How would it feel to transcend the ego and feel the grace of the Divine move within your body?
Savor the wisdom of your body and the Divine Feminine within by using sacred dance as a pathway into your higher energies, allowing the poetry of the mystics like Rumi to be expressed in liberating ways.
You were born with wings.
Why prefer to crawl through life?
— Rumi
Do you feel fully at home in your body?
Do you feel spontaneous upwellings of joy during the day?
If your answer is no — or you’re not quite sure what this might look like — you’re certainly not alone.
The body is a vital sacred temple, the vessel through which we experience all of life — yet, sadly, many of us are profoundly disconnected from it.
Too often, we drive our bodies rather than cherish them, push ourselves rather than savor the blessing of what we have been given.
Humanity has been trained to be cut off from the body for thousands of years.
Religion has systematically denigrated the body as a house of sin, many mystical traditions seek to transcend the body — and our modern world often values the mind over the body, as our smartphones and other gadgets force our bodies and senses into various modes of distortion.
The result? Most of us live in our heads, completely disconnected from our bodies. Every day, we’re missing out on experiencing the body as our portal to living in the present moment.
According to Banafsheh Sayyad, celebrated dancer, choreographer, and teacher, you can reclaim your body as the material part of your soul that it truly is — the gateway to the infinite, and the vessel through which your life unfolds.
Through the practice of sacred dance, an ancient art and science designed to bring mind, body, and heart into balance, you can finally come home to your body. By reclaiming your divine femininity, you’ll harmonize with the earth and the cosmos as you transmit blessings into the world — and experience profound inner balance and joy.
Join us for a powerful new online event with Banafsheh, the founder of Dance of Oneness, as she leads us on the path to radiant embodiment through sacred dance and conscious movement — and acts as a guide in activating, opening, and balancing the chakras, discovering Sufi teachings, and exploring the mystical poetry of Rumi.
You’ll learn how sacred dance empowers you to become fully connected to your body and soul. You’ll soak in the beauty of dance with Banafsheh and experience the resulting ease, grace, joy, sensuality, strength, and loving awareness.
Banafsheh will share how sacred dance can also help you activate the power and resilience to not just survive, but thrive as you endure individual and collective challenges — so you can become a radiant, divine human who can help heal our traumatized world.
She will also share a guided sacred dance demonstration so you can experience this joyful, healing, and sensual spiritual art form. This short practice will be a powerful preparation for attuning to the upcoming mystical conjunction between Jupiter and Neptune — which heralds a profound time of significant spiritual awakening.
Banafsheh is beloved by her students and fellow teachers alike for her down-to-earth, compassionate, joyous teaching style…
“Banafsheh is the greatest, most luminous, most profound teacher of embodiment on the planet,” says pioneering spiritual teacher Andrew Harvey. “She’s an incarnation of the Divine Feminine and someone whose whole life and mind and heart and body is devoted to the birth of a new kind of human being.”
Join Banafsheh for this powerful hour as she explains how now is the time to show up fully as the messenger of love you’re meant to be, and how to live in harmony with yourself, others, and the Earth. We’re called to become the spiritual warriors and the midwives of a new consciousness — a new story of oneness, cooperation, and interconnectedness of All That Is.
For this new story to truly take hold, we must embody and live the oneness in every aspect of our lives — and sacred dance is an enlightening, accessible, and joyful way to begin.
In this free online event, you’ll discover:
- How the flow of sacred dance can help your flow in life, shifting you out of perceptions of lack or limitation, and into a deep embodiment of your potential
- The healing, ease, and bliss that emerges when your soul and body become one through sacred dance
- How sacred dance can activate and purify your chakras — helping you feel empowered and unlimited, while also helping the collective evolve
- How the powerful Sufi whirling dance meditation mirrors the findings of physics — that all life forms come into coherence through the spin
- The joyful, healing, and sensual spiritual art form of sacred dance through a guided demonstration — drawing in higher states of being and wholeness as you prepare for the upcoming mystical conjunction between Jupiter and Neptune
When you join us, you’ll be among the first to hear about Banafsheh’s new 7-week sacred dance course where you’ll learn to develop radiance in your body, harmonize and lovingly connect with the Earth, activate the sacred in your body and in your relationships, harmonize your inner feminine and masculine energies, and so much more.
