Or is there something you’ve been meaning to start but have been procrastinating for some reason?
In this free online event, organic farmer, herbalist, and Old World wisdom maven Jane Hawley Stevens will share how you can harness the wisdom of the Earth and Cosmos through the creation of a chakra garden — a practice that synergizes nature and the heavens and your own energy centers to heal your bodily systems and uplift your spirit.
Jane, a pioneer in organic farming and herbalist communities for the past 40 years, is also the founder of Four Elements Organic Herbals, which she operates with her husband. Her chakra garden was created on their 130-acre certified organic farm in the Wisconsin Baraboo Hills, a forested sanctuary in one of the most ancient rock outcrops in North America.
Jane teaches that nature — including the natural elements of our planetary system — is here to support and heal us on our life’s journey through hidden and overt support systems that are all around us, guiding us to live with greater ease and joy.
She’ll share how you can begin imagining a chakra garden that suffuses you and your space with the healing wisdom and support of nature — as you tune in to Earth and planetary cycles to discover when to begin, expand, modify, rejoice, and relax.
You’ll learn a simple technique for working with the moon to bring your goals to fruition, and be guided by Jane in a meditation to receive answers on where you may be blocked and why — and how to navigate them for the highest good of all.
A chakra garden creates a sanctuary for the body and soul to receive the gifts of the greater flow of your life.
