A 7-module video course with renowned Qigong Teacher Daisy Lee
edit queueIn this opening week, Daisy Lee will guide you to focus on the bigger picture as you reconnect with the larger forces beyond your body.
You’ll explore the foundations of Zang Fu Gong, how it relates to your internal organs, and the many ways this style of Qigong can improve your body’s ability to detoxify, relax and regenerate — so your immune system can function at its best.
As you’ll discover, you can receive support from the Earth, the Cosmos, and Nature. You have resources around all you — and this week, you’ll learn how to utilize them.
In this module, you’ll discover:
Now that you’ve connected with the larger forces beyond yourself, you’ll enter the microcosm of your own body.
This week with Daisy Lee, you’ll discover how to balance the emotional extremes of grief and depression by letting go of inner sadness and built-up tensions from the past.
You’ll explore how to change what you can about your life, when you can — without pretending to be happy when you’re not. You’ll strengthen this process of letting go as you work on your large intestine health.
As you’ll find out, the most important pairing of the yin yang organs are the lungs and large intestines — for without breath, there is no life.
During this week’s class Daisy will share:
This week you’ll explore how the heart is the emotional center of your body, where the emotions of love and joy live and emanate from...
... and how your heart is energetically connected to your small intestines.
When you cultivate a healthy, harmonious energy signature that emanates from your heart, you’ll recognize how to truly give and receive.
With Daisy leading the way, you’ll discern what’s healthy and strengthening for YOU, and lovingly allow others in your life followtheir path without judgement.
A hard heart is easier to break than a flexible, wise one — and you’ll discover how to create harmony and stability, even in your most difficult relationships, to strengthen and even save your heart.
In this module, you’ll discover how:
This week you’ll explore the fascinating relationship between your liver and gallbladder — and how it supports not only detoxification, but your emotional health, too.
Did you know that, when you’re feeling angry or irritated, it might mean your liver is impaired by an abundance of toxins — whether they’re in your food, drink or environment?
This week, you’ll learn to work with your liver’s energy as you discover:
This week, you’ll discover how to trace the energetic pathways of your stomach and spleen channels — and how it has a powerful impact on your emotional health.
You’ll explore how the stomach and spleen are powerful partners in your body’s digestive health — and why, when they are out of balance, you may find yourself worrying and obsessing about life.
In this module, you’ll discover:
This week you’ll discover powerful ways to support fluidity and movement — both physically and energetically... helping you let go of negative emotions like fear, fatigue, and a sense of overwhelm.
As you’ll discover, the first step in supporting the relationship between your kidney and bladder is sufficient water intake. In fact, cooked water is considered the first medicine in both China and Tibet.
You’ll learn how fear can consume you and cripple your sense of clarity and ability to act appropriately.
Daisy will share sanity saving practices to protect the health of your kidneys — and restore them to harmonious balance...
In this module you’ll explore:
In this final class, Daisy will guide you to integrate all the elements of Zang Fu Gong you’ve mastered along this journey...
You can now go with the flow — and you may notice you’re moving with greater ease, your joints are flexible and less inflamed... and your body feels more relaxed and able to repair itself.
At this point in your training, your intense emotions may have downgraded, and are now less intense and free-flowing.
You’ll likely find you’ve regained perspective on past and present events — you’re no longer attached to what was or could have been... all while maintaining balance, empathy and sanity in managing what is here in the present moment.
In this final session you’ll discover:
A 7-module audio course with celebrated shamanic teacher Sandra Ingerman
edit queueA 7-module course with researcher, biofield tuning founder, sound-therapy practitioner, and author Eileen McKusick
edit queueWhat is electric health? And how can you begin making simple changes to improve your own electric health every day, starting now?
In this opening module, Eileen will share how your own mind can work against you — or for you — when managing stress and taking care of what she calls your inner “battery meter.”
You’ll also explore the Biofield Anatomy Map, the result of Eileen’s many years of sonically exploring the acoustic terrain around the body — and an actual anatomy and physiology of the biofield, the magnetic field of energy and information that surrounds and penetrates the human body.
Fear is the first emotion Eileen will work with on this journey, going deep into working with your bones, where fear resides..
As you’ll discover, your bones comprise the largest mass of your being and exert a powerful impact on your overall wellness.
In this first session, you’ll:
In this module, you’ll move through the feelings and emotions of worry, regret, uncertainty, and doubt...
... allowing each one to settle down as you discern what that energy really wants to do... when it’s NOT tied up in an unhealthy pattern.
You’ll work within the zone of your biofield that includes your head, and explore:
In this module, you’ll work with the many difficult emotions in the domain of the throat, as well as the domain of the heart and lungs... including grief, despair, resentment, hate, depression, and more.
With Eileen as your guide, you’ll explore each of these expressions and discover the antidote as it arises within you.
You’ll deeply honor and embrace all the challenging feelings you experience in this zone, making friends with these emotions and bringing them close to your heart.
The emotions you resist will persist — and in this session, you’ll drop your resistance to these discomforts, and allow them to alchemize into their coherent potential.
You’ll master exercises to open your heart and chest as you lift the burdens off your back and shoulders, deeply lightening, brightening, and lifting this area of your body.
In this class, you’ll:
In this pivotal module, you’ll work with your feelings of anger, self-righteousness, powerlessness, and hopelessness...
Eileen will guide you to discover how your relationship with these difficult emotions affects your digestive fire.
You’ll gather the coals and embers that are scattered in your field — tied up in your suppressed expressions — and unify them at your core.
As you’ll discover, when your energy is centered in your solar plexus (digestive system), it’s much easier to feel compassion, patience, persistence, and resilience.
Ultimately, being free in this zone liberates you into playfulness, spontaneity, and an easy, go-with-the-flow outlook.
In this class, you’ll:
Your lower belly can be, as Eileen puts it, a wasp nest of discomfort — or a source of comfort and personal power.
In this module, you’ll explore the many different ways we can all go off the rails energetically in this zone.
On the right side, you’ll find the heavy emotions of guilt, shame, low self-worth — as well as the construct of your “inner critic.”
On the left side, you’ll find frustration, disappointment, and “the inner victim.” Issues with sexuality, sensuality, intimacy, creativity, and finances can all arise when this center is out of balance.
Eileen will guide you to explore each of these difficult feelings as well as the inner construct that gives voice to them...
... so you can find the antidote in embodiment, self-love, and appreciation for these often-maligned parts of your body.
In this session, you’ll:
Feeling stuck — not getting where you want to go in life — is incredibly difficult...
You may have the desire to make a change in your life, yet each time you try to do something differently, you find yourself looping right back into your established patterns.
During this module, you’ll explore how your feelings of being stuck, not knowing what to let go of, not knowing where to go, or how to relate to others… are actually all feelings connected to your knees.
Your knees keep track of every time you’ve been able to move freely AND every time you’ve been blocked from following your instincts — because you’ve been blocked by others... or yourself.
If there have been many obstructing inputs, you’ll become literally electrically bound in this zone, usually through no fault of your own.
Eileen will guide you to discover how, when your knees are free, you suddenly know what you want — and what to do to make it happen as you flow effortlessly in that direction...
In this module, you’ll discover:
In your final class with Eileen, you’ll synthesize everything you’ve learned so you can step into a new way of life.
As you’ll discover, the increased brightness of your own inner illumination will light the path you’ll take from here.
With increased voltage, and a new awareness of yourself as a coherent, resilient emotional alchemist, you’ll naturally bring solutions and a good vibe with you wherever you go...
You’ll explore how, in the Biofield Anatomy Map, just as in Chinese and other medicines, your feet contain the information you need to know about your life as a whole...
... including how you can become more empowered — ready to bring more humor, kindness, patience, and relational management into your life.
In this closing module, you’ll discover how to:
A 7-module video course with HeartMath Institute’s Director of Research Rollin McCraty, PhD
edit queueIn this opening module, Rollin will share about the term coherence, and how it reflects harmony and order at the personal, social, and global level.
Rollin will offer the latest research on energetic interconnectivity, and how love is the primary factor in nonlocal heart rhythm synchronization.
You’ll examine the Global Coherence Initiative (GCI) suggestion that the Earth’s magnetic fields provide a mechanism that interconnects and distributes information to all living beings on our planet — and why it’s so important to “feed the field” with more love and compassion.
Rollin will then guide you in a practice to send coherently focused love and heart energy to the global field — to ease and soften the impact of planetary stress and discord...
… while holding an intention of deeper connections among people and more harmonious cooperation for the good of the whole.
This process also helps strengthen and stabilize the mutually beneficial feedback loops between human beings and the Earth itself.
In this session, you’ll discover:
In this session, Rollin will introduce a practical framework of energy self-regulation and the Inner-Ease™ Technique…
… which can help you gain more inner poise, intuition, and clarity in the face of change and overwhelm. You’ll discover how improved inner balance and composure facilitates clearer thinking and a stronger alignment with your personal purpose and heart values.
You’ll explore how heart-brain interactions affect many aspects of cognition and emotional stability. Rollin will share how technology is used to reinforce self-regulation skills associated with a distinct change in the rhythm of heart activity — which enables optimal mental function and a wide range of improved health outcomes.
He’ll show you how self-regulation is fundamentally important to operate optimally. Performance decreases when people lack the capacity to self-regulate their emotions and behaviors in the face of ongoing challenges — which can perpetuate your experience of stress.
In this module, you’ll learn:
In this module, Rollin will introduce the Depletion to Renewal™ Grid — an effective tool for expanding self-awareness around the attitudes and emotional undercurrents you experience.
You’ll come to understand how those emotions affect key aspects of your physiology, performance, actions, and behavior.
Rollin will guide you in an on-the-go coherence technique that you can use in your daily life to transform emotional stress reactions.
In this session, you’ll experience:
Within each of us, there’s an intelligence that can lift us beyond our problems and into a new experience of creativity and performance — even in the midst of chaos.
As a high-speed, intuitive source of wisdom, it embraces and fosters cognitive and emotional intelligence and clear perception. The HeartMath Institute calls it heart intelligence.
In this session, you’ll discover the three primary types of intuition, and receive scientific data on how the human heart is connected to your larger self. Rollin will guide you in a technique to help you more easily access your heart’s intuitive guidance — enabling you to make better choices as the unveiling of your authentic self and your life purpose unfolds
You’ll also explore:
Neuroplasticity refers to the brain’s ability to change continuously throughout life. Subconscious emotional memories underlie and affect our perceptions, emotional reactions, thought processes, and behavior. This means we can easily get “stuck” in unhealthy patterns, unconscious biases, judgments, and inaccurate perceptions of ourselves and others.
One way to establish sustainable change and move beyond the past is to establish a new internal baseline reference that becomes your new normal.
In this module, Rollin will explain the science of baselines in a simple and straightforward way. He’ll also introduce the Cut-Thru® Technique to help you establish a new coherent baseline and reduce the limiting influence that emotional memories and mindsets can have on your perceptions.
This mind-opening module will reveal:
It’s been scientifically established that energy and information are always being exchanged between people.
In this module, you’ll discover that when an individual is in heart coherence, the heart radiates a more coherent magnetic signal into the environment and can lift others into a more balanced state. Other people (as well as animals) can detect your heart’s magnetic field. This phenomenon explains how you can feel or sense another person’s presence and emotional state — independent of body language or other factors.
In this module, Rollin will also share about personal vibration, and how it can fluctuate throughout the day.
You’ll come to understand:
Even with our best intentions to practice new strategies that can benefit us, the fade factor tends to happen after a short time. We forget to practice, get lazy, decide we’ll “do it tomorrow.” The fade factor happens because we tend to default to our usual, though not always productive or effective, ways.
When your practice becomes more familiar and automatic, you establish a new baseline.
In this closing module, you’ll circle back to the first module and explore what you’ve now experienced — that your personal level of vibration and your day-to-day practices are not only important for your own health and evolution. They also affect the planetary consciousness field.
You’ll also explore self-compassion, compassionate latitude, and patience.
In this final session, you’ll look at:
