Get startedYou don’t realize how much you rely on your joints and bones — until pain, stiffness, or instability begins to take away the simple pleasures of everyday life.
For many women in midlife and beyond, the natural changes of aging, hormonal shifts, and years of stress on the body can leave bones more fragile and joints less supple.
Knees ache on long walks. Shoulders stiffen after hours at the computer. Back pain makes it harder to rest at night. Even hands — once taken for granted — can ache with arthritis, making daily tasks more difficult.
And it’s not just physical. The loss of mobility or ease in the body often ripples out into every part of life. It can leave you feeling vulnerable, limited, or disconnected from the vitality you once enjoyed — and resistant to the activities you love.
There’s a gentle, time-tested way to restore resilience, mobility, and strength — while nurturing your whole being, shares Deborah Davis, licensed acupuncturist and internationally known medical Qigong teacher.
Deborah has developed a complete practice designed specifically for women’s bone and joint health. Drawing from decades of clinical experience, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and her own personal healing journey (restoring her ability to walk!), she created a flowing, 7-module system of movements, breath practices, and self-healing techniques you can carry with you for life.
Across seven modules, you’ll be guided step-by-step through practices that bring strength and flexibility back to your entire body, and no experience is required. These practices are simple, accessible, and can be done in just minutes a day.
Each class session, you’ll learn a new aspect of Deborah’s Qigong form, adding new layers of healing. You’ll begin by grounding into your feet, ankles, and knees — the portals that connect you to the earth’s nourishing energy. As you awaken these joints with Qigong, you’ll feel calmer, more stable, and supported in moving forward with courage and vitality.
You’ll then explore the inner connection between your organ systems and joint health. Unlike Western medicine’s focus on muscles alone, Traditional Chinese Medicine recognizes that the liver, kidneys, and spleen each play a vital role in nourishing your bones, tendons, and ligaments. You’ll discover simple practices to harmonize these systems and feel their ripple effects throughout your body.
From there, you’ll enter the pelvic bowl — the seat of feminine vitality. Through Uterine Palace Breathing and gentle floor movements, you’ll strengthen and stabilize your hips and sacroiliac joint, while also reconnecting with your sensuality, creativity, and feminine power.
As the journey unfolds, you’ll discover the fluid, undulating rhythms of Snake Qigong to ease back pain and release stored tension. You’ll explore home remedies like guasha and cupping to reduce inflammation and bring circulation to sore muscles.
For shoulders and neck, you’ll learn the joyful “Dragon Serves Tea” practice — a movement you’ll return to again and again for instant relief. And for your hands, you’ll be guided through exercises that increase circulation, stimulate the meridians, and relieve pain — even learning to use Chinese chime balls as a soothing tool.
Finally, you’ll bring everything together into a complete Women’s Qigong for Healthy Bones & Joints form. This integrated sequence will become your lifelong companion — a practice you can do anytime to strengthen bones, prevent injuries, and feel at ease in your body.

As you continue to care for your body and spirit in this next chapter of life, you’re invited to go deeper — into a practice that strengthens your bones and joints, calms your nervous system, and reconnects you with the nourishing Yin energy of the earth.
Through these gentle yet potent movements, you’ll release old pain, uncover hidden vitality, and experience a renewed sense of balance and freedom in your body.
Are you ready to step into this empowering practice and discover how Women’s Qigong can support your lifelong health, strength, and joy?
In this 7-module, 8-week transformational course, Deborah will guide you through the skills and competencies you’ll need to successfully learn a gentle, empowering practice that relieves pain, restores mobility, and supports your lifelong bone and joint health.
You’ll connect with Deborah and experience her teachings through livestreaming video via any connected device. This connection is easy to use and will enhance the impact of Deborah’s transmissions. Can’t make it live? After each class, you can stream the video and audio recordings to enjoy anytime and anywhere at your convenience.
This course will feature LIVE teachings, interactive sessions, experiential practices, and Q&A with Deborah. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to experience renewed freedom in your body, with joints that feel supported and bones that stay strong.

You’ll begin this journey by focusing on your feet, ankles, and knees — the foundational joints that carry you forward in life.
Your feet, the portals to the earth’s energy, help you feel centered and rooted in your body. As you connect with this grounding flow, you’ll notice a sense of calm and stability that supports you in creating healthy boundaries and receiving nourishment from the earth’s Yin energy.
Your ankles and knees, the joints of movement and progression, remind you of your innate vitality and courage. As you practice gentle Qigong movements for these areas, you’ll support physical healing while also opening space to acknowledge and release any emotions that arise around moving forward in your life’s path.
In this session, you’ll:

Explore a fresh perspective on joint health through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine — one that differs greatly from the Western focus on building muscle strength.
Deborah will guide you to understand how supple ligaments and flexible tendons create healthier joints than muscle strength alone. You’ll also discover how each of the body’s organ systems plays a role in maintaining the resilience of your joints and bones, and how to support these systems for long-term vitality.
You’ll learn how your environment — the seasons, weather, and natural cycles around you — directly impacts your joints and overall health, and how you can align with these rhythms to ease pain and support healing from conditions like arthritis.
In this session, you’ll:

The pelvis is the seat of a woman’s vitality — holding deep stories and emotions around beauty, sexuality, trauma, and self-expression. When this area is blocked or weakened, we can feel disconnected from our creativity and power.
Deborah gently guides you to explore the psychological and energetic terrain of your pelvic bowl, helping you recognize and release what may be held there. Through simple yet potent Qigong practices, you’ll learn how to awaken the Qi flow in this area, reigniting your connection to sensuality, creativity, and feminine expression.
You’ll also receive practices to strengthen and stabilize your hips and sacroiliac joint — a common source of pain and misalignment — so you can build resilience, flexibility, and lasting ease in your body as you age.
In this module, you’ll:

Your back carries the weight of your life — and when tension, stress, or pain take hold, everything feels heavier. In this session, you’ll discover how Snake Qigong, inspired by the fluid, undulating movements of the snake, can ease skeletal stress and bring freedom back to your spine. These graceful motions help release discomfort while cultivating flexibility and resilience in both the lower and upper back.
Deborah also introduces you to simple, time-honored remedies used for centuries in Asian households and acupuncture clinics. You’ll learn how Guasha — gently scraping the skin with a Chinese soup spoon and balm — can reduce inflammation, ease tightness in the upper back, and even support your immune system during cold and flu season. You’ll also explore cupping, a deeply restorative practice that relieves muscular tension and supports circulation throughout the body.
In this session, you’ll:

In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, nearly everyone experiences bouts of shoulder and neck pain. These joints are especially vulnerable to stiffness — yet when they’re kept fluid and supple, your whole body moves with greater ease.
Deborah shares gentle Qigong practices you can use anytime — and even pass along to your loved ones. These simple movements can ease tension in your neck and shoulders, support your posture, and provide quick resets throughout the day as you work at your computer.
You’ll also be introduced to an easy ear acupuncture technique that helps stimulate healing and reduce discomfort in these vital areas of the body.
In this session, you’ll:

We often take our hands for granted — until pain or arthritis makes even simple tasks more difficult. Because your hands are essential to nearly everything you do, keeping them strong and flexible is vital to your overall wellbeing.
Deborah guides you through hand Qigong practices that not only exercise your fingers, but also stimulate the meridians and organ systems connected with each one.
You’ll also be introduced to Chinese chime balls, a traditional healing tool that promotes circulation, reduces inflammation, and soothes pain in the hands.
These simple yet powerful techniques can bring relief while supporting the health of your entire body.
In this session, you’ll:

In this final session, Deborah guides you in bringing together the entire Women’s Qigong for Healthy Bones & Joints form — weaving each practice you’ve learned into a complete system you can carry with you for life.
This flowing sequence will support your body’s strength, flexibility, and vitality for years to come. With regular practice, you’ll have a powerful tool to strengthen your bones, keep your joints supple, and move through life with greater resilience and ease.
In this session, you’ll:

Deborah Davis, LAc, has been an alternative healthcare practitioner for more than 30 years. She’s an acupuncturist and medical intuitive specializing in women’s medical Qigong and sexuality.
Her book, Women’s Qigong for Health & Longevity, offers Qigong routines for women as they age, along with Qigong protocols for heart health, insomnia, menopause, osteoporosis, PMS, sexual vitality, depression, breast health, and more.
Her DVD series on women’s health accompanies the programs in her books Dynamic Woman Qigong, Qigong for Menopause, and Wise Woman Qigong. Deborah specializes in teaching women how to prevent and heal disease and maintain health as they age.
In the early ’90s, Deborah ran a Qigong clinic with her teacher, Dr. Ren Xu Wang. She witnessed infertile women become pregnant, cysts disappear, chronic fatigue alleviate, and even terminally ill cancer patients go into remission. She saw miraculous healings and experienced them for herself, which made her a true believer in the power of Qigong.
The guiding principle of Deborah’s work is the importance of teaching women to strengthen their own Qi energy to heal themselves and live a long, healthy, and sensually vibrant life. Deborah, who leads Qigong retreats worldwide in women’s health and sexuality, is in the process of creating a certification program in women’s healing Qigong.
