Can’t make it live? After each class, video and audio recordings are available to download and watch anytime.
Move past trauma, liberate yourself from emotional burdens, and transform your life by rewiring your nervous system with natural vagus nerve stimulation and the 6 R’s of neuropsychotherapy — science-backed tools to rewire your resilience and incite powerful growth.
Uncover inner resources that can reveal profound insights about past trauma — and provide powerful healing that leads to personal freedom.
What if you had a system of healing tools to regulate your nervous system, giving you greater control over how you respond to and counteract every painful, uncomfortable, or overwhelming event you’ve experienced.
And what if these tools enabled you to erase even the slightest unresolved trauma before it extended its tentacles into every facet of your life — eliminating the cause of anxiety, depression, and problems with your physical health.
According to clinical psychologist Dr. Arielle Schwartz, you are far stronger than you think — and resilient enough to move beyond any trauma you’ve experienced.
In her heart-opening 7-week live video course, Beyond Trauma to Healing & Happiness: Thrive in Life by Removing the Roadblocks That Impede Your Post-Traumatic Growth…
… Arielle will share the five types of resilience — and help you develop your own unique method to discover which one works best for you.
Arille affirms that the key to releasing yourself from the negative consequences of unresolved trauma — ranging from life-altering events to a series of stressful moments — is the willingness to summon the courage to move through your anguish.
The next step is to assemble a toolbox of effective science-backed techniques and exercises, while recognizing that even with the best intentions and tools, healing trauma requires the support and caring of others.
Should you choose to enroll in this life-altering course, Arielle will walk you step-by-step through an integrated process of consciously healing past trauma.
Arielle, a leading expert in the field of post-traumatic stress, authored a book on the subject and has lectured and facilitated therapist training around the world.
She uses a heart-centered, compassionate, calming, and healing approach to transforming your pain into a renewed sense of purpose and a zest for living.
Having transformed her own trauma with a body-mind-spirit approach, she knows intimately how working with all levels of your being is necessary for meaningful and lasting change.
