minds of most women as well.
In this module, you’ll get to know your own internal patriarchal patterns, explore how you may have been playing a role in your own suppression — and begin to consciously undo these patterns and reclaim the power that has been taken from you… or that which you’ve unintentionally given away.
In doing so, you’ll step into a place of greater power, strength, and resilience that will serve you well in your life… and in the world.
Throughout this session, you’ll:
- Explore the ways you’ve subconsciously kept yourself “in your place” in the cultural hierarchy — and the steps you can take to change that pattern
- Identify places where you may be living a lie (or a partial lie) so you don’t “rock the boat” of the patriarchal structures that bind you
- Engage with the goddess Artemis... allowing her energy to fuel your intentions and dissolve patterns of self-sabotage and other energetic blocks that keep you from manifesting at the highest level
- Participate in a Power Retrieval Ritual to call back various aspects of your power that you may have given away (or may have been taken from you) at different points in your life
- Cultivate practices to restore your strength when the world knocks you down
Module 5: Harvesting the Wisdom of the Wise Woman
As we grow and evolve throughout life, the experiences we’ve lived through can yield an abundance of soul wisdom that we carry at the core of our being.
We don’t often create the time and space to identify and claim this wisdom and examine how it’s flowing through our lives… or take a moment to consider the times when we didn’t act from a place of wisdom, but from less skillful or addictive patterns instead.
Module 5 offers this time as an invitation to pause, take stock, further metabolize, and reap the harvest of your experiences… while being witnessed and celebrated by a group of conscious women. This is the module when you’ll identify and claim the wisdom that you carry at the core of your being as a result of the path you’ve walked in this lifetime.
From there, you can channel your wisdom for your own personal benefit, and step into a mentorship role for the larger collective.

About Devaa Haley Mitchell
Rev. Dr. Devaa Haley Mitchell is a transformational leader who helps people reconnect with their spiritual depths, unleash their leadership gifts, and step into their full potential. Devaa is founder of the Inspiring Women with Soul series, which has served over 130,000 women from more than 160 countries. Her private practice, Radiant Essence Services, offers personal coaching and VIP retreats for clients from around the world.
Devaa is the co-founder and Chief Impact Officer of The Shift Network, where she guides and oversees Shift’s social change initiatives as well its philanthropic activities, finding ways to leverage the educational and network assets for the greatest public benefit. Shift’s impact work focuses on peacebuilding, women’s empowerment, racial healing, and civic engagement. She’s also a key player in leading and supporting the ongoing evolution of Shift’s transformational culture, both inside the company and with customers around the world.
Devaa earned both her BA and MA from Stanford University. She received her doctorate in Ministry from Wisdom University (now known as Ubiquity University) and is also an ordained interfaith minister. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship for her ecological anthropology work with Indigenous groups in the Brazilian Amazon.
Earlier in her career, Devaa was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where she consulted with Fortune 500 Companies. She later worked as the founding Executive Director of the Full Circle Fund, a thriving venture philanthropy group, followed by a senior director role at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. She is also a member of the prestigious Evolutionary Leaders group.
Her pro bono service projects include serving as Acting Director of the Madrone Grove forest school, which she founded along with her husband and a few colleagues who were dedicated to creating an “awakening” curriculum for kids. She also served as Music Director at the San Quentin Prison’s Parallel Play Project, in collaboration with Marin Shakespeare. Her international service projects include training local staff to leverage arts-based techniques for transforming violence in Angola, facilitating a healing program for staff members at an HIV orphanage in Ethiopia, and distributing water filters in rural areas of India and other locations.
In her spare time, Devaa is a musician whose songs fuse East and West with danceable grooves. Her debut album, Sacred Alchemy, aimed to reawaken and liberate the many dimensions of the Sacred Feminine. Her most recent album, Rebirth, reached #1 on Amazon in the New Age Category.
