Are you overwhelmed by change or uncertainty? Does it feel like life is pulling you in multiple directions? Or maybe you feel like making a major change in your life, but aren't sure where to begin...
You're not alone — and the answer isn't to push harder. It's to orient yourself.
In this free online event, shamanic practitioner and creator of WindWork® Renee Baribeau will help you understand that most struggle comes from living in a way that's out of alignment with the winds currently moving through your life.
Wind is not symbolic or metaphorical — it’s a living model for how change happens without force, revealing that clarity and ease arise through alignment, not pressure.
Most people who are pursuing change in their lives, but have been unsuccessful are not lacking ambition or insight, says Renee. They're simply lacking orientation.
They’re trying to move forward without knowing which wind they’re standing in.
This event will help you identify which cardinal direction you’re facing — East (thought and vision, where new ideas and possibilities arise), South (emotion and passion, where the heart responds and energy gathers), West (body and lived experience, where change becomes tangible and grounded), or North (support and wisdom, where guidance, structure, and resources appear) — so you can pause, get oriented, and take one aligned step instead of forcing a giant leap.
Renee will introduce you to the Weather Vane Method — a structured and embodied Shamanic orientation tool that helps you sense your inner direction and make a small directional shift when needed. You'll learn that resistance is not failure — it is the pivot point of the Weather Vane. Instead of fighting the discomforts that come with change, you can locate your inner direction and adjust to it.
As you'll discover for yourself, meaningful change does not require force — it only requires awareness. Orientation must come before transformation. You don't need to overhaul your life — instead, you must learn to stand in the wind that's already moving and allow it to guide your next step.
(And feel free to bring a wind whistle to the event if you have one — Renee will be using hers to call in the four directions!)
