Imagine feeling free from anxiety, shame, and overgiving and fully grounded in calm, self-trust, and a deep sense of self-worth.

Explore how to release the emotional residue of narcissistic abuse from your body and energy system through a gentle, somatic healing process.

When you live through narcissistic abuse, it doesn’t just shape your thoughts, it conditions your nervous system.

So even when you understand what happened, your body can still carry what wasn’t safe to fully process at the time.

Transpersonal Psychologist Dr. Meg Haworth teaches that through her Whole Person Integration Technique (WPIT), you can begin to gently release the emotional imprint of narcissistic abuse from your energy system at the root, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to finally exhale.

Join Dr. Meg for a free, eye-opening event where you’ll discover a radically different approach to healing one that goes beyond talking and into the body, where these patterns actually live and experience how lasting relief becomes possible when you work with your system as a whole.

Imagine beginning to feel lighter in your body… no longer carrying the constant pressure of anxiety, the weight of shame that was never yours, or the exhausting pull to overgive and overfunction, and instead, feeling a growing sense of calm, self-trust, and the freedom to finally put yourself at the center of your own life.

Dr. Meg specializes in helping Adult Children of Narcissists (ACONs) and other people affected by narcissistic abuse to heal the deep, often invisible wounds of emotional abuse.

Drawing on decades of clinical experience, she’s developed an innovative, energy-based method that works with stored emotions, unconscious beliefs, and the body’s stress responses to unravel the energetic patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt.

During this experiential hour, you’ll be guided through a mini version of WPIT, where you’ll identify how emotions like anxiety or fear are held in your body.

You’ll then step out of the stories that keep you stuck in a loop, and connect with what’s happening across your mental, emotional, physical, and energetic systems before calling on your Loving Self to release the stored emotion and the underlying belief that’s been driving it. What often follows is a potent sense of relief, inner calm, and a deeper trust in yourself.

Don’t miss this chance to experience a one-of-a-kind approach that offers not just insight, but real, felt relief, and discover how you can begin healing the deeper programming of narcissistic abuse in a way that finally reaches the root.

In this powerful online event, you’ll:

  • Experience a guided Whole Person Integration Technique (WPIT) practice where you’ll identify where anxiety is held in your body, step out of the story, and release the emotional energy and limiting beliefs so you can feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease
  • Discover how negative emotions impact your energy field and physical body so you can finally connect the dots between what you feel and the symptoms you’ve been experiencing
  • Understand how emotional and narcissistic abuse drains your energy system and how patterns like people-pleasing, overgiving, and hyper-focus on others may be quietly contributing to fatigue, pain, and imbalance
  • Explore the science behind emotions and the mind-body connection, including insights from the Adverse Childhood Experiences study and leading research, so you can see how your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health are deeply intertwined
  • Uncover the hidden beliefs programmed through narcissistic family dynamics so you can begin to release what’s been keeping you stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from your own needs and healing path

You’ll also hear about Dr. Meg’s upcoming live video course, where you can continue releasing the deeper layers of programming held in your body and begin creating lasting change across your whole system.
