Learn how to create a meditative music practice with the sacred sounds of a Native American-style flute.

Experience the transformative tones and calming wisdom of intuitive flute playing.

In Native American music traditions, the drum represents the earth and the flute represents the sky a beautiful polarity of life that exists within all of us.

This sonic cosmology has extended throughout time and over many traditions to reach you where you are right now on your spiritual path.

As the oldest known musical instrument dating back at least 50,000 years the flute holds special transcendent qualities that can enrich our lives and deepen our spiritual paths.

For as countless spiritual traditions teach, to become hollow on the inside is to become an instrument for divinity.

Perhaps you’re already an established flute player or a musician with another specialization who is seeking to weave your artistry more deeply into the symphony of your soul.

Perhaps you’ve touched on the science of sound and are ready to venture further into how intuitive flute playing can unlock your intuition, spiritual gifts, and access to your Higher Self.

Or maybe it’s sheer curiosity that led you here, and you have no formal musical training at all, but love the idea of playing the flute with others as a sacred instrument of your deepest soul expression.

In this exclusive live video event, you’ll experience firsthand how intuitive flute playing can enliven your heart and illuminate your spiritual path when you join flutist, drummer, and music therapist Christine Stevens.

You’ll also learn about Christine's new membership program, the Sacred Sounds Flute Circle, which was lovingly designed to deepen your experience of the flute as a powerful spiritual practice, especially when engaged as a community.

If you’ve ever attended one of Christine’s Shift classes, you know how her musicality, heartfelt teaching style, and passion for peace-building work together to promote holistic health and a deeper bedrock for real transformation.

Christine has worked with survivors of Hurricane Katrina, students at Ground Zero, and most recently, led the first drum circle training in a war-zone in northern Iraq.

During your time with her, you’ll discover how intuitive flute playing is equivalent to prayer as your heart pours out your purest intentions and your breath activates them.

You’ll explore how the logical part of your brain is deactivated during this soulful playing approach, allowing direct access to higher planes of consciousness and your soul’s true expression...

... how your breath can synergistically connect you and the flute to divine wisdom...

... and how each breath and note can serve as an invocation of your deepest desires.

Whether you’re an aspiring or experienced flute player, Christine will share how the music within you has already been written in your heart.

Through her NEW ongoing membership program, the Sacred Sounds Flute Circle, you’ll learn how to bring this music forward and seed your own sacred sounds into the great symphony of life.

The circle will meet twice a month to soulfully play, amplify sacred intentions, experience musical meditative bliss...

... and be inspired by the spiritual and creative activations that this ancient instrument can offer when combined with conscious breathing and deep inner stillness.

You’ll also learn from the soul-led playing and instruction of other renowned, Grammy-winning flute players.
