Receive proven practices to retrain your brain to transform stress and overwhelm into calm and confidence.

Discover how your sensitivities are strengths and gifts — superpowers unique to you!

Learn how to set boundaries and practice self-care... without guilt.

Do these traits describe you?:

If you relate to even just a few of these traits, you’re likely empathic and a highly sensitive person...

Being highly sensitive means you have gifts the world needs.
— Julie Bjelland

As a highly sensitive person (HSP), you’re uniquely gifted — yet, without knowing how to navigate daily life with your sensitivities, you might not feel so “gifted”...

You might experience deeply intense emotion and overwhelm. Decisions and taking action can be difficult when not given enough time to process all the details.

You may also struggle to set boundaries or limits, often apologizing for or hiding your true feelings and needs — unable to create enough space or alone time, or practice loving self-care.

Your sensitivities, challenges, and gifts! are actually linked to deeper processing in your brain. And, according to the latest brain science, you’re not alone — about 20% of the population is considered to be highly sensitive.

Genuine and compassionate, you likely anticipate other people’s needs beforehand, as well as read others’ body language and microexpressions due to your keen awareness.

And, at the same time, because only 20% of the population are HSPs, you might find that the world is not set up well for you. As a result, you might end up feeling like something is wrong with you or like you don’t fit in (a “square peg in a round hole” type of experience).

Science now validates what you’ve personally experienced as an HSP and explains exactly what’s going on in your brain…

As leading expert and author Julie Bjelland explains, “Your brain is a supercomputer, taking in 50-100 ‘tubes’ of information, whereas the majority of people take in just a few tubes of information at a time.” (This explains A LOT!)

Your brain has two parts: the emotional brain and the cognitive brain. For many HSPs the emotional brain becomes overactivated, basically putting the cognitive brain to sleep. This can make it hard to take in information, access memory, and emotionally regulate when you’re overwhelmed.

You can prevent this cycle now… and you don’t have to hide your sensitivity anymore!

Fortunately, you can teach your brain how to turn the cognitive part of your brain back on — so you can feel more in control, think more clearly, and be more focused and efficient.

In this revelatory hour, Julie will show you how to activate certain brain centers intentionally, so you feel more balanced and calm, using simple practices that also promote overall wellbeing

In this 60-minute free online event, you’ll discover:

  • The most common patterns and challenges for HSPs — and how to acknowledge and support them in yourself
  • The latest brain science on the HSP “trait” and what your brain is doing to make you feel out of control, scattered, or like you're in survival mode, just trying to get through the day
  • A proven brain-training practice to signal your brain that you’re actually okay — and relieve stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
  • The profound gifts of being highly sensitive or an empath — and why these gifts are your superpowers
  • Techniques for customized self-care to refuel and nourish you

Being sensitive is a GIFT… the key is to realize that your sensitivities are actually your greatest strengths.

Yet, navigating modern life and relationships can be complex (even painful) for HSPs —  as you’ve likely experienced!

These challenging experiences as an HSP are often due to sensory sensitivity and overload (remember the supercomputer).

And, science confirms this. Research proves that particular differences in the brain make HSPs experience the world differently than the majority of the population. This trait, known as Sensory Processing Sensitivity, adapted so our species could survive.

And while daily self-care practices are important for everyone, for HSPs they’re non-negotiable. During this powerful online event, you’ll discover why this is true.

Now you can learn exactly how to understand your emotional brain and apply proven practices to transform anxiety and overwhelm into calm and confidence to realize your innate gifts.

You’ll also hear about a unique opportunity to join Julie LIVE for a brand-new course, equipping and empowering you to fully thrive as an HSP.
