Dr. Dan Siegel
Harness the full benefits of your breath, your most potent nutrient, as a vehicle for awareness and self-actualization — free and available, always.
Discover a new plane of possibility through the universal language of breath — for greater health, wellness, and personal and collective growth.
The first and last thing we do in life is inhale and exhale.
In fact, as you are reading this, without any conscious effort on your part, your breathing is supporting every cell of your body and animating every moment of your life.
It is the most critical physiological function, one of the most transformative forces in life, and one of the most powerful medicines on the planet.
We all share the air that we breathe — this same air that has been breathed by trillions and trillions of creatures, both human and non-human alike.
Take a moment and breathe with that.
Now, imagine a world in which you are supported and guided to retrain your body to breathe more fully and with more awareness...
Could we, as a species, as individuals, be healthier? Could we recognize our common humanity and live in a plane of possibility in which we all nourish one another?
According to Jessica Dibb, co-founder of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, and Dr. Dan Siegel, Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at UCLA, breath is our “medicine in the moment.” It is right there, always — just waiting to be breathed by us.
Yet, many of us are not consciously accessing this power. So how do we tap into this superpower already with us?
Join Jessica and Dr. Siegel in a complimentary online event where you’ll learn how to use conscious breathing to access deep awareness and insight stored within.
Dr. Siegel will introduce the plane of possibility and share how the breath is integral to tapping your human potential in alignment with your highest self through presence and integration.
Jessica will then guide you through a breathwork practice in which you’ll discover the plane of embodied presence in action — from practical self-care to awakened consciousness and self-actualization.
You’ll recognize that you can optimize every moment of your life by accessing the vitality and intelligence within by embodying your breath — which is connected to everything around you.
Jessica will share that in the plane of possibility, nothing is at odds with anything else — everything is harmoniously one.
Between your internal states and external circumstances, you’ll be able to meet all situations with your whole life force engaged and with presence.
You’ll also come to understand the difference between “receiving a deep breath” versus “taking a deep breath.”
With Jessica’s guidance, you’ll learn how to breathe to dissolve pain. You’ll come to invite in emotions and sensations, whether difficult or beautiful, to breathe — versus breathing into them like problems.
All sensations, including pain, have an intelligence — and when you let them have a life, you experience more life force and more energy.
In this transformative hour, you’ll:
- Discover how breathwork can enhance wholeness, integration, and presence
- Understand how breath can support your emotional regulation — and how to use it to instantaneously change your internal state
- Explore the concept of breath as love, medicine, and nourishment for human potential
- Become more intimate with the life force within, the same force that created all of reality
- Serve as a “tuning fork” for humanity to develop the capacity for conscious breathing
When we create a harmonious function to access the wisdom of our aches and pains, we ensure that we’re not rejecting any part of our life force. By inviting everything to breathe instead, we infuse ourselves with love.
Everything is a medicine for something.
In this experiential hour, you’ll also hear about Jessica and Dr. Siegel’s brand-new 7-week course (a Shift first!), where you’ll dive more deeply into how to activate and grow your potential — in each moment — with a devoted breath practice of self-care and wellbeing.
You’ll go deeper into the power of breathing — scientifically, physiologically, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually — and learn how to establish an ongoing practice for inter- and intraconnection with all of life.
As breathers, we are a collective.
Isn’t it time we discover our untapped quantum potential for all of humanity — starting with our first breath?

“Since starting the program — after having read most of Dr. Siegel’s books — everything is clicking.”
I am learning more throughout this course than I did in grad school. The first Q and A has been incredibly valuable. It feels as if I am in a classroom with the opportunity to engage the professor (which is lacking these days). I often refer to Dr. Siegel’s work and recommend his books to my clients. Since starting the program — after having read most of Dr. Siegel’s books — everything is clicking.
