With Founder of MetaIntegral & Author
Sean Esbjörn-Hargens

Discover a powerful approach to wholeness that integrates your key sources of inner guidance — for greater ease, connection, and authenticity in your life... and relationships.

Experience a potent exercise to access your three wisdom centers — head, heart, and hara —  to become more integrated, whole, and coherent.

You likely have a particular way of tapping into your inner guidance…

You may have a stronger emotional, or heart sense, when it comes to decision making…

Or, your mind may lead the way when you’re struggling with complex life choices…

Maybe you often go with your gut (hara), because it registers first when you’re approaching a new situation, and you’ve come to trust it.

Yet, learning how to “listen to” and integrate the wisdom of all three can enrich your personal life, your spiritual life, and all your relationships.

In this potent hour with author Sean Esbjörn-Hargens, the founder of MetaIntegral, you’ll be invited to shake things up a bit, step out of your comfort zone, and experience the profound clarity, increased feelings of love, and heightened self-empowerment you can access…

… when you learn to tap into each of your wisdom centers and integrate their “whole-body” knowing.

Taking all three wisdom centers into account helps you tackle choices with a big-picture perspective so you don’t ignore important messages from any one of them. You may realize, for example, that even though your mind is strongly telling you to choose a particular life path, your heart and gut are steering you in different directions.

When we can tap into all three of our wisdom centers and integrate these varied inner cues, we can live our life more authentically — and infuse our relationships with more clarity, ease, love, and joy.

During this mind-, heart-, and hara-expanding hour, you’ll discover:

  • A powerful integral approach to wholeness — for more clarity, compassion, and authenticity
  • Ancient and modern ways to tune into your 3 wisdom centers (head, heart and hara or gut) to sync up and embody your “whole-body” knowing
  • The Enneagram’s sacred “architecture” within you as a gateway to greater self-awareness and more easeful, meaningful relationships
  • A glimpse into Qigong’s approach to integrating “the 3 treasures” or wisdom centers
  • A potent exercise to ground you into your 3 wisdom centers and help you access your inner guidance

In Access Your Three Wisdom Centers with Celtic Shamanism, Qigong & the Enneagram, Sean will also share how your powerful wisdom centers can be accessed through the time-tested, diverse approaches taught by ancient wisdom traditions.

Experiencing practices from different traditions can help you zero in on which approaches are the best “fit” to access the wisdom from each of your centers.

You may find, for instance, that the Enneagram helps you tune into your mind’s wisdom to decipher the personalities that cross your life path....

Or that the energetic nature of Qigong can help you cultivate a greater sense of your gut and whole-body knowing…

And that the nature-based, mysticism of Celtic shamanism may feed your heart’s clarity... especially when you’re needing to feel connected to the Earth or to the guidance available to us in spirit realms.

Sean is a global leader in the application of integrative thinking. He’s a prolific writer and editor and has published more than 30 articles and seven books that have helped thousands effectively deal with the complexities of life.

His approach to “triple wisdom activation” is rich with practices from ancient traditions, yet it’s also designed for our modern times...

... offering quick and easy ways to tune into each of your wisdom centersin the moment — so you can tap your integrated inner knowing throughout your busy day.

What People Are Saying About Sean Esbjörn-Hargens...

“Time isn’t on our side, but... if we embrace the authors’ messages... we still have a chance...”

Integral Ecology is a forward-looking book that invites compassionate proactive activism when dealing with the messes we’ve made. Time isn’t on our side, but my optimism leads me to believe that if we embrace the authors’ messages and put them into action using humility, compassion, heart, and love, we still have a chance to pull ourselves out of the many deep holes we’re digging for ourselves, other animals, and ecosystems.
— Marc Bekoff, PhD, University of Colorado, author of Animals Matter and The Emotional Lives of Animals

“[Integral Ecology] is the finest book on ecology bar none. Highest recommendation!”

— Ken Wilber, author of Sex, Ecology, Spirituality and The Integral Vision

“... a valuable roadmap for responding to contemporary problems such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and land use change.”

[Integral Ecology] offers a promising approach for making sense of the diverse perspectives on the environment, including the many ways of understanding the complexities and challenges of global environmental change. The integral ecology framework provides a valuable roadmap for responding to contemporary problems such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and land use change. Given the widespread and often heated debates about environmental issues, the publication of Integral Ecology is timely and appreciated.
— Karen O’Brien, PhD, University of Oslo, coauthor of Environmental Change and Globalization and member of the Nobel Peace Prize-winning team of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)

“... an intelligent basis for discovering what questions need to be posed in our de facto postmodern era...”

In Integral Ecology, Esbjörn-Hargens and Zimmerman have produced a complex framework (rooted in a hierarchy of integrative levels proposed by philosopher Ken Wilber) for the multidisciplinary interrogation of ecological problems. This framework provides an intelligent basis for discovering what questions need to be posed in our de facto postmodern era, and how to formulate them most effectively.
— Stanley N. Salthe, PhD, Brooklyn College, author of Evolving Hierarchical Systems and Development and Evolution

“It may even shift the course of our understanding of ecology.”

Integral Ecology is a remarkable work, indeed a tour de force. Like all path-breaking books it will provoke lively discussion and inevitable debate. It may even shift the course of our understanding of ecology. This is a book that invites us to read, enjoy, reflect, and act. And the time is now.
— Mary Evelyn Tucker, PhD, Yale University, co-editor of the 10-volume World Religions and Ecology Encyclopedia and author of Worldly Wonder
