What a divine opportunity — when your go-to spiritual beliefs and practices no longer do for you what they once did — to feel and heal your way into a more grounded, inclusive way of being and believing.
It’s only human to want to feel comfortable and in control, to have the answers — or at least know where to seek them out.
Spirituality, in all its models and with all its modalities, is the ultimate source. It’s the sky to which you aspire and the canopy under which your soul journey is playing out.
And then real life blows in. You get broadsided by some crisis or event, or stuck in the spin cycle of compounding difficulties. Maybe you’re just flat, the monotony accruing daily.
Old wounds bubble up. Impatience builds from within as you watch your potential drift ever further away, beyond your reach and out of sight.
Aware of what you, as a spiritual person, should be doing, how you should be feeling, what you should be overcoming, you reach for answers where you think they should be found…
… only there’s nothing there.
That’s where the ever-original, refreshingly candid psychotherapist Jeff Brown found himself when his experience in the psychology realm similarly came up short. It’s why he developed the intersectional grounded spirituality he calls enrealment.
Enrealment melds psychology and Spirit, shadow and light, earth and sky into a more integrated spirituality. His method for achieving and sustaining it is the exciting heart of this free event.
Jeff will provide assurance that what’s happening with you is neither personal shortcoming nor heavenly slight. Your “stuff” is ready to be excavated and healed; that’s all.
He’ll share how you can forge an even more powerful, reliable spirituality by embodying all the parts of yourself — in all their authentic, messy, human glory.
Enrealment equips you to go into your issues rather than dissociating from them — and encourages you to find your transformation at the heart of your emotional material rather than in the spiritual bypassing of it. The comfort found in enrealment is hard-won and enduring.
During this event, Jeff will guide you in a visualization that offers a taste of this paradoxical approach. You’ll ask yourself questions whose answers are what you need to serve your soul now.
As you become an enrealed human being, your energy expands to serve your highest purpose. Your spiritual assignment here on Earth is calling for you to be healed — broadening your capacity to weather challenges and contribute outwardly.
“The world desperately needs more non-distracted people who are doing their best to honor humanity,” says Jeff. “And we need to start with individual healing work.”
Jeff’s teaching is an experience of gentleness and grit, punctuated by the occasional curse word. He’s real. Your time together will be a spirited reality check.
In this free online event, you’ll:
- Experience the Deathbed Awakening exercise to deepen your relationship to reality
- Explore the question, “What does it mean to be human?” as a way to examine your spiritual beliefs and conditioning — as they limit or encourage the expression and expansion of your humanity
- Discover how to apply the enrealment method to dismantle what no longer supports you and fortify what does
- Acknowledge how this more encompassing view of spirituality allows for the processing of difficult emotional material… and learn how to navigate that
- Emerge inspired to identify the paths you’re here to walk, lessons you’re here to learn, and callings you’re here to embrace

What People Are Saying About Jeff Brown...
“Jeff Brown’s genius is to open up to us such an exciting and invigorating vista of what we can experience...”
Jeff Brown’s genius is to open up to us such an exciting and invigorating vista of what we can experience if only we arrive here — in full integration of mind, heart, soul, and body — that anyone reading these words with an open heart will long to do whatever is necessary to come into authentic human fullness. This is because he speaks from true lived experience. He has seen and known the joy of what it is to live in a full beingness. And he communicates this, as well as the difficulties, the suffering, the bewilderment, with such reverence that we cannot help but do whatever we must to reclaim our wholeness.
— Andrew Harvey, mystical scholar, spiritual teacher, and founder of the Institute of Sacred Activism
“I love learning about life and truth and love and purpose through the wizardry of Jeff’s words.”
Anyone who has ever tried to write about the spiritual journey knows how hard it is to find words that are big yet humble enough, serious yet light enough, full of drama and awe, yet also stripped down and naked… Jeff Brown has a most marvelous way with words. You think you are reading a joke, and it turns into a profound realization. Or you are following a complex thought to completion and suddenly it blossoms into a song and dance. I love learning about life and truth and love and purpose through the wizardry of Jeff’s words. I think you will too.
— Elizabeth Lesser, frequent host on Oprah’s Soul Series, a weekly radio show on Sirius/XM; author of Broken Open and The Seeker’s Guide; and co-founder of Omega Institute
“Jeff is a uniquely human sage-preacher-man for the most cutting-edge, revolutionary, evolutionary take on human spirituality.”
Jeff is a uniquely human sage-preacher-man for the most cutting-edge, revolutionary, evolutionary take on human spirituality. There is nothing more needed in this broken world than the re-emergence of a human culture that deeply honors that which is real — the worthy dirt of this earth, the smile from a stranger, the tears we all shed at the moment of a loved one’s death, our flesh and bones.
— Katie Silcox, New York Times bestselling author of Healthy, Happy, Sexy: Ayurveda Wisdom for Modern Women
“[Jeff Brown] is reverent and impeccable, an astute connoisseur of the soul and its needs.”
Jeff Brown is an iconoclastic visionary about intimate matters… The truth is, at least in my view, revolutionizing the way we do our inner work and craft our intimate relationships is the most important action we can take to transform the world. And Jeff provides potent ideas to help us do just that. His rigorous imagination is in service to creating a more emotionally intelligent culture. When I read his words, I get riled up in all the best ways. He disrupts my habitual thought grooves, which inevitably leads to unexpected healings and inspirations. These days the word “soul” gets carelessly bandied around by many lazy and sloppy thinkers, but Jeff is not one of them. He is reverent and impeccable, an astute connoisseur of the soul and its needs.
— Rob Brezsny, author of the weekly column Free Will Astrology and the book Pronoia Is the Antidote for Paranoia
“His musings manage to offer both an elevated, delightful, and invigorating perspective as well as gift us with a grounded, solid pathway home...”
With great wisdom, depth, humor, and warmth, Jeff Brown’s brilliant offering pierces through the veil of pretense, and brings us to our knees before the refreshing altar of authenticity. His musings manage to offer both an elevated, delightful, and invigorating perspective as well as gift us with a grounded, solid pathway home to the most true and tender parts of ourselves.

Jeff’s short writings and coined terminology became a phenomenon and continue to be shared by seekers and growers worldwide.
