Module 2: Master the Art of Powerful Intention Setting to Take Back Control of Your Life (September 24)

It’s why every breathflow session begins with an intention setting. You’ll learn how to discern your goals for each breathwork session, state them succinctly, and then put your destination on the map.

Christian will explain how your language belies the negative self-talk you may be continually reinforcing in your consciousness.
