Menopause is not a problem to fix it’s a profound catalyst for spiritual growth and personal development.

Whether you’re approaching, experiencing, or beyond menopause, discover how this transition serves as a profound gateway for healing, deeper emotional fulfillment, and a more purposeful life.

The story most women hear about menopause is incomplete.

In mainstream culture, it’s often framed as a decline, deficiency, or dysfunction a list of symptoms to suppress, a hormonal problem to manage, or a medical condition to treat.

In this free online event, Jane Hardwicke Collings will offer a very different perspective.

As a former homebirth midwife with more than 30 years of experience, a retired registered nurse, and founder of the School of Shamanic Womancraft, Jane has spent decades researching where and how women’s physiological, mental, emotional, and spiritual cycles intersect to shape each woman’s menopausal journey and beyond.

Through her work with thousands of women around the world, Jane has come to see menopause not as a disorder to be managed, but as a profound rite of passage into the second half of life.

“Like all rites of passage, menopause is a transformational experience that includes a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual component,” she says. “What I am here to offer are ways to work with this transformation for your healing, wellness, personal growth, and development and the reclamation of feminine power and knowledge.”

During this hour, you’ll be reintroduced to menopause through a holistic lens one that recognizes the physiological changes unfolding in your body and its deeper role as a meaningful threshold into spiritual maturity and sovereignty rather than a problem to fix.

Drawing on rites-of-passage theory, cyclical awareness, and decades of work with women in both community and clinical settings, Jane reframes menopause as a powerful turning point  a time when wisdom takes root and new expressions of leadership, creativity, and self-knowledge begin to emerge and be shared.

You’ll also explore the cultural forces that shape how women experience menopause today from a limited understanding of the body’s changes to the taboos that still exist around women’s bodies and aging.

Jane will share how the symptoms of menopause are not obstacles, but “clues for the inner work that needs to happen.” Embracing this transition can become a catalyst for healing and a gateway into greater wisdom, clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

You’ll experience this firsthand as she guides you in a shamanic drum journey designed to help you connect with your womb or womb space and listen deeply to your body for insight into your own menopausal path, whether you’re approaching it, moving through it, or beyond this transition.

Jane’s work offers a compassionate and empowering way to experience menopause as a sacred turning point  a time to harvest the lessons of your life experiences, heal long-held patterns, and awaken the wisdom that comes with this stage of life.

In this hour-long free online event, you’ll:

  • Explore a new framework of understanding for menopause and beyond
  • Shift your perception away from loss to one of empowering transformation, freedom, agency, and sovereignty
  • Be guided in a shamanic drum journey to travel into your womb or womb space to understand your unique journey through menopause
  • Gain personal insights about the meaning of your own life transition
  • Experience a felt sense of wisdom emerging within you as you grasp the value of the transformation and your own personal value

In joining us, you’ll also be among the first to hear about Jane’s new 7-week live video course on reclaiming menopause as a transformative rite of passage, through healing rituals and practices that unveil wisdom, awaken sovereignty, and reconnect you to a more courageous and purposeful way of living.

“This work invites you to reconnect with your inner wisdom...”
This work, especially the exploration of nature’s cycles and rhythms and how they weave into our lived experience as women, has been profoundly transformative for me. By working with Jane and the School, I’ve gained invaluable tools and maps that have allowed me to heal the ruptures from my own rites of passage. As a result, I’ve grown into a more present and grounded mother, partner, and sister, begun to unravel deep ancestral wounds, refined my teaching practice, and tapped into a completely different level of being. This work invites you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, the timeless wisdom of the feminine, and the powerful rhythms of nature. I couldn’t recommend it more to any woman ready to dive deep.

“... it was a process of coming home to myself, to my heart’s deepest desires...”
Receiving so many profound insights was literally a life-changing experience for me. I feel as though it was a process of coming home to myself, to my heart’s deepest desires, and to that place inside me that is connected and timeless. This has had so many flow-on effects into my daily life and I am far more able to see and feel the Divine Feminine in all I experience. For me, this makes my life experience more meaningful and fulfilling. What I have loved so much is that it is me doing the work, not someone else doing it for me. Jane is a wise and compassionate teacher who facilitates by offering the tools and experience for each of us to draw upon in order to determine and manifest our own transformation.

“Another level of magic.”
Jane takes revolutionary, rewilding, inclusion, and shamanism to another level. Another level of magic. To learn from her is to learn from someone who embodies their teachings, and Jane is the embodiment of Divine Feminine wisdom. Personally, I continue to evolve through Jane’s teachings. Her ability to weave evidence-based education with the women’s mysteries, and with shamanism and pragmatism is something to behold. Jane’s teachings continue to shape the woman I am. From cyclic awareness to deep inner knowing, to gentle growth and personal power. I have come to adore my womanhood more and feel connected to a community of others who are part of Jane’s movement. To learn from Jane is witchy, but not woo woo, real and raw, and will change you forever for the better.
